The store provided expired products and then attempted to avoid resolving the issue, causing significant inconvenience as I had to pick up the order and return to the store. Instead of assisting customers, the staff created obstacles and even resorted to calling security, which is unacceptable. This experience was extremely disappointing, and based on the way I was treated, I am no longer comfortable visiting Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack.
