It's been a while since I enter a Hooters, but was craving it. This is a really nice Hooters. Super modern and clean. The waitress was very nice and helpful and because it was Wednesday, they had a deal where if you buy 10 wings, you get 10 boneless wings for FREE. We ordered that, Fish Tacos and curly fries. Our choice of sauces were mild (that buttery goodness) and a dry rub called Texas BBQ. The dry rub was eh, but the mild sauce was perfect. The curly fries are always a good side dish with wings. We went there as a celebration after a local marathon. Our party consisted of 8 adults and 1 child. Our server even through she was in training provided excellent service. Our food came out in a timely order but the wings has an excessive amount of sauce on them. I didn't want to make a fuss but definitely let it be known when asked by who I assumed was the manager how was everything that the wings could use less sauce. To me no one does wings like Hooters but if the quality of food isn't consistent unfortunately I will have to start looking elsewhere. read more

I didn't end up eating here. As soon as I walked in, it felt more like a dark, dingy strip club than a restaurant. The vibe was uncomfortable and not welcoming. Everyone working was glued to their phones like zombies. The whole place was. A waitress handed me a menu and sat me at a table, but the menu was so sticky the pages were stuck together. That alone was enough to make me look around and take in the overall cleanliness. Once I did, I noticed the place just felt dirty. Tables didn't look wiped down, surfaces were sticky, condiments unfilled and it didn't seem like cleanliness was a priority at all. I decided to leave without ordering anything. Plenty of parking and then it goes downhill. The building has been completely neglected. The walls are terrible and the little bit of the kitchen we could see was disgusting. The staff meandered about like they were lost and unaware that they are at a place of employment. There was a single server and so many staff walked right by a pass full of food waiting to be delivered. The service is slower than a sloth. And after waiting all that time, my wings were so cold it was literally like they came out of a fridge. The bones were cold. But we didn't have another hour to wait for new wings. We came here late at night just to grab a quick bite, but almost 3-4 hours later, we left disappointed. Despite there being only about 20 guests, most of whom were sitting at the bar, there were only two servers on the floor. One waitress seemed preoccupied with chatting with a guest, who appeared to be her friend. Our drinks took forever to arrive. We were a party of six, and drinks came out sporadically, one every few minutes, with even the beers arriving at different times. The food took absolutely forever. We had a view of the kitchen, and at one point, we saw an employee standing on the grill or something on the grill to clean out the vent. During this time, no cooking was happening. Our meals arrived piece by piece, one meal every minute, after waiting for over an hour. Overall, the novelty of Hooters can only go so far. A pretty face is nice to look at, but I don't want to stare at it for five hours while waiting for chicken wings. We joked that they were trying to catch the chicken before making the wings. Had problems with ordering through the app so decided to call instead! Omg - on my first try, lady answered the phone and asked me to hold. When no one came back on the line after 9 minutes (yes, I was dumb enough to hold that long) I decided to call back. Some gentleman answered immediately, but guess what? He couldn't help with the app because it's run by a 3rd party and NOT Hooters. If I ordered via the app I would have gotten 20% off my +$50 order! But that promo cannot be honored at the restaurant (huh?) Remember of course the app doesn't work! But wait, it gets better! I needed 50 wings and initially he told me I could mix them up. I wanted 40 breaded mild and 10 naked mild. I bet you can guess what came next. He couldn't break them up that way. He advised I order 10 naked and then two 20 piece breaded (okay I say to myself maybe he's just not good with math) which would equal 50 wings. At this point I'm feeling a little less salty about the app and promo fiasco. ....until he tells me it's going to cost $15 more ordering that way! The manager's reply that things are "out of his control" is sad when its the manager. As a non-restraurant business owner, I would consider steps to take to prevent this from happening again-- like having the person processing doordash orders confirm ingredients for philly cheesesteaks since you NOW KNOW THERE IS AN ORDERING ISSUE THAT ITEM FROM DOORDASH. I don't know, call doordaah??? Call customer? 2 minites. Or when you're NOT in the middle of busy service call the owner, or the corporate office and tell them you have an issue and have them correct it at that level. Anything accept, "I can't help you." Avoid at all costs, go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead-- the waiters here are only interested in hanging out with each other and collecting tips, and this is a problem that seems like it's endemic to the entire staff. Ordered wings and fries online, I'd had a long day and wanted to simply pick the food up and head home. When I arrived I spoke to a woman at the hostess station and paid my bill. She told me that the food would be out shortly, then walked away and did not ever return. I sat near the hostess stand and kept attempting to flag down waitresses, all of whom saw me and then quickly looked the other way. Several of them, including the woman I talked to originally, spent most of this time chatting at the window near the kitchen. After about thirty minutes (not an exaggeration), another waitress arrived at the hostess stand and dropped a bag of food, then left without addressing me. Turns out this was my food, but I had to wait another ten minutes as there was nothing on the bag to identify the food as mine. In the end it took two waitresses working as a team to come back, with attitudes, and rifle through the bag to confirm before I could leave. You expect this kind of thing from a place like Hooters, but this night was just over the top. I write this review just to add on to the folks who have already reviewed the problems here-- y'all's management needs to really consider a change of approach. read more

