Apologies for the delayed review :) We've been here many times for our "favorites" but it is fun to mix tea flavors now and then. Be sure to check out their secret menu ;). And if you are a crushed ice fan, this might be your new place. If you're curious about a flavor, there are little sample cups near the tea dispensers. Regarding their coffee drinks, I've had several cold caramel macchiatos that were WONDERFUL. My friend had a cup of "Free Rein" coffee. That stuff was so strong we could have put it in the gas tank of my vehicle and got an extra 50 miles on it. The place Is always clean and staff is quick to keep all dispensers filled. This location is right the street from my apartment very convenient easy to get to, but what I like most is the staff is super friendly and the grounds is very clean and the inside of the store is very clean as well. I go through the drive thru now but inside the ambiance is laid back and welcoming. It's nothing but drinks with some snacks. Service is a self serve. I like the half price hour. I'm obsessed with their teas! I appreciate the staff's consistency with refilling beverage dispensers and wiping down the areas to keep the counters clean. Love the tea from here. Up to now, I had always had it delivered at work by someone that was in the area. I finally got to go into the store. I love that you can sample the tea before you buy it. They have so many variations including sweet and unsweet. The sweet ones are too sweet for me, but I usually mix sweet and unsweet for the perfect combination. My favorite is the Georgia peach. If you like chai, they have a good chai tea as well. The tea is sold individually or in gallons. Happy hour has good prices. They also have add one of fruits and citrus. The lemon slices are free. The teas here are SUPER refreshing and the employees are quick to take your order (even taking the order even if you're not at the speaker) The teas are super refreshing and delicious and you can buy them by the gallon, too! You can also control the sweetness of your tea. They also have a happy hour between 2 and 4 (half price cups), they have excellent deals for the size of their cups. Consider me a fan. Young lady at the drive thru was rude all because she messed up my order. Then told me to go to lane 2 but didn't explain where that was. So I pulled fwd to the reserved area then had to go inside to get my gallon of tea. When the young man gave it to me he said"did you drive off " I said no she didn't tell me where lane 2 was. This is my favorite location! Billy is the manager and he customizes coffees for us and is always ready to help. I normally get the unsweetened Georgia peach tea with orange slices and I also love the Chai tea, Sweet Mango Fresco and Peach ginger but I decided to try the advertised drink...Peaches and cream latte which was iced with pieces of fruit, whipped cream and half and half and boy was it tasty! On this thank you Thursday, I want to give a shout out to this local business that is always there for our community. We met the owners after the shop had opened, and they allowed us to set up girl scout booths outside. During the rest if the year, they always remember our names with a smile. It has become to go to place to run into neighbors and friends after school. They are so generous in donating to our faculty and staff's luncheons! This was my first time going to HTeaO! One of my friends had been recommending this place for a while so we finally decided to stop by. I've been hearing a lot about HTeaO from this friend so needless to say, it had been super hyped up in my mind. As you may be able to tell by my five-star-rating, it definitely lived up to the hype. We in the afternoon on a Thursday so it wasn't terribly busy but there was definitely a solid crowd inside and a line in the drive thru. I really like the setup of the inside. The selection of drinks is large and the option to try everything added another layer to the experience. I enjoyed trying a lot of the available teas and although it took me a while to decide, I finally landed on the Ryan Palmer! I also added some lemons and oranges for a little ~sparkle~. The staff who checked us out were friendly and the overall vibe of HTeaO was nice! I really enjoyed the sampling option as well as the in-store item displays. My friend and I had a great experience and we'll definitely be returning! For the price and experience, I highly recommend HTeaO. read more

I'm definitely a fan! In a world of super-sized, extra large, can't-even-fit-in-my-cup-holder, 5 cups of sugar per serving, drinks filled with questionable fizzy soda products, HTeaO is a much needed, refreshing alternative. I always tell my partner that tea should NOT be murky-looking and dark - it should be easy to clearly see through it. And this tea (with their awesome selection of flavors to choose from) certainly delivers on that expectation. I think the food items they sell are kinda pointless but I guess it's nice to have extras in case you're hungry. As for the tea, we tried Georgia Peach and the Mango Fresco; both were delicious. I can't wait to try all of the other flavors. The "mini" is adorably tiny and cute and will serve 2 perfectly poured pint glasses of tasty iced tea. They even sell the ice! There are 2 drive-thru lanes but they seem to be only utilizing 1 for now. We will definitely be back! read more

LOVE this place! Their menu is super easy and I love that they actually show the sizes of the cups in the drive thru so you're not left guessing what a small is. I got the regular sweet tea and as a native Texan I must say it's a winner for me. Not too sweet but definitely sweet enough. My husband also enjoyed his energy tea. Also love that they use the sonic-style ice! Definitely a plus! The location is great and the outside area was very clean and well taken care of. Staff was very sweet and attentive. My sister knows me too well and called me as soon as she found out Huebner's HTeaO opened up. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to get in touch right as I finished some gallons I had stocked up on from the Stone Oak location. Like any tea junkie would do, I headed over to stake out the new location. The experience was great. As soon as we pulled up, we noticed a long line of cars; however, the wait wasn't long at all. The staff we interacted with were polite and swift, and as it's a new location, everything looked clean and well-cared for. I was feeling a little adventurous, so I tried the Georgia Peach unsweet tea, and was really impressed by it! So good, and definitely a flavor I'll be adding to my future orders! As a native Texan and a dog lover, would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend anyone supporting this establishment by going there. As anyone that lives here, we are very familiar with the scathing triple digit temperatures we endure. Came by here after a vet visit. I ordered close to $10 in drinks for me and my passenger. I had a bottled water in the car, but it wasn't cold. Asked for a small cup of ice or cold water for my little Mollie (Westie). They were actually going to charge me for a cup of water! This is horrible customer service. These folks DO NOT belong in Texas! What establishments charge for water when the temperatures are soaring into triple digits. This is unacceptable. Won't be coming back here. Suggest folks with loved pets boycott this place on principle alone. Plus their iced caramel coffee was horrible! read more

For example, they had horchata, birthday cake, and etc for youn They also have happy hour every day from 2-4 pm. All their drinks are half off and I highly recommend for you to go around 3:30ish! Do not go here if you actually like coffee. I told them I don't like very sweet coffees and they recommended the horchata iced coffee (I really should have known better). I asked him how much of each ingredient they put to double make sure it wasn't too sweet and went ahead with the order. When the lady handed it too me you could tell it was 100% condensed milk... I took a small sip and it was so sweet I immediately threw away my $5 and went somewhere else. Also, I hated feeling like I was in a dimly lit gas station. Um.... Yeah... this is one of those places I didn't need to know about. I love tea and am one of those people that will send back a glass of tea faster than a meal when it's not right, old or cloudy. These people know what they are doing! I've been here to fill up on water, they have a jug filling station outside. 5 gallons for 1.25, which is cheaper than a lot of other places in the area, seems like it's a better quality too. Tonight one of my kids and I wandered in while in the area. As you walk in, it reminds me of a convenience store with a ton of different teas "on tap". Sweet, unsweet, caffeine charged, decaf and many fruit flavors like peach, watermelon, blueberry, etc. They have Dixie cups so can try out flavors before buying them which was helpful.
