I imagine for special events they do make exceptions!! I still want to attend their themed Halloween parties, I've heard they are the highlight of year. The Sky Bar is on the rooftop of Hilton VA Beach with 365 view of the City and has nice selection of spirits of many kind. There is an infinity pool and spa located outside with wall cabanas and located inside is a pool with fountain system (unsure if there's indoor spa). Both pools are saltwater which is nice!! We waited over an hour and 20 minutes for our food while several tables that were seated after us received their meals before us. Despite the long wait, there was very little communication or explanation from the staff about the delay. After waiting all that time, we were eventually told that our food had been burnt and had to be remade multiple times. Unfortunately, we never received our meals at all. Spending nearly an hour and a half waiting only to leave without being served is completely unacceptable. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication, poor kitchen management, and failure to resolve the situation made this a very frustrating experience. I hope management takes steps to improve their service so other customers do not have a similar experience.
