Then today the rear window on my Lexus shattered. I called Andy this morning, he said he can try and get me a new window by the next day. But he was going to make some calls. But what set them apart was the detail oriented service - on drop off, they were prepared with a packet for the truck - no hand-written scribbles etc. Upon pickup, David called and offered to come pick me up! Another step out of the ordinary. But the kicker was that the truck was not washed - but detailed! Washed, waxed tires and rims, interior vacuumed and wiped down. Impressive.
