My sister and I went to look for a car several places and this place stood out due to Steve! We came in April 1st Wednesday. He knew my appointment, name, what car I was looking to test drive without looking at anything. Just off the top of his head from memory even tho we were late by 5 hours for the appointment, he still had excellent engagement and being late to the appointment didn't bother him at all. Right away brought out the car to test drive and allowed us to inspect the car. It was in excellent condition and exactly what I was looking for. He brought us in to look at what deal we could make and I was preapproved for capital one so I showed him that. His team got me a better rate than my pre approval! But I didn't want to agree to the deal right away and decided to think on it a little longer and come back Sunday. My sister and I went to my car talked about it, we called our dad and our mechanic Bro in law and they both agreed it was the best deal.(we've been to about 6 different dealerships in 1 month and every salesperson was rude or dismissive). We sat on it for about 15-20 mins to talk about the pros and cons. While the car was in excellent condition the decision came a lot easier because of the excellent customer engagement from Steve! He was wonderful to work with and really made the experience pleasant. I love my new car but I wanted to make this review to thank steve for that wonderful experience! I will come back to post a review about the car in about a month but overall customer service 10/10.

About 4 days later I took it to the Van Nuys Jeep dealership near me because it still had 400 miles left on the bumper to bumper warranty. I did NOT expect what they said - Every front end component was warn out. There was an oil leak from the engine. All the shocks needed to be replaced. New steering box needed to be put in. Tires needed to be balanced. This would have cost me THOUSANDS of dollars!!! Literally!!! They let me drive it off the lot like that!!!! WTF!!?!?! If I did not take it in while it was under that remaining bumper to bumper, I would have been SCREWED - and they would have had a lawsuit on their hands. Period.

At most places, I ran into either poorly maintained vehicles or salespeople who were pushy, unrealistic, or just difficult to deal with. At Beach Cities, everything was the opposite. The process was straightforward, no-nonsense, and professional from start to finish. The vehicle I came in for was clean, ready, and exactly as expected. Everyone I interacted with clearly knew what they were doing, which made the whole experience smooth and efficient. Paul was fantastic; easily the best salesperson I worked with throughout my search. He was friendly, direct, and respectful of my time. From the initial greeting to the test drive, to going over numbers and finalizing the deal, everything was transparent and fair. I also explored doing a trade-in and was fully expecting to have to sell my car privately to get a fair price, but they actually matched what I had in mind, which I didn't expect at all. Overall, the entire experience was professional, punctual, and genuinely easy. No games, no pressure, no hidden fees. Easily the best purchasing experience I had, especially compared to other dealerships (and even CarMax, where I was shown a vehicle that wasn't accurately advertised).

After reviewing the payment options, I decided not to move forward with the Accord. While I was there, I was introduced to the finance manager. She was very friendly and explained that if I chose to keep my current lease, I could complete the financing through their dealership since Acura and Honda operate under the same umbrella. Based on that, I decided to keep my Acura and move forward with financing it. During the financing process, the finance manager presented the usual add-on options, which I declined. At the time, nothing seemed unusual--the payment aligned with the new financing terms, and I didn't notice any red flags. About a year later, I reviewed my loan balance and discovered that approximately $10,000 in additional products had been added during the financing process. These included Sentinel coverage, an extended warranty, and anti-theft options--none of which I knowingly agreed to or have ever used. This came as a complete surprise, and I am currently working to resolve the situation. In all my years of financing and leasing vehicles, I never expected something like this to happen, especially since I consider myself experienced in car buying. Let this be a reminder: don't blindly trust the process, and always review every document carefully before signing and leaving the dealership. 2 starts because I blame the unethical finance manager, and partially myself for not checking my contract more thoroughly before leaving.

I bought a used 2006 Toyota Tundra with ~$141K miles. Just a tip for anyone who is buying a car that old - you're going to spend more money to get it up to speed - things wear out no matter what with time. Don and his wife Leyna are a wonderful duo - Don clearly takes a lot of pride in the way he runs his business and Leyna is bright, easy to communicate with and very personable. After purchasing the car, I had noticed issues with the rear door lock actuators and brought it up to Don and Leyna. Honestly, it didn't even occur to me to check because you just assume they worked fine. They were very gracious and offered to replace and fix the issues at a fraction of what it cost me. I think this is extremely generous considering the car was bought "As-is" and they had no responsibility to fix it after I drove it off the lot. I think it speaks volumes of how Don wants his customers to perceive their experience at his dealership and knows that it's a small investment for a continuing relationship. This review is NOT intended to advertise or promise anything on their behalf, but my experience with them was great and they definitely earned this 5 start review. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future should I need another car!

    back in 2019, my mother in-law wanted a new car that drove like her current one (is200) but was…read more"smaller" n "gray" n "better mileage"...i immediately said "try the new lexus UX" 7 years later, she did and instantly LOVED it. friends of mine advised me to take her to Alex Cao at Lexus of Westminster. when we arrived, we quickly learned he happened to stop in on his day off (lucky for us!) but were disappointed to learn they didnt have a gray one in stock at the time but had one coming in within the week. honestly we thought she'd be bummed and have me locate another ux from a different lot (because she was ready to buy NOW), but she was sold on Alex's charm (she told us on our way home how nice and considerate he was taking the time to help her learn the vast amount of tech and reassuring her that the ux was truly the right fit) after going through some options for securing her new car, we spoke with Brad (super nice & very informative finance guy) and filled the paperwork. all that was left was the payment once the car arrived. -this process was really quite quick and seamless. easily top 3 of 10 transactions ive seen in person. fast forward to pickup day...it was a bit rocky at first with a slight mixup with the unpacking of her ux but Alex quickly expedited his team to get the car ready when promised. and still managed to have time to reteach her about her tech and helped connect her android auto. the overall experience was nearly seamless and emotionally painless...didnt feel rushed or desperate like previous dealerships. its weird to admit but this whole transaction felt like it was destined to be. we came (unannounced) and with Alex's expertise, all the pieces aligned...also they do the costco discount (google it, we didnt go through their steps but Alex was able to apply it), just have your membership card handy! **also for anyone that hasnt seen one in person, they have a LFA in the showroom