This is the worst Hooters I've ever visited. The food was ok but my food came out after my hubby and daughter were almost done eating. The server was super sweet and very attentive but it didn't change my hunger. The ambiance was the end of it for me. It was obviously an older establishment which is forgivable. What is unforgivable was how obviously neglected it was. The bathroom was ignored such that the largest stall was out of toilet tissue. Can you guess how I know that? I placed an order at 1:39. They told me in an email. It would be ready by 2:09. When I arrived at 2:05 they told me it was going to be another 15 minutes. "I'm sorry we're really slammed today because it's the first day of NFL games." As if no one knew a sports bar would be slammed today? Perhaps you need to change your software to schedule for longer than a 30 minute turnaround on a pick up order on a long awaited first day of football. My wife and I have been going to the Hooters in Midlothian Virginia for many years. We usually go twice a month for wings, beer, and pretzel bites. Our orders usually run about sixty dollars each time. A few weeks ago we ordered our normal wing order of 20 wings, Five bbq, Five garlic, and ten with dry rub. We were told there was a management or kitchen change and they could no longer make this type of order. They best they could do is serve 20 fried wings and get the sauces on the side. We tried this and will not do it again. There is no way to get the dry rubs to stick to the wings once they start to cool down. I sent an email to Hooters to ask if this was actually a new policy, and they failed to give me an answer. Their response was: Based on your survey response, we didn't live up to our "Hooters Make You Happy" experience. Each time we receive a survey response, we directly review your feedback with our team members. We are here to make our Guests HAPPY! We are committed to improving ourselves every day and rely upon guest feedback in order to do so. While this experience was not ideal, we look forward to making your next visit more Hooterific! I am disappointed because I wanted an answer as to whether they have changed their policy regarding how they process the order. My co-worker and I were staying overnight in Greensboro, NC and we decided to visit the Hooters on Gate City Blvd for dinner. The food was good but the building and ESPECIALLY the outdoor patio area was HORRIBLE. Both my co-worker AND I had some sort of residue ALL OVER our hands and clothing from sitting at the outdoor tables. While we were eating, my co-worker noticed dark residue on his hands from where he had rested his arms/hands on the outdoor table. I immediately glanced around at the rest of the tables and chairs and noticed they were ALL in dire need of cleaning, not just needing to be wiped down, but in need of major pressure washing and scrubbing. When I returned to my hotel room and changed clothing for the night, I noticed dark, dark smudges ALL OVER my jeans and the arms of my long sleeve shirt. I have never experienced this anywhere I have ever been for dinner. Take my advice and stay away from this Hooters location. It's NASTY! read more

We just stopped by today for a few beers. It was crowded because everybody was here to watch "the game." So we considered ourselves lucky to find two open seats at the bar. First thing I noticed today is the temperature inside...it's about 70 outside so I don't know if there's heat on or just no a/c bit it's warm in here with the crowd. We don't have high expectations because after all, it IS Hooters. It took a while to get the one bartender here to wait on us, but she was friendly and doing her best (compared to some of the other girls). The beer was not great...all the kegs are putting out foam so we waited probably 15 minutes for our first pitcher...the bartender advised that the Miller Lite wasn't tasting good so we opted (reluctantly) for Bud Light which was tasting FLAT. After asking if ANY taps were dispensing properly we opted for Coors Light which was ok. The keg area is apparently too warm so the kegs aren't up to par. There was a server taking up a seat at the bar with her food and phone. She wasn't there the majority of the time but the staff should NOT be taking up customer seats EVER in my opinion. They should have a break room which they apparently don't have. All things considered, the staff was friendly and relatively attentive. The bathrooms are in pretty good shape. Some updating would help....overall still a good place to come fora beer and a game, but don't expect any greatness unless you're male and good looking (and not with a female companion) read more

Absolutely worse customer service. Came on Veterans Day on 11/11/22 and waited 20 minutes at the door. It was about 4 different parties all Veterans waiting to be greeted. I had to ask for the manager to be greeted and with an attitude she said she's not sitting anyone for the next hour. I don't like how for 20 minutes every server and manager walked past everyone at the door waiting without letting us know there was a wait time. I can't find better wings, done the way I like them, anywhere . Yes, many restaurants have wings but none compare to the Daytona wings at Hooters. I came to Hooters with my boyfriend and another guy friend. the other guy friend made it a point to let me know he was just there for the food. that's like saying. "I only read Playboy for the articles". ok. Whatever. We had a whopping plate of nachos. They use fresh jalapeños! :-) We also scarfed down a generous portion of Lots O Tots. Surprise review here in that our local hooters is one of the best I have been in (and I'm not reviewing based on waitress looks I'm reviewing based on the restaurant). I see this location doesn't have a high amount of stars but in 2014 