Lots of beef, with plenty of cheese and veggies. One of the best I've had in a while. I added 4 boneless teriyaki wings for $2. Not impressed. I'll skip the wings next time. The guy who took my order was super friendly. I asked which drink was his favorite and he said watermelon & strawberry lemonade and it was delicious. I ordered 6 wings and an old school cheesesteak. I have tried Charleys twice now (Springtown location). The first time it took 28min after order to get our food but the taste was okay. Tonight the place had no wait and I ordered online. When it said my food was ready I headed that way expecting the same crowed but I was the only customer. Chicken was dried out and missing parts (see pictures). The cheese and bacon fries had a lot of burn bacon crumbs and left the fries tasting very burnt. I think we will just stick to the HUT for our wings. 4.5 stars if I could. The SOLE reason it's not 5 stars is because they don't peel their onions correctly before sautee. They leave the top, hard and chewy layer of the outer onion on when they're slicing and it affects the experience more than you might imagine. Teach your line cooks to properly prepare onions and I'll amend it 5 stars. Food is good. There's nothing spectacular about this place because honestly, there shouldn't be; they serve beef phillies, chicken phillies, wings and fries. That's it, and that's all that's needed so long as the food is good, and it is. Perfectly simple, perfectly advertised and tasty. No need for much else. I commend them on their menu size and how it's not crazy big, we all know (or should) that a place with a zillion things on their menu is making nothing good, whereas a place with only a handful of things is making nearly 100% of their things great. My first time here but my fiance always raves about this chain. The bacon Philly was pretty good and the fries were tasty but what really got me hooked is the lemonade. Wow. So incredibly fresh and tasty. I highly recommend the peach lemonade with fruit because it absolutely changed my view on lemonade. Not too sweet and not too tart. Now if you want that tartness I'd go with the blueberry lemonade. All in all very tasty and worth a try. read more

A guy in the back appeared, saw me, and said he was still getting things warmed up from about 20 feet away and then disappeared. That was it. So I left. Most ridiculous restaurant experience ever. This new location opened yesterday and is in a great spot in Fort Worth. My total for a large sandwich, fry and drink was about $14.00. I was super excited to try this location but must say the sandwich fell short. Their was about 30% meat to the 70% bread and veggies. The fries with cheese was good fresh and hot and of course the soda was good. The service was exceptional and fast but I don't think this meal was worth $14.00. Maybe around the $9-10 range at best. I've ordered from Charley's about 3 times through DoorDash, and their food is ok. But, I'm tired of ordering from them and paying for extra items and never getting them. If you want bleu cheese dressing to go with your wings, you have to pay extra. It doesn't just come with it like it SHOULD. So, they make you pay for a tiny side of dressing, but they don't include it with your order. Won't be ordering from them anymore, until they start caring about their customers more and include everything that's paid for. read more

This was my first time trying this place since I was in the area. Inside dining, curbside pickup, and carry out. Inside was clean. No mask were worn by employees or customers. Employees were very friendly and the wait for my order was short. I ordered chicken philly sandwich with extra mayo, small watermelon strawberry lemonade, and bold BBQ traditional wings with ranch. Philly sandwich was okay ended up adding more mayo which made it not so dry. Bread was good toasty and buttery. The wings was nit so grand fried hard n dry. The lemonade was very sweet so split it in to 2 cups each half full with water to cut down the sweetness. Overall, may go back if I'm every in the area and craving a philly style sandwich. My husband and my daughter went here for dinner and when they returned home with the food all of the meat was RAW. My daughter had eaten one so I hope she doesn't get sick. Then end up in the hospital and possibly get at risk of catching COVID. The cook obviously did NOT have a timer on to cook the meat properly and should be FIRED. We usually have an excellent experience here but tonight was not. Some of the wings were also cold/frozen. This completely messed up our night. read more

I've had much better Philly cheesesteak sandwiches I've never had a Philly cheesesteak sandwich that has fresh pickles lettuce and tomatoes on them usually a Philly cheesesteak is pretty much steak and cheese. The boneless wings which I got the Cajun rub were very salty and a lot of batter were you hardly could taste the fresh chicken meat but the Cajun rub over powered along with the batter. The french fries came with a Velveeta cheese or nacho cheese sauce spread on them which didn't bring any extra flavor. It was delicious. This was my first time ordering from this establishment and I was happily surprised. As a former Customer Service Supervisor, customer service is my first line of review. Sonny was a superb manager. I loved his welcoming attitude and encouragement to pick out the right items for my first time. The quality of the food was fresh, not frozen, and tasty.
