Price gouging everything, crawfish is so bad, no actual sauce in the bag...you have to pay extra for more, drinks (even happy hour pricing) are so small and not worth it, the margaritas are not margaritas. And they do not allow any substitutions...for anything. Went there 2 years ago and was acceptable for chain restaurant seafood boil, never going there again now. The staff were very nice, helpful, answered all my questions, and the space was clean! But the price of the meal/drinks for the quality we received had us walking out extremely disappointed and never going back. The service was good, but the food was very hit or miss. The shrimp were cooked so badly that it took my husband several minutes just to peel one, and when he finally did the texture was flaky, mushy, and tasted strange. Definitely not what you expect when you're paying for a nice meal. Also, every time we come here it feels like we're sitting in a wind tunnel. I love this Hot N Juicy Crawfish location, but my last visit was beyond disappointing. My girlfriend, her father, her brother, and I came in on Sunday the 9th around 6:00 PM to celebrate a very special occasion--her father reconnecting with them after 10 years apart. She had been raving about this place to him, saying he would absolutely love it. When we arrived, it was busy, so we expected a wait. That was fine. After a short wait, we were seated, and the host told us someone would be with us soon. But that never happened. We waited and waited--no drinks, no bucket on the table, not even a greeting from our server. Meanwhile, a party that was seated after us got their drinks, then their food, while we were completely ignored. Employees kept walking past us as if we weren't even there. Other tables were turning over, customers were leaving, yet not a single employee acknowledged us. After 30 minutes of being ignored, we had no choice but to leave. This was supposed to be a meaningful celebration, and instead, it was ruined by terrible service. I'm incredibly disappointed. I really hope management addresses this, because no one should ever have to experience this kind of treatment. read more

I really liked the flavors of the crawfish and shrimp. The only disappointing thing was we ordered the wings, and on my first bite, the meat closer to the bone was still frozen. The oysters were fresh and delicious. They were good size oysters too. The calamari was yummy; appreciate the tentacles being included. The green mussels were delicious with garlicky sauce. Hot N Juicy Crawfish Ordered a feast to celebrate a birthday.. Fried Catfish Basket comes with 4 pieces of Catfish over French Fries which is cooked very nice and crispy. Good dipping sauce, but it is good enough to have without. Extra one pound of shrimp, shrimp are large and filling. Which probably had enough food for 3 with the combo dinner. "Get your feet wet" combo - 1 lb of crawfish, 1 lb of shrimp, dozen andouille sausage, 2 corns and 2 potatoes is a generous size combination. The shrimp and sausage are my favorite. We ate there on Sunday around 8 pm and there was hardly anyone there, good restaurant, but not to visible to the street. read more

My favorite seafood boil place! I've been to the Vegas and LA location but never AZ. We waited about 20 mins before being sat. Our server Micah was very attentive and nice! I shared the "the drool" combo with my sister and it was more than enough!! This place is spacious, clean and friendly staff. We had 2 servers. One was in training and they were both great and worked together smoothly. They brought us extra gloves, bags and recommended which seasonings were highly requested. We ordered pretty much every living thing in the water. The garlic butter snow crab was amazing as well as the shrimp in baby spice. If you can handle a little spice, I would suggest that. But up it a notch if you're ready to feel the heat. We ended up here after going to other places in the parking lot and finding out they closed. We wanted something fast, but not fast food if that makes any sense. So with some hesitation,we pulled up around 9:20pm and they closed at 10pm so we knew we were rolling the dice. We were seated quickly along with a drink order taken. We were informed if we wanted to get any of the boils that they would try their best to get everything out at once. Once we placed our order we had soft shell crab, catfish, and a chicken nugget basket. The food arrived pretty quick and was hot and tasted very fresh! The first thing to arrive was the chicken nugget basket. I was surprised, but also happy to see the nuggets appeared homemade. Our little one even commented how good they were which was a first. I'm a huge catfish fan and I feel like this is one of few places I've had that actually served catfish when it said catfish in Phoenix. I ordered sweet potato fries which also were pretty delicious! All the baskets were quite filling for each of us! My 4 star is because it was fairly loud not sure if was because they were cleaning or just the acoustics of the inside.