they completely remodeled this Hooters to the new corporate standard and it made a huge difference. This is probably the best sports bar in the area of chesterfield towne center. A few weeks ago we ordered a delivery order through Door Dash. We waited an hour and half, and then we finally called the store. The manager said that they were having problems with Door Dash. He offered to replace the wings and I picked them up. The food was meh but my daughter seemed to like the Daytona wings. Fast forward to yesterday, she wanted the wings again. First it is like 18 bucks for 6, yes, six wings. This time we ordered through their website Hooters.com. Again, an hour and half goes by and I call. This time, it was a different manager who said I needed to contact Uber. I said I didn't order through Uber. She was like "well we use a third party delivery service and we have been having problems with them lately." I said that wasn't my problem. I wanted the food. She said to call Uber and reissue a ticket. I asked her what kind of business takes your money, doesn't deliver and then wants the customer to sort out the mess. I explained that the last time this happened the manager remade the wings and I picked them up. She would not do that. I ended up getting a refund which will take 7-10 business days. She offered me a $15 store credit for "next time". Pfffftttt. There will be no next time. Ironically, we ordered at 8pm and at 11:30pm I get a notification that someone dropped my wings off at my address. Opened the door and there was nothing there. Never again. Was in town at the La Quinta next door for 13 nights for work. This hooters does it right. The wings are perfectly cooked, the bartenders are great (even when circus carney are in town in the lot next door and come in sheetfaced and act like aholes to the bartenders). Came in for a bite to eat because I was having a cheat day on my diet... usually I would get the wings(obviously) but wanted a cheesesteak. I've heard they are amazing. Well YES it was good but my bun was so hard. So I sent it back to have it remade! When it came out the second time the peppers and onions were hard and not cooked and the bun wasn't cooked at all. The manager Jamie Cory, came over to our table to speak with us. What an awesome manager!!! He went above and behind to make sure I was full and satisfied with our experience! Me and my family love coming to hooters it's our favorite spot to come but this night ruined our time... we came to hooters to celebrate my mom birthday the young hooter lady that was our server provided well service for our party of more than 20. I even checked on google what time they would be closing to not bother them at it said 12:00 AM but as we were being kicked out at 10:27 this other young lady who looks like she doesn't work there because she didn't have a uniform looked like an American white woman with a black hoodie and black Bennie, black leggings and black and white converse was yelling and clapping at us saying "bye! BYE!" Repeatedly it was embarrassing for her to do that and give this company a bad image. It wasn't our fault google has the wrong hours. At hooters, we as customers who are RESPECTFULLY should not feel as disrespected by those kind of people. The server had nothing to do with this but that white lady with black clothes overdid it. And the manager that was wearing a blue shirt and what looked to appeared a blue hat was just watching her disrespectful, it was very immature of the both of them, even after we left a good tip... I would never come back her for the disrespect I received when we just wanted to have a fun time without having people disrespect us. The best way to come across a problem where people are still at the restaurant after normal hours would simply be asking politely to leave and letting them know it is overtime. So I was in a chicken wing mood this weekend and ordered hooters delivery two days on a row. I've had a few good experiences with this location during dine in service but take out can be touch & go.... So Friday night we ordered twenty wings total: 10 habanero bbq and 10 chipotle honey. The wings were excellent. So good that we decided to ordered more chicken wings the next night. $75 order to be exact. 10 lemon pepper dry rub wings, 10 Daytona wings, 10 chipotle honey wings, and fish tacos... All I can say is: What a disaster! The daytona wings were burnt to a char, looked burnt, tasted burnt! So I'm not sure why or how they even left the kitchen. And the fish tacos, one of the tacos had no fish in it. Only the taco topping. Just ridiculous!! Really nothing more to say other than I will have to give this hooters a break for awhile. Im adding onto this review because my takeout order from last month wasn't bad at all. I got the chipotle honey wings and fried fish tacos. I'll post pictures. If you go there make sure you dont get Ashley as your server. She is rude, racist and absolutely unpleasant. Not only did she talk to us rudely but also threatened us by saying her manager will call the cops when she didn't see us leave cash for the tab while closing out. She chased us out to the parking lot only to find we had not only paid the tab, but also left her a tip that was undeserving. You know what Hooters is. I'm not even going to go there. What I will say is how impressed I was with the service and renovations this location has done in recent years. It's been quite a while since I've been to a Hooters establishment, but used to come quite frequently as a young man. The food is pretty much the same, although they do now offer grilled/smoked wings in addition to their famous fried and naked wings. They also offer salads, tacos and burgers, and have a much more varied selection of beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Wednesday nights are all-you-can-eat wings for $15, and they also offer race day and fight night specials for $15 as well. You get 15 wings and a pitcher of beer or Dew for said price. A good place to hang with the boys, take in the sights and sounds, and enjoy some wings and beer. Delightfully tacky, yet unrefined. B+ read more
