We had a group of 17 for a birthday party. We called ahead with our exact party number and when we arrived, not only were tables not set up and ready to go for us, the manager asked us to move away from the doorway while we waited for them to set them up. Again... We called ahead. After we received our drinks and they took our order, we barely ever saw our server. After the first 25 minutes after our order taken I finally asked if I was going to get the appetizer I had ordered. It came about 10 minutes after I had asked, 35 minutes after ordering total. Then about 15+ minutes after the app (hour or so after original order) our food came. Some orders got the wrong sides and one completely forgotten. The forgotten order was comped. We were at the restaurant from 11:25 to 12:45 and had to wolf our food down just to leave by then as we were all on a lunch break. The table was under staffed to accommodate 17 people. The manager should have been more involved. The food was good though I would have liked to have more time to enjoy it. read more

I like wings a lot, but the fare that was offered at this Hooters may have been the final meal I ever eat in this chain. I ordered the regular wings with medium heat. They came with no heat, the sauce was spiceless in my opinion. My comparison is the wings at BWW in the medium wet or dry rub--both have some zing and cause a little sweat--which is what I want. At Hooters--nothing for sweat or heat-- flat as the Minnesota plains. The only taste was the fry oil contained in the breading, and that is not one of my favorites. Might as well serve them in gravy. My other real problem was the wings themselves. Every wing had the black around the bone from blood that had collected before cooking. It usually indicates some sort of trauma during the butchering process. Did they kill these things with a pickup truck??? Run the truck through the barn and pick up the floppers and make wings for Hooters? I have never seen this many off quality wings in my life. 100% blood residue!! the only positive was, I did get to sit at the bar next to the guy everyone has seen: underemployeed, drinking diet soda by the gallon, way too unfit to keep up with these Mensa servers, knows all the girls by name and the days they work, does not have a chance in hell to take one home unless her car is towed, may never figure it out. I have it figured out, I will stay out of the Hooters for a long time-- the wings were awful and maybe even a little scary. read more

A trip to McDonald's would have given me a better burger. It's hard to screw up a cheeseburger and curly fries, but the burger had very little flavor and was over cooked. The fries were just plain bland. Our waitress was nice but she took a 15 minute smoke break and sat and chatted with this one guy for about 10 minutes at the next table. Service was very slow and it took forever to get our check. Your money would be much better spent at a number of other places if you are going there for the food. read more

