Having the little will for breakfast today. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you think the bacon is cooked to much that's because I requested it that way. I personally think it's perfect. Eggs are good. Pancakes are very good. A great breakfast to start the day. But way to much good for me. Gotta give this place a chance so stop in. I will need to come back for lunch and try their lunch menu. My only negative is the pancake syrup was cold from being in the fridge which I know is correct but I like it warm going into hot pancakes. Like I said give this little diner a try.

to me it is like the best dinner there is this waitress her name is Jaime and she is the best women ever

My last visit to Bagel One might be one of my last, just because it was so depressing. I placed a…read morephone order, which was alright. However, the shop itself was abysmal. No chairs because of Covid, but it looks post-apocalyptic - there's no ambiance to even mention. The customer in front of me ordered with someone who was running orders - and by the time she got to the counter to pay, the girl behind the register didn't know the order. The customer, an elderly person, couldn't remember and I helped her recall her order. When I cashed out, they gave me my order of two cinnamon raisin bagels, and I asked about the blueberry muffins. My question was answered but the girl cashing me out didn't ask if I'd like to add a blueberry muffins to my order! Cause I wanted to! But before I knew it, my card was swiped and it was over. I understand food service isn't a glamorous job - I worked here for 3 1/2 years about 5 years ago. Even on my toughest days, I tried to put on a smile for the customers. It's literally all about the service they receive and their loyalty to the establishment to return. Quality of food is part of it - which the crew in the back has had for *ages*, but everything the customer sees is sad. My motto was that you eat with your eyes, and that means the ambiance and appearance. None of which Bagel One has right now. I hope this changes. I used to love it here. And it hurts to see Bagel One like this.

I used to come here 10+ years ago and loved the bagels, but when I came in today I was appalled at…read morehow dirty the restaurant was. All the tables were dirty, drinks spilled all over the floor, and the ceiling tiles were so brown and stained that some of them were sagging. We ordered before realizing how dirty it was and were worried the whole time that we would get sick. The food was ok, but I can't get past the unsanitary conditions and won't eat there again. I don't think they could possibly pass a health inspection with the state of the eating area. I really hope they clean the restaurant up and get more friendly staff so they can stay in business.

The wings and the mousse (beyond expectations)!! MUAH- chef's kiss! The mussels were good but need a bit of something. Service: I had my food for pick-up. I did not eat-in so I can't offer a true review. HOWEVER. The host/greeters were polite. They greeted me upon eye contact and kept warm smiles on their face the entire time. When my food bag was handed to me. I was met with a fare well greeting and a thank you. 10/10 for my service experience, although brief. Ambiance: Vibrant. When you walk in you hear pleasant chattering and the sound of honest conversation and genuine joy. Price: 8.5/10. Fair prices.

There's a lot of nostalgia tied to this place, but the experience today feels like a shadow of what it used to be. The quality has dropped drastically. Service was, frankly, atrocious--slow, disengaged, and bordering on indifferent. The beer selection is still decent, but it doesn't matter much when every pour arrives tasting off. Whether it's bad kegs or hot glasses, the result is the same: lukewarm, skunky beer that's hard to enjoy. Food was another disappointment. Every item came out cold, and the flavors were on par with grade‑D fast food--bland, lifeless, and nowhere near the standard this place once had. Giving three stars feels generous, but it's a nod to the legacy Willibrew built over the decades. I truly hope they find their footing again, because right now, the nostalgia is doing all the heavy lifting. Ummmmm cheers I guess

Service was acceptable, but lacking in level of personality or engagement. For me, these characteristics are memorable and would help inspire me to come back. The food was as described on the menu, but equally lacking in pizazz. My Mexican Bowl was lukewarm and my friends' burgers were both well-done, despite only one of them asking for it being this way, and the fries were overcooked. I like crispy, but not to the over-the-top degree to which they were done. Bottom line: Eat here if you are hungry and your needs will be met, but this place could use a lift in sparkle and quality.

It's okay but pricy…read more I've been to this location a few more times since my last review. The last couple of times the place was very busy and getting seating was not possible. During my last visit it was relatively quiet, so I took a seat and went through the menu. My server was very friendly and professional. I took her recommendations and got the churro crepes and peppermint latte. Latte came out quick, same with the crepe. The latte was very sweet, lots of sugar and mint. Coffee flavor was obliterated, and was a bit much for me. Informed my server, offered a drip coffee as a replacement but I opted against. The crepe was going to be a lot of sugar too, so just sent it back. She communicated with her team to watch the syrup pours for future drinks, which is a good proactive move. The churro crepes. Conceptually is a good idea. The cheesecake filling was tasty and a reprieve from the avalanche of caramel syrup and sugar. The churros were warmed up but the server was very honest that they were not made on the spot. Outside of the churro was crunchy and inside was stuffed. The crepe was not warm, so I don't think it was made fresh to order either. When I asked the server, she insisted it was made to order. The price was 21 for the latte and crepe. The price of the crepe was high for the quantity and quality. The latte was reasonable for price, but might want to ask to go light on the syrup. Given the location, it's one of the few breakfast spots around that area. It's not bad, but they do price accordingly for the lack of competition. It's not a trek place, but it's one of the few options around without driving 15 minutes. If you need breakfast in that area, then it works.
