He worked quickly in a tight timeline between us closing on the house and doing necessary repairs, termite fumigation, all before we needed to move in. The windows look great and are so well sealed we have not had any drafts or smoke coming in even during the 2020 wildfires. These windows were an upgrade in appearance as well as energy efficiency. We are very happy with the Simonton windows - which Kevin recommended as maximum glass area for replacement windows, longevity and warranty support - and very happy with Kevin's work! He just came back out to install a replacement screen door on our patio slider under warranty as the latch had broken, and both the manufacturer and Efficiency window took care of this very, well, efficiently!

The workers were great, very helpful and nice. The final trim is beautiful, there was great attention to detail. The windows and sliding doors are wonderful, a huge step up from the original. Once installed, the inspections went perfectly. The installers knew exactly what needed to be done for each inspection step.
