To describe the situation to make it fair for all involved I contacted them through the normal yelp MO. They asked for photos which I provided and they gave me a quote. Now if they initially estimated 8000$ and then after the"confirmation" they come back and say " the specific job requires an additional 5000$ well that kind of changes things and I'm stuck paying the 200$. We are very happy with the Simonton windows - which Kevin recommended as maximum glass area for replacement windows, longevity and warranty support - and very happy with Kevin's work!
