So I give this place a 4. I dont give it five yet because it was my first time and Ill wait till i have a well rounded idea of their quality. That being said, I ordered the Black n Blue burger. It was the best bleu cheese burger Ive had in a while. The bleu cheese was creamy and warm and perfectly balanced with the beef. My wife had the BLTA and couldnt get enough. Usually she stops at half a sandwich, but this one was especially good. The waitress said it was the current favorite choice of a lot of customers. The atmosphere was really relaxed, nothing uptight about the place. Our server was extremely polite. She gave us the "first timer" rundown of the menu, which was helpful. They attended to our table throughout the meal, asking if we were ok. I would recommend this place. We have been here 5 times since they opened and always enjoyed the food; drinks and service. Took my wife there for her 50th birthday and everything was pleasant this time as well until our waitress came back with our bill and started to go on a rampage on how much she dislikes her job/ manager and has been treated unfairly since coming there last Spring. She went on to say she plans to leave and move back up with her mom in Washington near Ellensburg. My wife and I sat there trying to think of something we could say to end the conversation and get up and leave. Management has always treated us well there. Blew us away. UPDATE: The owner connected directly with me and I was very pleased with his response. He asked what he could do to earn back my patronage and I was pleasantly surprised when he responded. With the previous excellent service and his responsiveness to my less than stellar visit I will give them a second chance and upgrade my star review to combine both visits and hope the next will be on par with my first visit. If I could give no stars for today's disappointing visit I would! My family and I had gone earlier in the week and received excellent service and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. I went today, August 1, 2021 with my daughter because of the previous excellent service. We told the Host (?) we would sit in the bar and he escorted us over. We sat down and my daughter went to the restroom while I looked over the menus. No one came over, at all. Upon my daughter's return I told her what to order for me in case someone came by while I was in the restroom. When I returned to our table I asked whether anyone came by, nope. We had the menus to the side and after making eye contact with the host, who was within 6 feet of us, watching several employees stand around talking among themselves and waiting for an additional 15 minutes we walked out right in front of the host never receiving a welcome or water. Went for dinner tonight, ordered drinks and an appetizer. Appetizer came out wrong (no biggie) but then we were informed it was made that way (we just asked for no tomatoes) so we cancelled them remaking it. Food came out fast (too fast) my cream cheese was loaded in one spot of the burger (if they slowed down a little it might make for a better product) fries were tasteless and soggy then we ordered another drink 1st I was told the keg malfunctioned so I cancelled the beer and asked for a water at which time he came back with a beer (which was not what I ordered (even had my husband try it to confirm) but at this point I just wanted to pay and go, we had to flag down our waiter for napkins, dips for fries (which weren't offered by the different person that dropped off our meal). Also the waiter brought the bill with the appetizer still on it so make sure you check the breakdown if you have any food issues. It was an overall disappointment like a (worse) version of a Applebee's or Red Robin nothing special, now I will say most that staff was very friendly but forgetful. read more

Food is soo good you can really taste the quality, started off with the boneless buffalo wings which threw me off at first cause they are not your typical hard as a rock mostly breading boneless wings they are like mini strips with the perfect ratio of breading and meat! Do not visit if you have time constraints. Thought I would check this out as a new lunch option as I work in the area. I have an hour lunch and we left without eating. Took 15 minutes to get an order (drinks included) in, didn't receive water in meantime, and even after telling our server we needed the food to go and to get our bill, we waited an extra 5 with no service. So we put some dollars on the table for our beverages and left. Will try again for dinner, as I wanted to sample the menu, but won't attempt again for lunch. Beer was excellent and cold. read more
