All I asked for was if there was a cancellation to move me up in the schedule because I did not appreciate having to wait until evening to drink anything. Next thing I know, I get a call from doctor Whitsett around 8 am, the day of my surgery, telling me he is not going to do my surgery and is refunding my money without discussion, then he hung up on me. I made the effort to suggest a misunderstanding had taken place, but unfortunately, the tone of this angry man could not be overcome. He showed me a side of his character I did not know existed. No wonder they have poor reviews. They perform approximately 20 surgeries a day, I was told, and they moved me to last in line. What's wrong with this picture? Be cautious, people!

They are now telling me that my 10 year old son is no longer welcome to be seen because he is not 13 years old. He is an existing patient. The doctors are very competent, but it continues to be a struggle to get my family to all see physicians at the same eye doctor office. I escalate the issues to the office and nobody seems to care to help.

I admit he was a bad patient but it was his first visit and he was hungry and tired by this time. Dr. Bulan finished his exam and then asked for one of us to take our son out because his screaming was giving him a headache and he couldn't talk to us. My husband took our son and I sat quietly listening. The whole time thinking I will NEVER be back to this office! Many other patients expressed they had been waiting a while when we were in the waiting room. Our appointment was at 2:45 and no one came in after us. The last appointment of the day is more than two hours before they close. What a shame! And then they tried to charge me out of pocket $219 and I asked why so much and she looked at my chart and said, oh sorry, it's $50. They only get a star because zero is not an option!!!

My husband arrived 10 minutes early before 9am for the appointment, as instructed online, but no one was there at 9 a.m. Gabriel eventually showed up at 9:10 a.m. and didn't even acknowledge my husband waiting outside. No apology, no greeting, nothing--just left him standing there. He unlocked, closed the door, turned away and walked to the back. My husband had to open the door, walked in and waited for them to come and checked him in. Later, when my daughter arrived at the end of the appointment, it was clear that the staff was in a rush to leave. They didn't even let her properly pick out the glasses she wanted, brushing her off and telling her to check her benefits. She has double coverage, but they only used her insurance and promised to follow up on mine. No one ever did, and when we contacted them later, they said it was too late to bill it. Absolutely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the staff looked like they had just rolled out of bed--unkempt and careless. Gabriel, in particular, was dressed like he had just come from a cleaning job, complete with a cap, and gave off an unfriendly, hostile vibe. The other staff members were no better--just as rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The doctor may be great, but the staff ruins the entire experience. If you're looking for the worst customer service possible, this is the place for you.

The wait was a little longer than I liked but not terrible. I didn't receive a call to confirm/ remind me of my appointment but I was able to get through to the office on the phone with no problems. I appreciate the time Dr. Patel took to help me understand my care and the next steps with a radiology order I was given. My husband is also a patient and he agrees that this clinic is very good and cares about patient health outcomes.
