Not certain I liked the plastic cups and mini wooden ladle, but the flavors were there. Lobster bisque was a bit thick for my taste, but my better half thought it was great. Flavor was rich and satisfying. Last, the lobster and shrimp roll was too deconstructed. The lobster was dumped on top of an uncut croissant. You couldn't really eat it like a roll unless you scraped off the meat, picked up the damp croissant, cut it and then restuffed the lobster and shrimp inside. Too dang much work. While the flavor was good, this is not something I would order again unless they were willing to split in in the kitchen and turn it into a proper lobster and shrimp roll. It's an expensive steak, similar to wagyu in terms of quality. It's a matter of preference. Piedmontese is a lean, high-protein steak which wagyu is ultra-rich and buttery. Kevin consistently greets me with genuine courtesy and warmth, and his staff always takes excellent care of me, my family, and the guests I have introduced to the restaurant. The food I have had has consistently been of high quality. As someone of Asian heritage who has traveled extensively throughout Asia, I feel confident saying that Nami's cuisine is both delicious and impressively authentic. I have also never been disappointed by the quality, freshness, or variety of the sashimi. Whenever I ask Kevin to select and slice whatever he feels is best that day, he always delivers an exceptional assortment. I rarely write reviews unless I feel they are truly deserved.
