We went tonight for the prime rib special, which was pretty much perfect prime rib. Done exactly to order, tender and tasty. Salads were fresh, crisp and cold and baked potatoes were fine. Their complimentary rye bread is delicious and generous and will be great in the morning with sunny side up eggs. The wines list is not extensive, but likely fine for the area. The wines by the glass are smartly chosen and reasonably priced by today's standards. I might add that they are all the same price, also smart. The service was professional and attentive, we enjoyed Joe's service. The manager stopped by to make sure all was well and we ended up chatting a while as he was a manager at The Precinct, which my apartment balcony looked down on for several years. Really liked the Texas decor, especially the salt and pepper shakers coming out in cowboy boots. Very comfortable chairs too. In short a lot of consideration went into the place. We will be back.

Outstanding! Such a great experience, from beginning to end. Are steaks or delicious and the service was top-notch.

We were greeted by the manager as we walked in and seated right away. I'm currently using a walker, so we were seated in the main floor which consisted of bar seating and 3 tables packed together. I saw later that they have plenty of seats upstairs, so I'm sure seating would be more spread out there. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We started off with cocktails and which were only $10! I ordered the BLMT (bacon, arugula, mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, caramelized onions, and pesto. served on golden italian bread). It was delicious and I would order it again, but if bacon is the first ingredient listed, there should be more than 2 strips on the entire sandwich. As my side, I got the Grippos Tots which were fantastic! Before we left we signed up for the rewards club because we're sure we'll be back!

I had the smashed meatball sandwich which was very tasty but the real highlight were the tots in Grippo's seasoning. We took desert home and while extremely sweet the Carrot cake and chocolate zucchini cake were both great. Overall a really fun place and we are looking forward to being back soon

To start off, I pass by this place pretty frequently, and before the renovations, my family and I…read morealways referred to it as the "ghost factory." So, seeing the building completely renovated and brought back to life was honestly amazing! We came during a fairly busy time of day, and the place was packed. Even so, we only waited about 15 minutes to be seated, which I thought was pretty great for a busy restaurant. I also really liked that they kept the industrial aesthetic throughout the space, it gave the restaurant a lot of character and made the renovation feel intentional. I also noticed that each of the tables had information about their social cornhole league, which I thought was a super fun touch! As for the food it was pretty standard in my opinion. I think if you order the pizza definitely split it as it is quite big, but the fried pickles were delicious! Overall I probably would come again.

If you are in Maineville/Kings Mills area -- or just like in breweries in interesting locations, check it out! We were seated after a short wait by the brewmaster, who also helped us select our beer. Amber ale for me and an IPA for husband. Our server was friendly and prompt, and the food came out quickly. It was pretty busy, being trivia night, but the staff seemed to have a handle on things! We ordered the Brussels and potato appetizer and it was great. It was large and honestly could almost have been dinner for us -- certainly could easily be shared by 4! We cleared the plate on our own though. I had the salmon sandwich with sweet potato fries. Very good, though I was so full from the appetizer so I just ate the salmon from the sandwich, and maybe 1/4 of the fries. Hubs got the burger with an egg on top either regular fries. He was happy with his choice. The brewery itself is very cool -- old brick factory, large wall-to-wall windows, super tall ceilings. We sat at a high top in the bar area which is quite large, though there is dining area. I think the bar area is more interesting looking though. The factory building (now loft apartments), the smoke stack, and the tower, all red brick, are striking looking. It's great the preserved this WWI / WWII era place. Lots of parking but was pretty full on Trivia night!
