The previous mechanics when owned by KBE had neglected to address the repair needed which created a major breakdown of the front axel. Brim went above and beyond to uncover the issue and graciously took on the job to rebuil the axel and other impacted parts. Our issues were the result of poor mechanics before Brim. Brim took it on and stood behind high customer service and quality work even though the problem was prior to their ownership.
