The food was very good. The sauce was a tad thick for me but had great flavor! The service was quick and very friendly. The cashier likes to joke with the patrons and everyone seemed to like it! Plenty of space to sit if you decide against takeout. I will be back!

Food was delicious. We had the chicken wings with shrimp fried rice and the seafood plate. They serve large portions - great value for what you pay for. It may be slightly challenging to converse with the Chinese lady taking the orders but service was great. Just don't expect too much if eating inside. It's a small place and boxes are stacked on the side.

We love Huangs Kitchen at my work place. Some of the best Chinese food available in the High Point area. They have great lunch specials. Unfortunately it's delivery fees are a bit pricey so we don't order often. We have loved the crab wontons. Crispy and real crab! I enjoyed the pepper steak and onion. I've also ordered the cashew chicken which includes tons of veggies and the chicken was fried and tossed in a great sauce. Overall I like this place, just wish delivery was more affordable.

Got to say the chicken was some of the lost tender I have had at a Chinese restaurant. The place is a mess though. I mean a total mess. Boxes stacked to the door, drinks thrown in the corner. These guys didn't get the memo that Covid is over and need to open their dining room.

General Tso's chicken. Highly recommend. Excellent taste.

The General Tso's chicken is great. The spice and taste are the perfect blend. I highly recommend. I purchased the combination which included an egg roll. The egg roll was slightly greasy and tasted average. The egg roll is at best 3 stars which brings my overall rating down to 4 stars.

This is now my favorite Chinese take-out restaurant in the Triad thus far. The food was fresh and the prices were inexpensive.

Best we've had yet in the Triad area by a long shot. First off, the online ordering process is super easy, and the estimated time for pick up was spot on. Highly recommend ordering online beforehand. The place was slammed, packed in like sardines on a Saturday evening. Everyone waiting for orders, and even if you don't order prior, the wait would still be worth it. This place was a well oiled machine, everyone knowing exactly what to do and how to pump out stellar authentic Chinese food quickly and efficiently. Flavorful dishes, authentic spices and sauces, juicy meat, perfectly cooked noodles and rice...you name it, this place does it right. Crispy scallion chicken is the bomb! Each and every other dish we had was top notch, including the pork egg foo young, chicken lo mein, house special fried rice (chicken pork and shrimp). And can't leave out the perfectly fried pork egg rolls...taste overload. Can't wait to come back and try more of this amazing and truly authentic Chinese joint.

That kitchen is packed with people cooking up the absolute best Chinese food and takeout in the Triad. It doesn't get better than this folks. This is currently, and always has been, the best spot to get your fix. Even my family members from NY who have access to amazing Chinese takeout on every corner agree. Everything is delicious, but make sure you get enough of their scratch made pork egg rolls to have one with you meal, and one for the air fryer to go with your leftovers. They are addicting. Try the crispy scallion chicken, along with your favorites. Golden Wok forever!

It is a family operation, as most Chinese restaurants in the USA are. This place is very much like New Sichuan in Winston, in fact I don't know which is better, they are both consistently great! We grabbed a nice array of dishes to go as we had several mouths to feed. We chose a bunch of favorite dishes - starting of course with Dan Dan Noodles, Cucumber in Garlic Sauce, Wontons in Red Chile Oil, Sour Potatoes, Tri-Pepper Chicken, Scallion Chicken, and Beef in Spicy Sauce! Every single item was excellent, and the potatoes and the cucumber were a nice, cool offset to the other spicy dishes.

We didn't order them this time, but they're definitely on the list for a future visit. Everything we did get was packed with flavor. The crab rangoons and pork dumplings arrived hot and fresh, and the Dan Dan noodles, orange chicken, chicken chow fun, and garlic beef were all very tasty. One of the biggest positives here is consistency of flavor, something that's been surprisingly hard to find with a lot of Chinese takeout spots we've tried in the area. The only real miss for us is that egg foo young isn't on the menu, which my wife loves and always hopes to find. That aside, this is a super solid takeout option for flavorful, authentic, and fresh Chinese food.

If you're looking for standards like orange or general tso's chicken, lo mein, crab rangoon, various fried rices, beef and broccoli, etc. you'll likely be pretty happy. Their soups aren't quite as flavorful as our other place, and the egg rolls also cannot compare either. What really stands out and makes this place special is the food itself. Not only is it affordable, which speaks volumes in today but also good portion sizes. I ordered some steamed dumplings and had to do a double take, as at first I thought some debris got into the sauce. However, after closer inspection and looking it over with my friends. It wasn't that it was debris/garage but in fact that they make their OWN SAUCE. It had green onions and sesame seeds in it and it was a absolutely delightful. The egg roll was mainly pork and cabbage, it has good flavor without the cabbage being overpowering. (Full disclosure: I am a shrimp/bean spout girl, so egg roll was better tasting than many similar egg rolls.) The crab rangoon was disappointing. the filling was a doughy consistency, the texture was chewy, and the cream cheese flavor wasn't there. The cashew chicken has a variety of vegetables, however, the flavor wasn't there for me. The fortune cookie I ate seemed stale (soft/chewy). I realize with chinese cuisine there are many different regions/flavors, so I don't hold it against them. I would just say it's not my cup of tea. This location provides a pick-up window, but beware--do not block access to back of the strip mall. I would also watch traffic in parking as 2 drivers were not paying attention speeding through lot--luckily I was watching and avoided a collision. While it's a relatively impressive looking storefront in a rundown and half empty shopping center, I have always had great experiences with the food. Items are prepared fast, fresh, and always taste great. From working here, I know that many of the items on the menu are made fresh in a house (eggrolls, chicken teriyaki appetizers, sauces, etc.) and you can tell from the fresh quality. Like many restaurants at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, China City closed their storefront and transitioned to a strictly takeout or delivery model. Granted, before that happened, it was extremely rare to see somebody dine in and there's has always really been a to-go establishment. I recall a time when there used to be a buffet, but it was never busy enough to maintain. Recently, they have reopened the storefront and put out a couple of tables for inside dining and you can actually walk inside to pick up your food from the counter again, and it's nice to have that interaction with the owners which has been missing for years! To get in line with modern times, it would be nice to have online ordering as an option, but I've never had difficulties placing a telephone order and the food is always prepared very quickly.