The service has gotten out of hand. The last two times I've been we have had to wait over an hour to eat and both times they got some part of our order wrong and it had to be sent back. I can only defend you guys so much. I have to beg my friends to go with me because your service has been so unbelievably horrible most of them have sworn never to eat in your place again. One of my favorite places to come grab some food and enjoy my time out! I used to be quite the regular when I lived over in the Tulsa area but even now that I'm more I. The BA district of things I still make an effort to come here when I want quality food and a fun setting. I love all the girls, I know quite a few really well from all my visits. I ordered wings online for Super Bowl. Just a small order of 20. I placed my order at 12:30pm for pick up at 4:30pm. My husband waited for over an hour and a half. He gets home and I realize they gave us THE WRONG WINGS. I ordered extra crispy and got naked. An hour and a half wait for crappy wrong wings. I called the restaurant, the lady was rude and told me they were behind on tickets by an hour and a half. Well, really? You had my email and my phone number how hard would it be to call and tell me !?! You know what's worse? Finding out that Uber orders are getting priority over all other orders including web orders placed from their own website. This place has no sense of customer service. This Hooters location has gone way down. We eat here at least once/week. It used to be our favorite place to eat simply for the fact that they always got our order right, the food was consistent and the service was great. I don't know if there's new management, but the last couple of months, it has gone way down. They're either out of food (tonight they didn't have smoked wings), or the food is over cooked. The service has tanked. One night, our waitress took 15 minutes to bring our drinks because she was chatting with her friends at another table. Worst service in the past year. 10-30-16 went in around 9-10pm. Not too busy but servers seemed to be more obsessed with taking pictures of their outfits than serving their tables. (Hadn't been back until 7-26-17). Not only had we called ahead to make sure that 11:30 was ok to order and have drinks the bartender said, "Oh yeah! Come on down we don't shut down till 12. We will still serve you before that!" We arrived we were treated with nothing but inconvenience. The truth was the bartender had already broken down half her bar and wanted to go home. We come here about twice a month, food is always good and if they ever screw anything up it ends up being free. Service is always good as well. The managers here are awesome if they see you without a drink or if you look like your waiting they get on top of it and make things happen. For a fast-serve dining experience, themselves a restaurant fails to deliver. Appetizers that take 45 minutes is unacceptable. Main dishes over an hour, also unacceptable. The wait service was attentive, the kitchen really ruined the experience for our group. The manager tried to explain that they were really busy, which is hard to believe when the floor was half full on a Thursday night. Again...Great time & HOT tasty food. I read some of these reviews and just have to step in. I have 6 kids, from 4 to 20, 4 girls and 2 boys. My 4 yr old daughter LOVES this place. Why? 1). They always are nice, say hello and "welcome to Hooters" when we come in. It is like they are glad to see us; which is actually not typical because of our families size. 2). The food is always hot and tasty. We eat family style, so everyone has a little of everything. Plenty of plates. 3). Did I mention they are nice? Let me say it again. We brought in 13 today, 7 kids 6 adults, and they didn't freak out! They just brought more sodas. 4). It is not expensive. So how anyone can have a bad time at Tulsa's Hooters is beyond me. The set up is great if you're looking for a sports bar with some eye candy. I got the Cajun wings. which were DELISH! and the lemon pepper, those were a little lack luster. Great beer selection! First time experience for me here at hooters. I have to say that I was very disappointed. Our server Abbey was nice but took FOREVER with everything including our drinks. We ordered an appetizer of fried pickles and we didn't receive them until 30 mins later. We were given the excuse that they were short handed a few cooks and that the managers were in the back cooking. Everything came out all at once. The wings were good however they were pretty small. I definitely prefer Buffalo Wild Wings over this place. The server did take the pickles off the ticket because we had to wait so long. I ordered from here on gameday from the Uber Eats App. First off, all my food was cold when it got to me. The Uber eats driver got it to me in the expected time, not later so its not like he drove around with it to get cold. If you are going to offer uber eats as a service you should find better ways to insulate your food. Cold boneless wings are not good. Secondly, no where when I placed the order did it say boneless. I was really looking forward to some crispy wings and the game, not these slightly flavored soggy chicken nuggets. I didn't get a straw with my drink and I paid a dollar for an extra container of ranch that I did not get. I wouldn't care that much about the ranch if they hadn't made me pay for it. Couple minutes went by and we decided to just go in and grab a seat. It was 15 minutes before i asked to speak to the manager since the waitress went by us like 10 times. He came to us and when i told him about the problem. He said "yeah i only have 3 girls on the floor and one cook" then i asked if i needed to keep waiting. I come to this hooters nearly 3 times a week. We sat down and ordered the endless wings today on 2/10/20. We were enjoying our first round of wings and the manager came and told us that their card system was down. This is a typical occurrence at this hooters. The manager (Steven) proceeded to tell us that we will HAVE to walk to the atm to pay in cash. Our group of 7 said this would be fine if they gave us a discount to compensate for the surcharge that the atm charges. The manager was incredibly rude and told us if we stop at a toll both that only accepts cash we wouldn't complain. However we sat down and were 3/4 of the way through our first round of boneless wings when we were told that they wouldn't accept card. Therefore we didn't have any notice of cash only otherwise we would have came prepared and not paid the atm charge. The large groups that I congregate with at hooters will not be coming to this location ever again. This was the worst we have ever been treated at any food establishment by management. Amazing service from our waitress but the manager can kindly sit and spin. The only reason there is one star is because of the excellent service from our waitress. read more

The remodeled location was outstanding. It was very bright with plenty of screens for sporting events. I had the Habanero BBQ ribs, and they were very well done. Sarah was my waitress, and was very attentive and friendly. Jordan, Michelle, Sierra and Vanessa also came by the table to say hello (among others...I could not remember them all). So I'm in Tulsa for a week or so for work. My co-workers decides he want Hooters for dinner. I'm always up for some wings and hell usually the waitresses aren't all that bad either. Needless to say that I didn't put up much of a fight. I must say that this dinning experience was one of the weirdest I've ever had. PERIOD!! Now I'm from New Orleans so that is saying a lot!! Anyway, our waitress seemed to be on some type of drug. I'm not sure if she was or not, but she was pretty dopey. They had a group of 2 men at a table behind us. Their waitress decided it was appropriate to tell them and apparently the whole restaurant her whole life/love story. She was shouting at other waitresses. The whole experience with the waitresses seemed like I was at a strip club. Now on to the food. We had an order of the steamed shrimp. They were ok, but Dopey forgot to bring out the clarified butter that we requested. The wings were the puniest I've ever seen. They were overcooked, dry and flavorless. Upon completions of our meal, Dopey asked us if we would like dessert. My co=workers answer: "Hell no!!! We're trying to get the hell out of here. This place is weird." They have great specials throughout the week. Monday's they have all you can eat wings and also includes the new smoked wings. Their smoked wings by far are the best wings I've eaten. They have over 40 TVs so watching any games or even UFC this is definitely the place for it. When you go to Hooters at this location ask for Jessica!
