We wanted to keep the original windows because they fit so perfectly with the house. I called about 20 glass/window companies and no one would touch them. Everyone just wanted to sell me new windows. Then finally someone recommended John from Boulder Creek Glass. I called and set up an appointment with Jeanette. John had two of the windows open almost immediately. Then he lovingly and patiently restored the other two large windows that had some dry rot and termite damage. He even used two cross bars from his collection of old double hung windows to replace two of our crossbars. John is like a old world craftsman who cares deeply for his work. Cannot recommend Boulder Creek Glass Company enough.
