I want to like their food, but it's missing that extra bite, or flavor for a four or five star (which I'm here for). They'll bank on their beer and drinks, which I enjoy. Their service is great too. But it's their food...it's missing something. I live nearby so I've frequented this place a handful of times, however even my parents have quit coming due to the (lacking for a better word) blandness of their food. Food is very Applebee's-like. Nothing special and a bit overpriced for such standard fare. I got the "monster" French dip for $15.95, and really, there was nothing monster about it. Regular size at best, and frankly, a bit skimpy with the beef so they really should drop the "monster" from the name. The fries were coated, which I can't stand - so they should mention that in the menu. Overall, okay, but not great or memorable in the least. We had Happy Hour dinner at Hops n Drops recently. We ate outside on their patio and enjoyed their garlic fries, street tacos, pork rib tips and boneless Buffalo Wings. We topped it off with the house margaritas. The service was fast and courteous, the food was very tasty, the margaritas, however, were just OK. We went on a Friday night around 6:30 pm on a nice evening when everyone else had hour long lines to wait in, we only waited 15 min!! Crazy. But so awesome. Service was great and food came timely, hot, and tasty. We've been back a 2nd time since our first trip and have never had to wait more than a few minutes for a table. WAY better than in and out! My family eats here at least once a month (delivery now a days haha) and it is ALWAYS great. The owner seems to be there a lot and takes a lot of pride in customer service. I love the chicken tender salad and their burgers are off the chart. Thats the item that made me look into this place but they also have super good sandwiches and delicious mozzarella sticks (my weakness if theyre good ha and they were) The only thing I wasnt stoked about was the drink price, they have this cool ice cup but its 10 dollars for a drink and its about three decent sips thats all. Dropped in for brunch with the fam. Best Bloody Mary I've had in a while, so there's that. I was impressed, I was expecting the food to be much worse. Tots we're amazing, ranch was mmmmmmmmm... I tried a bit of random things, burgers we're handmade. Mac n cheese was holy $#@&!!! Good. They had a lot of beers on tap, full bar setup. The wait staff though, impeccable service. Beers are served ice cold which my husband loves but they don't have really good ciders. Wish they would rotate more often with so many local options in the area. My kids love the fruit filled bottomless lemonades and have gone with friends many times as teenagers and young adults. Always a good burger with an excellent bun and really good fries! read more

I had a bad first experience last week which was resolved and I returned for a week of great service and it was excellent. I went for drinks last night and it was terrible. The server was bad and the bartender was worse and unable to make a good margarita. This place is way overpriced and poorly run by inept management. Ain't gonna lie... this was the second choice to In n Out. We were passing thru and thought we'd grab In n Out but the line was an hour and a half. We like it but not that much. Came here instead and were so glad we did. Burgers were fantastic, my son totally loved the wings and my daughter enjoyed her Mac n cheese. Menu was huge, food was fast, place was clean, and there were football games on. Although we didn't intend to come here, I'm really really glad things worked out the way they did. The reason it's only 3 stars is because tbh, for 6.50$ a beer and 13$ for a grilled cheese sandwich, there are so many other places in Keizer and Salem that carry more bang for your buck. My side salad was iceburg lettuce with some shredded cheese, while the price of the meal would more warrant a baby mixed green salad with a housemade vinaigrette or something. I've been coming to this restaurant since it opened. I've had many different items off their menu, today I ordered the chicken tender salad just like I've had in the past. I noticed That the salad was much smaller than the ones that I had ordered in the past. I asked our waitress if they had changed their salad menu and she said yes but just the plate, they removed a couple ounces of the lettuce. The price looked the same. Best burger I have had in years. It was well constructed, with amazing flavor and it all stayed in the burger. The fries are some of the best, defiantly fresh and delicious. Their lemonades are bottomless and really good. They don't have the classic lemonade flavor, pretty mild in flavor but exactly what I wanted. All of the condiments I had are really good. Some of the best and ranchiest ranch I've had. Pretty sweet bbq and their signature spread was pretty good as well. Lastly their mozzarella sticks were okay. They are house made which is great but the breading was a bit thicker than I would have liked but even then they were still pretty good. Overall great experience, the food was great and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be coming here again and will hopefully be able to taste more of their so far amazing menu. A+ read more
