I came the other night after a night on the town. I was hungry as usual. I was craving for some HOT Wings. Thank God this place was open until 2am. Upon arrival, we were the only people. We were rowdy group of people as we were Hanger. The staff here were friendly and inviting and fed us right away. We got some Buffalo Style Chicken Wings in a large (16 pieces) in flavors of Mild and Lemon Pepper, Large Onion Rings and Cheese Fries. Everything came out piping Hot and crispy. It was finger licking good kind of meal. This place has alcohol, wings and Tvs. What else can you ask for. Great place to come for a game or for late night cravings. I came here for the first time with two friends last week. It was a Thursday around 6 and there was only a few other people in the restaurant. We ordered boneless buffalo "wings" - mild, lemon pepper wings, regular buffalo wings, onion rings, and fried zucchini. We really enjoyed all of the food! The mild wings were perfect for someone who can't handle too much spice but enjoys the taste of buffalo sauce. The lemon pepper wings were also delicious! We all really enjoyed the onion rings and fried zucchini. For being fried, the zucchini were suprisingly light and fresh. Our server was kind and attentive! Another staff member made effort to put a basketball game on for one of my friends which was very kind. Overall, I'd be happy to go back and would reccomend. read more

They have better wings than Wingstop in my opinion. They serve more than just wings which is cool for the times your friends wanna dine here but you're not in the mood for just wings. The food comes out better when dining AT the restaurant. Their curly fries are so fun and fresh at the restaurant but when taking them to-go they always end up stale after the ten minute drive back. This spot has definitely been my favorite since my high school days for some good ol' wings! When you step into the place, it definitely feels a bit outdated. I don't think they've changed much of their interior decor since I started going over 15 years ago. The last few years, there's definitely been a rise in demand for Hot Wings, and I've tried them all, but really, this one hits home for me. The past few times I've gone, the restaurant has never been full. It's pretty easy to find a spot to sit, and the servers will then bring you their basic menu. I like to go for the wing special. It is 8 pieces of wings with curly fries. My go to is the extra crispy lemon pepper and hot (extra hot if I'm feeling risky that day). wings. For my fries, I'll also be sure to order cheese on top. Ah man it honestly pains me to give this place this review. My wife and I used to really love this place! We honestly thought they used to have some of the best wings in Pasadena and used to rave about it to everyone. Unfortunately the last couple times we've been here the wings have been extremely dry to the point where they are hard when you bite into them. You can tell that the flavor is still there, but they are just utterly unmoist and dry. Given the price and the quality of the food the last couple times unfortunately that's why I'm leaving the negative review. Dam where can I begin, ordered the wings that were really dry, cold and the other third of the wings were scorching hot as if they were microwaved. We ordered the onion rings that were soggy and not crispy at all, that really was the worst onion rings in my 40 years of existence. Some of carrots were dry and rubbery . Not a bad spot to grab a beer and wings. I like that the ceilings are super high, so that it doesn't feel like that small of a space. A few of us ordered 50 wings in two sauces (lemmon pepper and spicy bbq). Both sauces were decent, though nothing out of the norm (or different from others i've had at similar places). The staff was super friendly, though a little distracted considering there weren't many people there to begin with. The worst restaurant we've experienced in years. Whatever it is they attempted to serve us wasn't food. Every item was disgusting - we ended up returning everything and leaving. Here's what was wrong with the order - every single item was inedible: * Fries were not cooked fully, were soggy and cold. * Cheese on the fries tasted like stale Velveeta. * Grinder sandwich meat was old and disgusting. * Grilled cheese was barely grilled and was two pieces of bread soaked in butter with some unmelted cheese in-between. * Zucchini sticks were soggy and tasted raw. * Burger looked like it was cooked hours before with an attempt to heat it up immediately before serving. read more

Ordered to go on Uber eats. First time trying this place out, I ordered a patty melt with cheese fries and an order of bbq wings. I wasn't expecting this place to be amazing but I was so confused and grossed out about this food. The fries were the number 1 disappointment. It looks like the fries were boiled and then put on a tray, slap on two pieces of cheese and nuked for a minutes. The fries tasted raw, it had absolutely no color to it. Are these even fried??? The shape of the fries are strange. The flavor was disgusting. Took a few bites of the stone cold fries, I saw it wasn't even cooked inside and was done with it. Patty melt was basic, and greasy. Also when you order a patty melt on the Uber eats app, you can't add the patty melt unless you choose a "add on" extra, like add bacon, onions or extra cheese. There was no option to add just as is. You HAVE to pay an addition. It is required. So I went for the cheapest of sautéed onions for +1.50, compared to the +3.35 for bacon?? That's crazy!! The bbq wings were cold, and soggy, and barely fried. The sauce tasted like a generic bbq sauce from a bottle. It was incredibly sweet, not tasty at all. I ended up throwing away most of the food, it was such a waste of money. I am still tripping out about the French fries. I usually don't leave negative reviews, I prefer to tell them directly. I called in and said, I ordered 32 wings and you guys give me 2 small containers of ranch and told my kid it's 75 cents? Are you serious? He said extra ranch is 75 cents. I told him no problem, keep all the ranch, I will never come again. He hung up on me. I called back and said this is how you treat your customers huh? I will never go and make sure people I know don't go either. It's not like I ordered 6 wings and I'm asking for extra ranch. Ridiculous customer service. Zero customer appreciation. And he put about 20 packs of ketchup that I don't use. Never again Myra -It's obvious from your rating that you don't know what you're doing. BBQ, Mild, Hot, and xtra hot., simple and I love it. The albino curly fries haven't a hint of color on them but they are crispy and thats about it. No salt no flavor so I had to drown in ketchup and ranch. The Mozzarella sticks were as good as they come. The tomato water pretending to be Marinara sauce could use a little love though. The place was empty so the service was great. I could see this place doing very well if they made a few tweaks, we are always looking for a spot that has sports (with Sound!) decent food and beer.
