I really like this hotel. Second time I've stayed here and it is a superb value. Easy parking and you're located right on the water. Hotel restaurant is superb. Local places for great seafood with walking distance. Rooms are clean and orderly. Typical hotel market inside. Bar area is top notch. Gym is not equipped as well as it could be but it is what you expect. Small Indoor pool appears clean and well maintained. Room is nicely appointed and the heating and cooling is perfection. Bedding is great. Overall, really nice with a friendly staff to top it off. read more

Hotel Indigo Everett sits in the rapidly developing Everett Marina District. It offers a wonderful access to the marinas and new restaurants that are popping up. Prices are reasonable. Our room was large, quiet and offered nice views of the waterfront. Staff were friendly and helpful. Indoor pool and workout room were well maintained. Just wrapped up a great stay here with my wife, and we were totally impressed! The biggest win is the location--it's right on the marina, giving you that lovely waterfront vibe the minute you step out. Everything inside was spotless, and everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping team was super friendly. We hit the jackpot and were upgraded to a suite, which had an incredible view and tons of natural light pouring in through the big windows. The room itself was a winner: comfy beds, nice bathrooms, and they even have a proper desk set up, which is perfect if you need to hop on a laptop for a bit. We ate at the first-floor spot, The Jetty, a few times. Honestly, the food was really good, and the restaurant crew were lovely. But if you want to venture out, there are plenty of other great restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place. We'd definitely come back! read more

It was sad news that brought us to Everett back at the beginning of Sept 2025. Another one of my dwindling family fell terminally ill and we opted to stay at Indigo which was not only reasonably priced and close to Providence but was empty enough to flex with our unpredictable bed watch. Parking is not free which one lady driving a Mercedes was not happy about. :/ First off, it's a very clean and eye-catching aesthetic. The lobby is wide open with a nice warm fireplace and is a very large open space. The property is close to the pier for walking and there's an Asian fusion restaurant and bakery very close by and they have a decent on-site restaurant called The Jetty which is pricey but so so convenient. The rooms feature a mini fridge which is nice for storing drinks and leftover food. They have a Keurig there so my mom raided the pods and took some home. :P The provided robes are quite warm and lovely and are on sale for $125 if you have the extra to buy one. I looked all over the robe and could not find out what it's made out of. The mattresses are this hotel quality Beautyrest Black mattress that my mom LOVED. She ended up finding one for Labor Day sale and bought one. Lol. The hotel is on an odd road where you have to go all the way north or south to get to the hospital but on the northern route, there's a great scenic view on the hill where you can catch the sunset. Downtown Everett is just a few miles south of this hotel as well. We enjoyed our stay overall, just don't see much reason to stay in Everett. Like ever. read more

First- this truly is a nice property at the Everett Marina. There are shops and restaurants and a lot of walking- as long as the weather is decent. The grounds are very nice. Our biggest issue was the rooms. We paid for a view room, and like so many other reviewers, we were disappointed that the view was marred by all the HVAC stuff on the roof. So much so that we ended up changing rooms. This place isn't cheap ($700+ for two nights) and so we wanted to get the best we could get. The hotel staff was great about this. The first room was decked out with illustrations of nautical knots. Eh... not exactly glamorous. Kind of like something you would see at Skippers Fish N Chips. The second room at least changed that theme up a bit with photos of the nautical knots instead of the illustrations. A bit better, but still... The doors throughout the hallways are really loud and bang on throughout the night. Why people can't be respectful of their volume with slamming doors is something I will never understand. The furniture in the rooms was more like office furniture than elegant. Just not great. Meh. Rather than having the ugly bathrobe rack, closets would be nicer. The bed was decent but the pillows were like sleeping on folded laundry. Terrible. Nice TV but the Guide page didn't work so you had to scroll through each channel to see what was on. Annoying. Note to Hotel builders: STOP putting those crummy sliding barn doors on your bathrooms. You can hear everything going on even with those closed. They suck and I would imagine many kids have had their fingers hurt. Speaking of the bathroom- water pressure was terrible and the hand-held shower heads and hose were super high (my wife couldn't reach) but it was leaking out the hose connection and spraying all over the place. Finally (room wise), the walls are way thin. We had someone above us who was very heavy footed seemingly pacing back and forth past midnight. It was extremely annoying and when it came time to leave in the AM, we couldn't bail fast enough. They also charge you to park in their lot- I believe $15 per night. This is a silly charge that basically is there to take advantage of their guests. Lame. The indoor pool was nice. Though a hot tub or sauna would be a great addition. The restaurant and bar were also nice, but, naturally overpriced. $100+ for 2 omelets? Come on... The food was good. The staff that we met at the front desk and restaurant and bar were all GREAT and friendly, so no problem there. They should be commended. I don't think we woukd stay here again at this price. read more

