Excellent setting - close in, yet down on private secluded Wharf Street. Picturesque and modern architecture with great room features (except for the paper thin cheaply silverware, way too uncomfortable to warrant placement in a $250/night room!). Right on water, but in the protected bay off a narrow channel, there are few wave sounds, despite the room being right-on-the-water at high tides. Comfortable great light or cool dark with shades turned, and very comfortable king bed! One big complaint - very bad adherence to local Covid-19 protocols - cleaning crew (3 persons I saw) wore no masks, and no time between renting room out to next guest!

My girlfriend and I arrived late afternoon, Mynda greeted us (even carried one of our 50lb bags to room 12 on the 2nd floor!). The second we walked into our room, we new we found the perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday. The room was large, clean, plenty of amenities and the view was out of this world!!! Mynda was super sweet and made is feel incredibly welcome. We woke up early to witness the prettiest sunrise we've ever seen. The calmness of the water, the sounds of the birds, the view of the mountains will remain in my memory forever. Hope to make this an annual destination. LOVED IT!

Spent two nights here this weekend with my husband. It was so stormy and nasty outside all we could do was light a fire, watch the water and enjoy each other's company. This was one of the best get away serve ever had together- everything was clean, cozy, comfortable, customer service was perfect. The location is great- you really can't beat a view like this- and easily walkable to town, or the beach. Our only regret was that we didn't bring our kayaks! We loved touring around Langley, the food and people were incredible. Thanks for a great stay! We'll be back for sure!

This place is great during the cool months, but if it is a hot one, look out because the rooms have no a/c from what it looked like to me. The place is huge! We had a 2 bedroom, one bedroom is downstairs but open to the kitchen and living room. Not private, FYI...The second bedroom was upstairs in a loft area which was very cool. Fireplace in living room and great decks outside. View was beautiful, but some construction was being done with a deck so it wasn't the best. The beds are comfy, place is inviting and the lady that helped us was outstanding. The only issue we had was the steps and the beds being so high up, trying to get a handicap person into these beds and up the stairs is not happening. If you need to get into these beds and your under 5'2" bring a step stool. lol

We loved this location. My husband and I needed a short vacation to relax and rest. This place was just the spot! It is for sure the best place we have stayed at in a very long time. It is extremely clean, a large deck, comfortable bed and nice bedding. The sun rise is all you need . We stayed in unit 5 and it was the best! Hearing the water lap up against the shore was heaven. It is a short walk to town and the Useless Cafe has the best coffee and food. We did the glass blowing and it was awesome. The Star Store has all you need! Wonderful.. We will return in Sept. And can't wait. So, if your looking for quiet and relaxing you need to stay at The Boatyard. Thank you Myanda for an amazing stay. Can't wait to see you again.

I've stayed here a few times over the past couple of years. Nice accommodations. Views can't be beat - it's waterfront (some rooms). My only concern with this place is how wasteful the water usage is here. The rooms I've stayed in have full flow faucets and showers. To the point where it's extremely wasteful. My suggestion would be to install water saving faucets in all the rooms. In this day and age there is just no need for the type of faucets. We need to be more water conscious. Other than that, we love this place and will be back. The basket of free goodies is also a great touch! We have always enjoyed our time here. Thanks.

Loved this place. Get the WATERFRONT MARINA SUITE, you won't regret it. TV and heating controls are a bit jenky.

However, at that price I need to be blown away. The food was good when we went recently, but absolutely nothing gave me an "OMG" moment. Most disappointing, though, was the wine flight (additional $80). Wines were fine but not exceptional. One pour came with a healthy portion of sediment. I asked the sommelier if it was an unfiltered wine to which she answered yes. However, the scrutiny we gave this wine resulted in a different server bringing a new pour from a newly opened bottle. This had much better clarity and improved flavor. Thank you, but shame on the sommelier. Good enough experience at an exceptional price results in value too low for my dining dollar.

Shout out to front desk staff, Kim, for being helpful and friendly! The dinner at the Inn was fantastic as well! It started with complimentary sparkling wine/brut. Every dish was thoughtfully arranged and delicious. My favorite was the Dungeness crab dish. Kudos to the chef for single-handedly providing delicious meal for us! We will be back!

We were here in the winter time so the gardens were dead but you could tell come springtime and summer it would be an amazing place to spend some time outdoors. The room was super nice and the cottage hosts were very friendly and nice to deal with. The only thing I would caution you on is to not barge into the area where it says Entrance. That lead you into a porch like area with a second door that leads inside to what might be the hosts residence. When we went to open the second door we were met with strong verbal cues to stop and sign the guest book. It was as if they didn't want us to enter any further. Come to find out this may have been there personal residence. The breakfast was amazing too. We had the raspberry clafouti and was super delicious. It's not something we would have ordered on our own but when we tasted it we couldn't get enough. The rooms came with almost everything you would need to include a corkscrew a couple of wine glasses a refrigerator microwave coffee etc. I would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back

The property is in a quiet location, and the fact that it is a working winery as well is unique. It is located just minutes from Langley which is one of our favorite small towns to visit. The property is pastoral and the modern building nestles into the setting well. The rooms are clean, tastefully appointed, and very comfortable. The room we were in was spacious and had plenty of storage and open area. The custom bed frames and headboards really added to the spacious room feel. The common kitchen area is well set up, and the common reading/living room is inviting. We had a view that looked across to Clinton and south Everett. They were very helpful and made sure we got jumped so we could get over to Les Schwab and get a new battery. This place is our best place to stay in the area! We will go out of our way to get here.
