Perfect for a drink around sunset. The back bar is low key. There's a few rows of adirondack chairs with tables right along the water. Mostly couples and a few families. Really nice to walk out to the end of the dock for a photo.

Good drinks in a lively crowd plus a great place to sit and see the sunset. Only problem was there wasn't a lot of seating.

Wonderful place, we loved the food, atmosphere, and service so much that we already went back!…read more They have great outdoor seating, and both times we visited we were able to get a table without waiting, around 8 pm slightly off season. There's also a large outdoor area with live music behind the restaurant. You can hear it from the dining area, but it's not too loud or distracting. The outdoor seating can feel a little dark in the evening, though. There is parking behind the restaurant, with a one-way entrance on one side of the building and the exit on the other. We couldn't find a spot there either time, though, and ended up parking in a nearby lot. Everything we ordered was very tasty, which isn't that common when trying this many different dishes. Everything also tasted very fresh. A definite highlight was the tiramisu. It's quite large, tasted very fresh, and was one of our favorite things we tried. Over our two visits, we tried: * Shrimp and pine nuts: the shrimp was excellent and not overcooked, and the dish wasn't spicy at all. * Shrimp and grits: very flavorful, with just a little bit of spice. * Clam linguine: a good amount of clams, and they weren't overcooked. * Southern tomato pie: good, although a little oily for my taste. * Ron's clam chowder: perfectly fine, but nothing particularly special; pretty much exactly what you'd expect from clam chowder. * Duck Dynasty burger: tasty, although the patty was a little on the thinner side. * Tatonka burger: very flavorful, though a bit salty. * Duck Brie LT: juicy and very tasty. * Burrata special: also very good; I don't think this one was on the regular menu. They also have a nice selection of beers on tap as well as non-alcoholic drinks. Overall, a really enjoyable place with consistently good food, a relaxed atmosphere, and friendly service. We'll definitely be back.

The staff is friendly, funny, engaging, and make you feel like you are at home. The winery does not offer a menu that we saw, but the oyster crackers that went with our tasting were perfect:) If you visit, sanctuary, vineyards and you like sweet wine like me. Take home a bottle of the Grace, you will not be disappointed!! we will be back again next year and hopefully as retirement quickly approaches we will be back on a much regular basis.

Coming in, there were folks in front of us who weren't even on the list, had no tickets, no ID presented, just got their names taken down. I feel all of this was because the attendant didn't want them to cause a fuss or make a scene, like so many folks will do these days. However, we had to present our IDs and the receipt of our paid tickets. I sure could have saved a lot of money. Lol. The lines were ridiculous. We paid $120 basically to get in the door and get cold crabs. My wife found a hair in her BBQ. Sure, it happens, I get it. We paid over $20 for two glasses of wine. Oh, not full, but more like samples. Interesting! The bathroom situation was abhorrent. Incredible lines, and only two that I could find. I'm sure Sanctuary Vineyards made a lot of money off of their false advertisement. Good for them. Enjoy it. Spend it wisely. Doubt a lot of patrons will not be back.