I stayed here in October 2025. I really enjoyed our stay. The waterfront has changed a lot over the past six years since it originally opened. This hotel is right near the waterfront. Most of the waterfront rooms are only king beds. We were given a higher floor partial waterfront with two queen beds, but it was at the end of the hallway wing away from the elevator. It was quiet though with great views so it made the walk worth it. It was extremely peaceful and clean. It's a short walk to the new commercial complex nearby that has lots of restaurants and is currently expanding. We enjoyed late checkout and had the salmon chowder in their restaurant (The Jetty) for lunch. It was so good- I'm still dreaming about that. We were given a small dining credit for staying here which was a pleasant surprise. We had the pleasure of feeling nautical with all the fun touches in the hotel and rooms. The ice was even in a nautical ice chest. Most IHG rooms are standard and all formulated to the same mold. This place was unique and had flair. On certain days you can take advantage of using your free IHG anniversary night here which I think is a great value. I would definitely stay here again. read more

Love this hotel! We try to make it up every winter Holiday season and enjoy seeing the Holiday 5K attendees and associated festivities. The increased population makes for a very energetic experience in the hotel (noise) and it makes the wait at local restaurants is a bit longer, but its wonderful. This year our room overlooked the harbor where the 5K was anchored , so we could see all the boats with all their lights, quite a site. Unfortunately we had a much firmer mattress than usual, and had we said something I'm 100% sure it would have been addressed but it wasn't that big of a deal so not docking stars just be advised. read more

Great location in Everett waterfont and an easy drive from downtown, it gave our son's family a fun staycation destination when we visited for three nights. Our room was large, clean, and quiet with views over the harbor to the Olympics. Yhe only thing missing was a microwave. We spent the day on Jetty Island with the hotel just a 15 minute walk from the boat landing, so no worries about parking which is limited for Jetty Island. The best part was the splash park right next to the hotel, which entertained the grandkids on a hot day. The indoor pool at the hotel is 5 feet, and not kid friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is delicious for breakfast although loud. We ate dinner on the patio, a much queiter experience with an upscale tasty menu, but expensive The hotel is within walking distance of several great, less expensive restaurants. We are already planning our next visit, which will include this hotel. read more

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo. We always stay here when we visit family. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is awesome and the service is always great. We have dined at the hotel many times and the food is wonderful. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance too. The rooms are quiet and have a view of the marina. The kids loved splashing in the pool and the hotel has lots of towels. During the summer there is a small splashing fountain kids can run in outside near the restaurant and condos. It's a very quiet little village. Parking can be a challenge at night. Our room key didn't always work and we had to get new ones issued. But over all we loved our stay. read more

We enjoyed this hotel for a few days. The hotel lobby was cozy and inviting. The rooms were clean. I loved the big bathroom and shower and the complimentary robes. The waterfront is so close and we enjoyed the coffee shop that was nearby which I walked to every morning. The front desk sold snacks and ice cream. We stayed here, drove to the train station, and took the train into downtown Seattle. We found this hotel because we were looking fir a nice hotel tgat wasn't to far from the cruise ship port as we were taking a cruise to Alaska! read more

