I have been coming to here since it opened and it was delicious, but as the years have gone by I'm realizing this place is going down hill (both in quality of food and customer service). This is the best lounge! It is a sushi restraunt in the daytime and becomes a lounge at night They have a very good variety of drinks for a good price ! Especially if you love beer , you can get a beer bucket for $18.95 for 5 beers You can choose what bottle beer you want corona, Stella, shock top and etc. The best part about the lounge is the waitress and bartender! The super sweet, accommodating and welcoming manger was the best and made sure our experience was perfect. Super looong wait! I don't yelp a lot but i felt like i had to this time. This is our first time here and excited to try a new place since the yelp reviews were good. We waited for an hour for our order which was a bento box, 2 small appetizers, a hand roll and 2 pieces of salmon sushi. We watched while everyone else who had just arrived get their meals before us. Mind you it took them almost 40 min to serve our appetizers and another 30 or so to get our meals. Oh! And my iced green tea came out 30 min later lol! And we ran out water. No one asked if we needed anything. We felt neglected while everyone gets serviced. Finally my sons meal was served but my order which was 2 pieces of salmon sushi and a spicy tuna hand roll was not ready yet so since it was getting late i asked to have mine to go. I didn't even get to eat my meal at the restaurant. So we leave and while we were walking twards my car for literally 2 min we realized that we forgot my take out on the table. We went back to let them know we forgot our food and they said they threw it away. I asked if they can make me another order but they said they have to charge me again. Im not going to pay for food i didn't eat! So I asked to be reimbursed for the food they threw away. Luckily they reimbursed me but i had to put a little fight. I understand they were busy and stressed but as customers we definitely felt thier stress. This was stressful dinner. Sadly we wont be coming back. read more

I come here frequently as I think this is the hang-out spot/reunion spot for everyone that went to my high school. Although the name change this place is almost exactly the same. I've never really dined here but I occasionally order some appetizers while I'm here to drink. A few years ago I would try to maximize my buzz by ordering AMF's or Long Islands (Because they would make it extremely strong) but now I just tend to stick with beers and Redbull Vodkas (which is still pretty strong). During the week I can't really say that it gets busy but boy, on the weekends it gets jam packed with people. It is a overall great atmosphere for drinking amongst your friends and I guess if you are looking to meet new people its not a bad place either. Excellent quality fish! Small amount of rice with your pieces. The rolls were so flavorful and the spicy ones didn't overpower the dish. Our favorite is the white fish. I want to just eat it all day the way it melts in your mouth. The atmosphere during the day is very relaxing, good for a lunch date! One of the best places for sushi! The fish to rice ratio is just perfect and the quality of the fish is spectacular for the price you pay. The ambience of the restaurant is suited perfectly to the environment. I had a great time enjoying the music. Not only that, but the service here is impeccable. Timely services with great waiters that enthusiastically make your day. This is a hidden gem in the city of Fullerton, and deserves to be recognized on a national level. I recommend trying the white fish sushi here, it tastes spectacular. It really melts in your mouth. The sushi was great overall. We had the tiger roll, shrimp tempura roll, and the spicy firecracker roll. This was our first time here. We were seated within minutes. They took our drink orders and let us know it was 10 minutes before happy hour was over. And then the waiting started. Luckily my date and I have no problem conversing with each other. But it was about 15 or 20 minutes before we flagged down the waitress to take our order. And about 20 minutes for the food to get to our table. We never saw the waitress again and other waiters didnt even bother to ask if we wanted refills. We paid and left. Service was bad but the food made up for it. TLDR Version: Waited for an hour for food. Worth the wait. But long wait. But to fair, the party ordered over 200 pieces of sushi. Best sushi! Best waiter, Andy! Okay so we had a party of 9 people. We were seated immediately and sent our order in immediately. Within 15 minutes we started getting our rolls and pieces of sushi. We order approximately 60 pieces of sushi in our first round. Tuna, salmon, pepper salmon, yellowtail, white fish and three specialty rolls. Plus a buttload of appetizers like calamari and miso soup with some baked mussels on the side too. Second round we went hard af. I'm taking 100 plus pieces that were only shared among the five surviving ppl in our group. Andy was doubtful, but we showed our boi wassup. We ain't playin. Cleaned that stuff off in 5 mins flat. No hesitation. We ordered at least one of everything. The waiter laughed at us bc of the sheer number and diversity of our order. But no sushi was wasted tonight!!! Overall great night, and tons of great raw fishy goodness. read more

It was an hour wait to even be seated and then another 30 minutes before they could even begin taking our orders. Management needs to consider hiring more sushi chefs and less waiters (who for the most part stood around uselessly because there was nothing for them to do!) This was the first time I came here, but they messed up bringing our order twice and were pretty slow on bringing out food. Granted the restaurant was about half full at the time, but it took a lot longer than expected. They also classify themselves as a lounge.
