He worked quickly in a tight timeline between us closing on the house and doing necessary repairs, termite fumigation, all before we needed to move in. The windows look great and are so well sealed we have not had any drafts or smoke coming in even during the 2020 wildfires. These windows were an upgrade in appearance as well as energy efficiency. We are very happy with the Simonton windows - which Kevin recommended as maximum glass area for replacement windows, longevity and warranty support - and very happy with Kevin's work! He just came back out to install a replacement screen door on our patio slider under warranty as the latch had broken, and both the manufacturer and Efficiency window took care of this very, well, efficiently!

Whenever we had questions, they were happy to explain the details and differences between the options. Valentina was especially helpful in recommending windows that fit our needs and budget, without ever trying to upsell us. Everything went exactly as expected, from the initial measurements and estimated delivery date to installation day. The installation team was incredibly efficient, careful, and clean. They worked quickly, and there was surprisingly little dust or mess left behind. Best of all, we noticed an immediate improvement in both sound insulation and temperature control after the new windows were installed. We later learned that GV Home Solutions has been in the local window business for many years. They may not be the most visible company online, but their experience and quality of work really show. We're very happy with our new windows and highly recommend GV Home Solutions to anyone in the community looking for quality work, fair pricing, and great service!

I appreciate that they didn't try to "upsell" us or offer anything we didn't need. We are so happy with our new windows and doors!!! We wanted to keep the original windows because they fit so perfectly with the house. I called about 20 glass/window companies and no one would touch them. Everyone just wanted to sell me new windows. Then he lovingly and patiently restored the other two large windows that had some dry rot and termite damage. He even used two cross bars from his collection of old double hung windows to replace two of our crossbars. John is like a old world craftsman who cares deeply for his work. In the past, Milgard had always sent out a rep to check the window and measure. They informed us that they don't do that anymore. The measurements that we gave them were incorrect according to them. This went on for months. I came across Lighthouse Windows and called to see if they had any advice in dealing with Milgard. Danielle took time to talk to me and help us even though we hadn't bought the windows from her. She even sent out Cody to measure for us and give us a professional measurement quote to send to Milgard! Amazing! Milgard called us the next day with an appointment date! Thank you!