Came here ,not planning, on our 9th anniversary . Love the location by the marina. The nice clean walk with all the restaurants, even Jetty in the hotel. We got our room with the balcony and water view. Was going to stay only one night and made it two instead. The only dings were the extension cords just laying there in the night stand. And all the roll up shade would get stuck on the window panes on all three windows in our corner room. View was wonderful. Love the breeze, cleanliness and the view. Will definitely be back again. Great location, beautiful views. But this hotel is noisy! Don't stay here if you want to sleep. They have posted quiet hours, but the halls echo and the walls are paper thin. I stayed on a random Wednesday- Friday and was kept up by people talking in the hallways and was awoken by someone blaring music at 7:15am. Also I wear earplugs to sleep and could hear the noise through them. Upon checkout, the front desk let me know that they often get people who say the hotel is loud and they told me to ask for a top floor room away from the elevators in the future. Not sure I'll stay here ever again. read more

We love this hotel! Emily, Jordan, and some really nice guy at the front desk whose name escapes me at the moment were fun to talk to and are always so welcoming. Alex and Bridget in the bar are funny and kind. The rooms are spotless with a great view. This is one of the few safe spots left in Everett to walk around at night, in my opinion, especially as we travel with my elderly grandmother. NY Eve party we've been going to for 6 years changed drastically this year 2025. First off they only had 7 tables in the dance room, oh yeah with no band this year only dj. For $75 more with taxes and fees. They wanted us to stand all night WTF! We bitched and they brought out 6 more tables still not acceptable. Also you get a free drink ticket when you were supposed to get a free glass of champagne at midnight , but they make you use your ticket. read more

We booked a New Year's Eve package and were not disappointed. Package included 1 Standard room with King bed, tickets to the New Year's Eve Party. The party was awesome! The band was rocking, heavy appetizers were tasty with cash bar. It was a packed house too, barely enough room on the dance floor. But everyone was having so much fun, nobody minded getting bumped into. Countdown with balloon drop was great too. Location is great right on the Everett Waterfront too. Modern hotel on the marina that is very convenient for a waterfront visit in Everett and reasonably priced. Nautical themed decor, spacious rooms and bathrooms, comfortable bed. Uncarpeted floors makes it a bit noisy for guests on lower levels. Nice bar and restaurant attached. Convenient to other restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Staff is very helpful. WARNING!!!!!! (Born and raised in WA.) Hotel Indigo was the worst experience at a hotel that I have ever had. Close to $1000 for my stay, my car was broken into on hotel grounds. Paid $600 to get my window replaced. Six cars in a row broken into, hotel stated I signed a waiver. Indeed I did but after reviewing it, the waiver states no parking lot liability with no signature acknowledgment, as to the rest of the waiver has signature acknowledgments. No housekeeping, rude staff, gross food from the restaurant, Jetty Bar, way over priced rooms and in crappy, low class Everett, Washington location where the homeless run rapid and drugs are clearly everywhere. Worth the read for the truth: My father had a stroke in Washington and was at the local Providence Hospital in Everett. After receiving the news, I had to fly in from out of state and needed a place to stay after spending all day at the hospital. I have been an IHG member for over 15 years and one of the IHG hotels happened to be right down the street. Hotel Indigo. "Sweet, I can use my points here" I told myself. Being a IHG member does not mean anything to the company. Let alone being a paying customer. One already experiencing an extremely stressful situation with no one but myself and brother to handle. The last thing I thought I would have to deal with is this. I stayed for a total of 6 or 7 nights before locating a different hotel. My hotel room was never cleaned. I never had new towels. I constantly had to bother the front desk to get simple necessities that would be in the room if it was properly maintained as a paying customer would only assume. I was out late one night handling my fathers affairs, the front parking lot in front of the hotel was full, I parked on the right side of the hotel, in view of the front entrance and right side rooms. I was at my fathers storage unit on this day and had some of his collectibles hidden underneath the seat. I woke up the next morning to walking out to my car with the Everett police putting a card on my front window... SIX cars all in a row were broken in to. The back window of my Acura was smashed and completely broken. The Everett police along with hotel staff cleaning up all the glass from the broken windows explained to me that this was the SIXTH time the cops have been to the hotel for car burglaries. All in the same six parking spaces on the front to right side of the hotel. The staff and police informed me that there is a blind spot in the hotel security cameras as to why this is an ongoing issue. I paid $600 to have the window replaced. On top of the losses from the theft. The front staff manager Jessica Finkey, was nothing but rude. She raised her voice at me saying " I have been dealing with this all morning, there is nothing I can do for you. " All I could muster up to say was to at least have some compassion for those this just happened too. Six cars, six+ hotel guests, all in a row. None of them having compassion for what happened. I asked why there wasn't anything in the parking lot stating the hotel takes no liability, and why the theft was not on camera when I was parked on the right, in view of the front entrance, Jessica confirmed it's happened multiple times. I asked why they wouldn't inform their customers? "It's not stated by law so we do not have to" Only stay here if you want to experience the worst hospitality, staffs rude attitude and theft in their parking lot where there is no liability waiver or notices/ signs for no liability with the hotel caring less if anything happens to your property while in hotel grounds. It might be tempting due to the waterfront. HOWEVER, I can not warn people enough to not stay here. Go to the beautiful Snohomish river in Downtown snohomish, Mukilteo, the Edmonds waterfront, or even La Conner if you want pretty views and do not want to stay in Seattle. read more

