The sales rep is no longer with the company! Be mindful of shady salesman & companies! This debris absorbs dyes, dirt, dust etc VERY VERY easily! This store is big and fairly new - though they had been operating for a few months without their sign in place, so they are not brand new! The sign is up out front and they are ready to go. Both gentlemen we spoke to (one of them was Big Red) were very personable and helpful. We didn't need appliances but they have a big selection and can order items not on the floor as well. We like the mattress but you can do just aa well on Wayfair or Amazon with a lower delivery fee. We just didn't want to risk it with a mattress.
