The chicken sando came with Butter toasted buns, coleslaw, pickles, chicken tender, drizzled with NHC Sauce. Served with a side of NHC Sauce. For sauce, we tried buffalo sauce and Mild Cyrus. We also ordered a side of fries. The toast was a small add on and wanted to try and also the waffle for something sweet. Ordering online was easy. Food was ready when I arrived, actually 5 minutes early. Taste of food was good. I thought the chicken tender was good but probably need two tenders on these sandwiches. I was full with my sandwich and fries. My husband wanted more. Therefore, I would order an extra chicken tender in the future for my husband because it is not a serving for a grown man. I enjoyed my Mild Cyrus Chicken Sando. I was happy that we requested that the pickles and Cole slaw on the side. I just think in transport my bun would have been soft. The French fries were surprisingly seasoned and felt the serving was a good size. Overall satisfied and the waffle was really delicious. We added that for a sweet treat and it was like baby dessert. I would come back. Tip: buy extra tender for extra protein if you have a big appetite.

One thing is that both sandwiches that I ordered were a bit excessively drenched in sauce, so I would recommend that you order light mayo, etc if you want to avoid that. Otherwise the service was quick, efficient, friendly, and I would come back to this location again.

They are so efficient at this location that even when there is a long line, I am in and out of there in a matter of minutes. I love the sandwiches here and the options and recently I had their chilli. Potbelly's has chilli?!! What?! It tasted wonderful. Especially now that Chicagonis turning back into its "Chiberia" phase, it's comforting to know a bowl of warm chilli is nearby. Also ordered a group order for the first time online yesterday in a very long time and food was ready at the promised time. I was very pleased and all orders were in the bag. Also liked that the employee handling the pickup orders asked to see my receipt. The ambiance here is that everyone is always friendly and so helpful at this location. So I finally go to the physical store to tell them I need to cancel. Figure this is because they're busy, right? Wrong, it's totally dead. There's some guy who said he'd been there for a half hour and his name never even showed up on the board. The girl refuses to talk to me for some time, and when she finally does she refuses to speak to me with even basic decency. She said I'd get a refund but, sure enough, never got my money back. Crunchy on the outside, very soft on the inside, well seasoned. It was very busy and the line was very long. Gutenburg is located in the Time Out Market, which is essentially a food court. So there's really not much in terms of ambiance unless you enjoy bumping shoulders with strangers.