Situated on the Everett waterfront, Hotel Indigo looked promising for a quick overnight staycation. It's sort of hidden along an industrial stretch, but the hotel was nicely appointed and very clean. The indoor heated swimming pool was definitely a selling point for us given the current weather. We checked in and the girl at the front desk wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming. Just really curt, with short answers and pointed down the hall to the elevators, restaurant, gym and pool. Umm....ok, thanks. We were upgraded to a king room with water views after inquiring and the room was small, but sufficient. Bed was large and comfortable, bathroom was spacious and overall, we found the hotel to be very clean. read more

The beds are incredibly comfortable. Clean rooms. The one thing I'd like is easier access to a microwave. There is literally only one in the entire hotel (no microwave in the rooms) and it's literally in the middle of the gift shop right next to check in. A very Strange place to put a microwave, especially when they offer little to no microwave food for sale in the gift shop. I recommend putting one in each room like a normal hotel, or at least one on each floor. read more

I forgot mine and slid around on a towel so my feat weren't sticky and dirty. The towel was though. The bedding seemed clean. The bathtub in the suite seemed clean. The rest was sad. The food downstairs is overpriced and limp. Service is poor. Check in was easy and the ladies at the front were kind. The view though! What a shame. Morning sunshine on a winter day was epic. In front of the bed is a tv that swivels and a couch/chair seating area. Sticking out from under the couch was a ... I don't even know. I don't want to know. I live in Spokane, but work most of the weeks in Seattle and I have been to probably seven different hotels in the Everett & Lynnwood area (in which I stay all week long there) and Jordan and her team at Hotel Indigo have given the best service I have ever had. Rooms are always clean. It's quiet at night, the restaurant has Mario who is an amazing waiter. Food is great and Lori make it a pleasure first thing in the morning. It's located in a marina and the scenery is absolutely beautiful, especially at night when they have the boardwalk lights going. And the price is very comparable with hotels that are not on the water, very reasonable pricing. This hotel is great for business, family or anything else you need to get away for. I stayed at this hotel for business... I inquired at the front desk if they had any utensils and they stated no. I found it interesting that the hotel sells salads, soup, fruit cups, and chicken salad but they don't have any utensils. I stay in hotels 3-4 times a night for work & never encountered a hotel that doesn't have utensils, especially when they sell items. Do they expect you to eat them with your hands? read more

I'm writing this as I lay here in our hotel bed listening to the ruckus going on in the room above our room. It is 12:00am and there have been banging and scooting going on for a few hours. I called down to the front desk and they said they were aware of something going on already. They said to call back if it continued. I don't like to spend my hard earned money and precious time away from home listening to noisy neighbors. I feel like this is a nice hotel but not a nice area to try and stay. Also hearing Dogs barking from other rooms. Sorry but I expect more from a premium priced hotel. If I wanted noise and dogs I would stay at a motor inn. Very disappointed in this choice for our get away. Steer clear of Everett waterfront! On a side note, The desk staff was pleasant and tried to be as helpful as possible. That was a plus. read more

