I will say I initially felt like it was a little pricey for only three items, especially since I went in expecting more of a discount-store price range. That being said, I was really happy with the quality of everything I bought. My cardigan is Vince Camuto, one of my dresses is Bebe, and I noticed they carry a lot of other higher-end and name-brand clothing throughout the store. Once I took that into consideration, I could understand the pricing a little more since you're getting nicer brands at discounted prices. I really liked the pieces I found, especially the quality of the clothing, and I can definitely see myself coming back to look for more deals. I'd just recommend going in knowing that some items can still be a little pricey depending on the brand. Overall, a good first experience and I'm happy with what I bought!

She's super helpful, knowledgeable, is always within reach but more importantly, doesn't hover. This location is right by the Nordstrom Rack in Oakridge, so parking is always easy. I frequent both this location and the one in Valley Fair - however, this one is my favorite location because of the customer service and the fact that the person that ALWAYS helps us, remembers returning customers, even now when we have to wear masks! This location is also very clean and not as stuffed as the Valley Fair location. I find this one has more breathing room and space to walk. I've also haven't had a problem finding a size in this store but on the rare occasions that it does happen, they assist with reaching out to the other location to see if they have the particular item and size in stock - so, so helpful! There's a lot of Bape, Supreme and shoes you can't find elsewhere here too. He listened carefully to what I needed, offered thoughtful recommendations, and guided me through the entire process with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. I never felt rushed or pressured--only confident that he wanted me to look my best. During the fitting, Solomon was incredibly thorough. He carefully marked every area that needed alteration, including the sleeves, shoulders, waist, chest, and pant length, making sure everything would fit perfectly. My wife and I arrived less than an hour before closing, but Solomon never once made us feel like an inconvenience. He stayed a little past closing to ensure every detail was right, which says a great deal about his commitment to outstanding customer service. When I returned to pick up the suit, I was genuinely impressed. The fit was outstanding and looked and felt like it had been custom made specifically for me. The alterations were flawless, and the complimentary cleaning and pressing service was an added bonus that made the experience even better. Outstanding customer service has become increasingly rare these days, which made this experience even more memorable. After finding a dress I loved, I realized I had forgotten my glasses and couldn't tell if they had it in my size. I asked a sales associate named **Shay** for help, and she was absolutely wonderful. After I explained that I loved the dress but needed a slightly shorter fit, she suggested I try the petite section. She personally walked me over, found the exact same dress in a petite size, and it fit perfectly! Along the way, she asked about my son's wedding and was so warm, personable, and genuinely kind. Her professionalism and customer service were exceptional. Later that day, I realized I had accidentally left my sweater in the dressing room. When we returned to look for it, we couldn't find it anywhere. Shay took my name and phone number, assured me she would keep looking, and offered to text me if she found it. We stopped back later that day, and although she hadn't located it, she told me she had been looking for it throughout the day. I was so touched by the effort she made. Their selection in many of the departments is minimal. I stopped by to return a Christmas gift that I received that didn't work out. I went directly to the customer service area where you do the returns. It wasn't too busy and there were only 2 people ahead of me. The Macy's associate greeted me when it was my turn. She asked me for proof of purchase. There was no gift receipt that came with the gift. It used to be, that the tag had the return barcode on it, but apparently this has changed. All she could do was return it for the price it currently was, since I didn't have a gift receipt. I'm not sure why they changed their policy, but that just made things more complicated. Then she said she had to wait and see what the register does after she processes the return. I might get a store credit on a gift card or might receive it in the mail. Luckily I was able to get it on a gift card right then. I'll have to remember when I purchase a gift here in the future to ask for a gift recipient. That way the person who receives my gift won't have to deal with this craziness if they aren't happy with my gift. Other than that, my experience with the customer service was good.
