Fun spot with two rooms. Chill vibe with good music and drinks. Bartenders are great ! I always stop here when in Denver.

We ended up here after trying to go to DBar and being turned away because they were too busy. It was raining and we just wanted to get a few more drinks. Definitely a dive bar, but drinks were cheap and service was friendly and fast. I was looking at some of the pics of the inside on here from a few years ago and it looked way cooler with red booths and a pool table, etc. I'm not sure if COVID had some kind of impact on that. In any case, fine spot to grab a drink or two! Side note, working in the mental health field, I truly appreciated the sign they had posted in the bathroom with emergency hotlines.

Bar hopping with colleagues, we stumbled across this place, around the corner from the Retrograde SpeakEasy. Nice crowd, mostly locals. There is a decent size bar in the front. They have 1 pool table of you are up for a game. The bar service was fast. Overall experience was great. Would definitely visit again.

This particular bartender is very rude. Her greeting is "need something ". Also saw her taking several shots with the other girls.

Love, love, love this bar. The atmosphere, the clientele, the bartenders. All awesome. I heard one of the bartenders interact with guests three different times where he was giving them a hard time. I loved it. He made fun of my husband, too. Even better. You can tell they get a lot of regulars. Good beer on tap. Good and cheap food. We will definitely be back.

*Tater Tot Review Included* The best part about the tots at this place is the variety. At 7 different options for tots (besides plain tots), you have quite a few options. I got the Thai ginger, truffle, buffalo, & pesto, with that same order being how I would place them in rank of flavor. Each of them had solidly crunchy taters, with minimal sogginess regardless of the amount of sauce used. Thai ginger was quite novel with some sweet chili sauce and the combination with ginger was lovely. The truffle and buffalo were both delicious with their classic flavors added to tots. The pesto option was lackluster with the shaved cheese and cold pesto. We ended up simply scraping off the toppings on that plate and eating those plain. Overall this is a solid divey location with some solid tots worth venturing to!

Staff doesn't communicate, then blames the customer for their own mistakes. Cheap though... and outdoor seating.

I really like The Shoe! Banquet on tap and $4 for happy hour. The service is top notch and the outdoor patio is a comfy spot.

Great Rooftop Lounge for Date Night and Socializing…read more I visited 54thirty Rooftop Lounge for a date night and had a great experience. When we arrived, most of the covered seating and heater areas were already taken, so we ended up sitting in one of the uncovered sections. As it turned out, that was a blessing because the views were amazing. From where we were seated, we had beautiful views of downtown Denver and the surrounding cityscape. Between the skyline, lights, and rooftop atmosphere, it created a memorable evening. What impressed me most was the ambiance. The lounge had a lively but relaxed energy, and people were friendly and approachable. It felt like the kind of place where you could enjoy a date, meet new people, network, or simply unwind with friends over drinks and conversation. My date ordered food, but I honestly don't remember everything he had. I wasn't particularly impressed with the food, but since this is a rooftop lounge, the atmosphere was really the star of the show for me. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would return for the views, the social atmosphere, the drinks, and the opportunity to meet interesting people. Perfect for: Date nights, networking, socializing, drinks with friends, and enjoying Denver's skyline.

Other times I'm just in the mood for a cocktail that reminds me why I don't waste my time at places that think whiskey and cola is "craft." This visit was all about the cocktails, and Seven Grand absolutely delivered. Josh, our bartender, was running the room like a conductor leading an orchestra of happy whiskey drinkers. He asked what we liked, made a couple of recommendations for Old Fashioneds based on our preferences, and absolutely nailed it. Every drink was balanced, flavorful, and dangerously easy to sip. The guy knows his whiskey, knows his cocktails, and somehow still manages to make everyone at the bar feel like they're his only customer. The whiskey selection is enough to make a bourbon nerd lose all sense of financial responsibility, but surprisingly, we escaped without needing to refinance the house. If Josh doesn't own Seven Grand, someone should probably look into fixing that. Until then, I'll keep showing up to "try just one drink"... knowing full well that's a lie I tell myself every single time. Highly recommend. Just don't blame me when two hours mysteriously disappear.

They've gotten do much busier though. There must've been over 30 people at the bar getting drinks. But the 4 bartenders at the bar were slinging them out quickly. Even though they were fast the drinks were extremely well made and the customer service wad amazing. The ambiance was great!! Everyone was here to have a good time. But no one was overly rowdy or raucous. People were friendly and conversational but stayed in their lanes also. Even though all these years have passed. And the pandemic has ravaged many businesses. The quality and service here still makes this place one of the best whiskey bars around!!!

We were originally headed somewhere else on Santa Fe but it was packed, so we stopped in here instead and it turned out to be a great surprise. The space has a cool, slightly mysterious vibe with some Tulum inspiration from the owners' love of Mexico, but the menu also reflects their Eastern European background. It's an interesting mix that somehow works really well. The cocktails were excellent. Everything we tried was well balanced and thoughtfully made. We also ordered a few small bites and they hit the spot. One thing we didn't expect to find there is that they also have an escape room connected to the lounge, which makes the whole place even more unique.