This one is long overdue! After a long drive from LA to Seattle to see my friend I accidently found this lovely hotel! My originally booked hotel (that was booked 2 weeks ahead) ended up oversold and my room was given away to someone else. Not something I wanted to hear after a 20 hour drive. I searched for hotels near me and called the first place that had good reviews. Being in the city that I previously visited only once - I was getting a bit anxious and stressed! The sweet angel on the phone answered in the middle of the night and after hearing me out she found me one available room! I was so happy and didn't even care about the extra premium charge for the waterfront view. I just wanted to get there! The parking was free and I was able to find a spot right in the front of the entrance. The nautical theme is super cute and complemented well with the modern design. The best part was the fireplace right in the middle of the foyer. The staff was absolutely amazing , kind and so welcoming (even at 1 am)! The room was very nice and clean. The view was great, but since I was tired I dint get to enjoy it. Was there only for that night and didn't get to try out the restaurant. The check out was easy and efficient! With this being said, yes I would stay again and recommend to others!j read more

For the most part, my stay was great. Pool was a little cold, but the staff was great and very responsive. The food in the restaurant was very good, but the server forgot some things and I need to ask for them. Beautiful setting. Only one small hook to hang used bath-towels in the bathroom though the room is set up for 4 people and there's plenty of wall space for towel bars. Hotel room was clean and well-appointed, but that's where it ends. "Water View" was really just a peek-a-boo view of the marina if one looked around the roof-top HVAC equipment. Parking lot is tight and seems to be quite full at night (wasn't just all guests). ICE vehicles parking in electric vehicle spots, probably guests looking for a spot out of frustration?!?! Anyhow, those weren't the biggest issues... The biggest issue was an electrical problem with the outlets at the bedside. There was some sort of electrical issue that caused the outlets cut-off and -on through the night as we shifted around in our sleep. This caused my CPAP machine shut-off, my phone charger to cycle (and therefore beep), and the alarm clock to turn off and on...all waking me up. This happened about a half dozen times before I finally got my wits about me and gave up. It resulted in the worst night of sleep that I've had in years. I mentioned it to the staff, but got a half-hearted, "...I'm sorry." For almost $400 a night, I would expect a lot more quality, service, and guest room upkeep, but now that I look at the reviews on here, I guess it's about the norm for HOTEL INDIGO. All that said, the Everett Waterfront is a great little place with a bright future and I look forward to going back, but just not staying here. I'll trying one of the other nearby options. read more

Title: A Mixed Experience with Beautiful Scenery I recently stayed at a hotel that offered a mix of positives and negatives during my visit. Although there were certainly some drawbacks the beautiful scenery and convenient location near numerous restaurants were definite highlights. Firstly let's address the downsides. One aspect that left me a bit disappointed was the absence of a microwave in the room. As a guest who enjoys the flexibility of reheating leftovers or preparing a quick snack the lack of this amenity was unexpected. It would have been nice to have the convenience of a microwave especially during longer stays. However the breathtaking natural surroundings made up for this inconvenience. The hotel was situated in an area that boasted stunning scenery. From my room I had the pleasure of gazing out at picturesque landscapes including rolling hills lush greenery and perhaps even a sparkling lake or vibrant cityscape. Furthermore the hotel's prime location was a real advantage. Being close to a variety of restaurants made dining choices incredibly convenient. With numerous dining options right around the corner I was able to satisfy my every food craving without having to venture far from the accommodation. This proximity to an array of culinary delights certainly added a delightful touch to my stay. In conclusion my experience at this hotel was a bit mixed. While the absence of a microwave was an inconvenience the stunning scenery and proximity to a range of restaurants contributed greatly to my overall satisfaction. If you're looking for a visually captivating hotel with easy access to dining options this place certainly fits the bill. read more

It's a cute little hotel but a major disappointment for us. Way overpriced for what we got. Our "water view" was more like a roof top view with a tiny little sliver of water. Seriously, all rooftop. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed that either of us have ever slept on. We woke up in pain because the bed was hard as a rock. Definitely not at all what we hoped for on our wedding night. The next morning, we went to check out and a group of employees were at the front desk gossiping and made me feel like an inconvenience for just wanting to check out. The night staff was nice but apparently not the AM group. It was a waste of money & we don't plan on staying there again. Again, it was cute and all but not worth it. read more
