From the beginning, Derek provided excellent information on product and installation on the replacement windows I required. He was particularly informative about the best way to do the replacements, avoiding the 'short cuts' that lead to potential problems in the future. Pricing estimates were provided, and adjustments readily made for the few changes in style I requested. Comparatively, the cost seemed very reasonable. The install team of Saul, Jose, and Noe were conscientious throughout the process, measuring carefully, applying insulation, and leveling the windows. They even treated my pesky questions with friendly and informative answers. They never left a mess, cleaning up each days work as they went along. They are very professional, very easy to work with, always reliable and have high quality products. They clearly want their customers to be happy with their work. Debbi got me a quote but with very rude customer service. Then I asked for a revised quote, which she provided. Then I asked for a final revisions and she said to just sign the second quote and mark the changes. I did that that day and sent it with and email asking how to and when to pay. Then I heard nothing and followed up a week later only to find they had not been ordered and I needed to provide a credit card which I did over the phone. Then the "two week" lead time turned into three weeks and I won't have the windows in time for my project. I had to cancel the order because she couldn't guarantee that a manager could call me back in time to cancel it after I spoke with a manager. And she had the nerve to tell me that she had an email stream showing she kept asking ME for a deposit when actually, she NEVER contacted me and left me to keep following up with her. If you use them... make sure you have two months lead time! I do not post reviews... but her attitude, accusations and failure to help or even apologize was too much for me! read more

These guys were recommended by two of our contractors who thought they did good work. They may do good work, but good luck trying to get a hold of them. I called and spoke to whoever answered the phone and said I needed some work. He took my info and said the owner would get back to me. When I never heard back I called again and this time the person who answered the phone said they remembered seeing my information on the desk somewhere. (no reason why they never called) He said they would be in my area the following morning and would call first thing to schedule a time. No follow-up call was received. I went with The Skylight Place who were prompt and efficient. Given the service from these guys before the got my business I would hate to see what happens next. read more

This place was recommended by a contractor friend. So I thought it was a great place to start. Contacted them and was told I would need to have someone come and check out my project in order to give me an estimate. I scheduled the appointment and took half a day off of work to be available. I had a family member with a medical need during that time, however I didn't wanna miss the appointment so I waited to attend to then until after the appointment (I wouldn't never want to be rude and leave them waiting for me). After waiting for an hour I tried to contact them and make sure they were going to show up (no answer). I left two messages. No one called me back. No one ever showed up. I left two messages expressing my frustration and never received a phone call or an apology. I wish I had read their yelp reviews prior to scheduling. I would've saved myself half a day vacation time for work and would have been able to attend to my family members needs sooner instead of having someone be disrespectful and flake on the appointment THEY set up. Save yourself the frustration snd skip to the next place. read more

I had Central Windows come out to give me an estimate. 2 weeks later and 4 unanswered phone calls....I'm writing this review. I haven't a clue whats going on. There is nothing as frustrating and unprofessional as not returning phone calls. I suggest you call ABA Windows instead. read more

Called them and we had everything set up to measure in the afternoon. They forgot so they promised to measure later in the day and they forgot again. They eventually made it out and they got all of my information. Everything from then on was great. Got a call from their office guy with pricing. The pricing was low and the installation went great. Their shop guy is very knowledgeable and is very helpful. He always seems busy but always makes time to help out with any questions. The installers are very fast and clean. My whole experience was great once they finally got out to the job. read more

I needed to replace a double pane of a sliding glass door, low-e and tempered. After getting several high quotes from other glass shops I talked to Peter who was very helpful and came back with a reasonable price. I was going to do the job myself and Peter gave me some good tips how to do it. The whole experience was very pleasant and Peter called me back as soon as he could (he has a mountain of work orders stacked around his desk) they are very busy and seem short handed at times.
