Came for lunch and tried a few of their items. I tried the fries with the green chili queso and this was surprisingly good. You can taste the chilis in the queso but it's not hot at all! I also tried the chicken lollipops (which seems to be a seasonal item) and they were good as well - I enjoyed the buffalo flavoring. The burger I ordered was the Classic made with ground chicken + cheese and mushrooms. Typically burger - cooked juicy and enjoyed it! The customer service was amazing as well with plenty of parking in the back of the restaurant.

Hopdoddy Burger Bar is OK, average at best. I went in early on a Friday night. I sat at the bar. The service at the bar was ok. It took a while for the food to come and when it did, it was cold. If you're ok with that, the beer selection was pretty good. The ambiance, at least at the bar seemed nice. Like I said, it's ok. I'll try somewhere else before I go back though.

Food tasted great! Our fries came out first, way before our burgers, which is being nit picky, but just wish it would've been with our burgers. Service was just okay. We had a weird encounter with one of the workers there who kept cleaning our table as we were still eating and we told him on 3 different occasions we weren't done.

Good food! Service was good...order at the counter and they bring your food out to you. Minus one star because of issues with one of the burgers. Otherwise a good visit.

The family drove north from Round Rock after Thanksgiving and dropped off my oldest at the TCU game. My other monkies needed to be fed so I looked up burgers around me and the pictures on Google popped up so the Turkey out family made the move for burgers. When we arrived the restaurant is located in a big strip mall area and so parking might be a challenge. When we walked in I had a déjà vu and remember the family had been in a similar place but the experience and price no bueno. When you walk in, you are greeted by the employees. You place the order before you sit down and select the table you will be sitting at for your meal. The little rhino had a kids burger meal with fries and a kids drink, me and middle kid had double bacon cheeseburger and mom had the classic. She ordered the green chile queso fries. I took my monkies to wash their hands, located at the back or restaurant, and the music was loud in there but most importantly very clean restrooms. They brought the fries, in a big silver bowl, to our table and the queso on the side. This bowl fed all of us. Next came the burgers and over all cooked well not burned. The cheese melted well, making each bite juicy. The meal for 4 burgers $54 with water only. The taste is very good, clean environment and positive employees. It would have been ok if they came around a bit more to check on us since there weren't many guests. A good place to have a burger.

So I finally got back around to giving hopdoddy another shot and this time was better, I ordered the double bacon jam burger and parmesan truffle fries. The burger is a bit sloppy but tasty none the less, the bacon jam is good stuff and it was cooked medium rare as requested which is always a plus as I'm not a fan of a cooked through Patty. The Parmesan Truffle fries were delicious as I would expect lol hard to me up those flavors, I asked for the Truffle aioli on the side and I'm glad I did cause it's a strong flavor and I enjoyed just dipping the fries in it. Overall hopdoddy improved from my first visit, although I don't think it'll become my go to it's still a place that's worth trying if you live close to one.

My fiancé and I went for our date night, the atmosphere is nice. A chill place to go dine at, we ordered the bacon jam burger with grilled jalapeños, the classic with cheese and bacon added, the Parmesan fries, an angry orchard bottle and a drink they had I believed it was called the pink man? Food was pretty tasty, although I did remember coming here a few years ago and swore the burgers were bigger than that, definitely had PLENTY of room left for dessert. The drink was pretty good, a little too spicy for my taste but that's what I get for not reading the menu correctly. Overall my experience was nice and would definitely return, perhaps order two burgers this time!

Great experience at Hop Doddy! We were celebrating a birthday and everyone loved what they ordered. It seems you just can't go wrong? The restaurant was clean, staff was super friendly and Jose was great at explaining options from the many choices on the menu. The Hot Honey & Sage Brussels were delectable!!!

The burgers are delicious and fresh! The parm fries are also perfect! There was a slight wait, but nothing to complain about.

Hopdoddy never disappoints. The parm fries and green chili queso is a must. The ahi tuna burger with the wasabi crisp is by far my favorite burger on the menu.

My burger was alright (double bacon jam) and my fries were super over seasoned. Service wasn't bad at all.

My friends and I were in Fort Worth for a little weekend fun and after driving in and checking into…read moreour hotel, we sought out food and drinks. Yelp brought us here. Gustos Burgers N Stuff is basically a house turned restaurant and bar. You literally walk through the front door and walk through rooms. They also have a nice backyard turned into a large patio. Customer service was great. You order at the counter and when your food is ready they'll bring it out to you. The food menu is pretty small and simple. They have one starter which are the jalapeno poppers. It's your standard popper but they elevate it by glazing it with salted brown sugar honey butter. It is really good. I'm usually not big on sweet and savory combos but this works and packs just the right amount of heat. Burgers is their game. Smash burgers to be exact and the best variety in my opinion. They have 4 meat options as well as an Impossible Burger option. They come in single, double or triple meat and the price varies according to what you pick. First time here so I had to go with just a regular smash burger which is the Gusto Burger. I can't remember if I went double or triple, but either choice is good as one thin patty is never the move with a smash burger. It comes with American cheese (the only right cheese for burgers), caramelized onions, their house sauce and pickles. It comes on a buttered toasted bun which held up nicely to all the toppings. This burger was outstanding. I would put it up there as one of the best smash burgers I've had. Everyone in our party agreed. I went with tots for my side and it was a very generous portion that was cooked to perfection and seasoned nicely. I washed it down with a local beer from their nice selection of draft beers. They also have a nice variety of bottled drinks as well as cocktails. I am glad we randomly found this spot in Fort Worth because it was a solid spot to quench our thirst and fill our bellies. I will most definitely be back when in the area.

Truth bomb of a review coming right up- Super cute dive bar…read morevibe hipster place. Right by TCU so it's obviously the place to go for a good smash burger that is reasonably priced for what it is. Service is kind and we got our food fast enough. The tables turn quickly but they basically have no time to wipe them down. I always love the Maine root soda selection. The smash burger is absolutely soaked in grease. That's even with two patties! As someone who loves a good smash burger more than a gourmet burger, I couldn't even finish it and felt a lil queasy. And I eat everything. The tater tots felt just as unhealthy and oily. It definitely feels like a place to use burgers to soak up the booze. Perfect if you're in college and when your metabolism can handle anything. If not, I'd recommend skipping it.

You can tell there's care put into the build. The atmosphere was fun and lively, making it a great place to hang out and enjoy a meal. The staff stood out as well. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. The onion rings were just okay. They and the chicken tenders felt like the only items that went straight from freezer to fryer, which stood out compared to how fresh everything else tasted. If I had one suggestion to take this place to the next level, it would be to offer a true build-your-own burger option with a full list of ingredients. They were very accommodating when it came to customizing their "designer" burgers, but having full control would make the experience even better. Also, while the burger meat was good, it tasted like it was cooked on a flat top. There is nothing wrong with that, but a flame grilled option with a bit of smoke and char would push these burgers into elite territory. Overall, great burgers, great vibe, and great service, with just a couple of tweaks away from being exceptional.

This was more like a sports bar to me. It looks like a house from outside. They have a deli, bar and burger place all together. We were really there just to try the burgers and look around. You can't really get up and look around while you're ordering from a table. Our waitress was new but still seemed very knowledgeable about the menu. Our food came out hot and fresh. We only had the burgers. They were juicy and good, but could have used some salt and pepper. The burgers are on the small side. Quarter pound patty burgers without a side are nearly $13 and it was five dollars to make it a double. It was a nice experience, probably fun to go at night when they have a band. I personally won't return to eat lunch because we felt it was overpriced for what we had.
