Upon entering, the staff member at the counter did not acknowledge us, But at checkout, he refused to complete the sale, then wrongfully accused me of attempting to purchase liquor for my own son. He claimed my son had touched a bottle and referenced security cameras as justification for denying the sale. At no point did my son touch any alcohol, nor was there any indication of inappropriate behavior on our part. This kind of baseless accusation and poor customer treatment is unacceptable. I'm shocked by the disrespectful and accusatory attitude of your staff member, and I will not be returning to your store.
