If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is my 2nd bad experience at this location. You can tell that if you're not an old white guy then the waitresses don't really care to make sure you're good. Very tip focused energy instead of making sure ALL customers (different races, ages & sexes) have a good meal. Me and my family (party of 3 including a child) waited almost an hour for small portions of food. Restaurant was not packed at all. People came after us and got their food first. And when the food did come, it was WRONG. And my hooters style wings were full of feathers TF & Our child got her food long after they brought ours out. The waitress (Bianca) was a dummy - pretty face but no common sense as she had no solutions to the problems we faced... she kept asking "what do you want me to do to fix this"... girl this is YOUR job, how do you not know how to fix wrong order and LONG wait issues??? If you want to see good old service with a smile, go to the MOG location, if for no other reason then to visit Katrina at the bar. This was my husband's and I first time at this type of restaurant. Our server Jenna was super nice. She was very patient when we asked questions and request something extra. The refills were always coming out and no need to request for another. She made sure to check on us and see if everything was good. She didn't bother us to much like some waitresses do and not let you have time to enjoy the meal. I am very happy with her customer service. I had a very strange experience at this particular restraunt. The first waitress I had didn't even introduce herself, just walked up and asked for our drinks. That was a little off putting but she did serve us rather quickly after taking the order. The food arrived at our table and it was pretty good but I have had better. It was began to rain outside after about an hour and all the TVs within the building cut off so I was unable to watch the olympics. Around this time there was a switch change and we got a new server who was very nice and attentive. She was by far the most positive thing about the visit. She was also working on her birthday which I felt bad about. I order my second beer and we waited for the rain to die down in order to go to the car. Rain didn't stop but the TVs did come back on after about 30 minutes. This is where things got strange. After drinking 2 beers over the course of 2 hours I went to order a third one. The manager came out and told me that I had been cut off and could not order anything else. I was very confused as this has never happened to me before, let alone after 2 beers. I was not being rowdy and was very polite to the waitresses. I felt bad for the waitress as i would ave surely tipped her more if I was to order a few more drinks as my tab would have been higher. I believe the manager did a very poor job and caused the restraunt and server to lose money. Only positive thing I would say about the experience is that I got a pretty funny and ridiculous story but I would not reccomend going back to this place unless they change their policies on service. When I'm craving for chicken wings , nothing but Hooters hit the spot. I like this location a lot better than the one in Duluth . I live in Suwanee and most places closed at 9 pm . Around my area between Suwanee and Buford / Mall of Ga area Hooters is one of the late night eats place I go beside Parma Tavern. Look for Alexis ! She's the best ! I ordered some burgers for the family using Uber Eats. I ordered two patty melts but when the order arrived, the contents of the burger was literally thrown into the styrofoam container. It wasn't stacked like a burger. Plus, it wasn't a patty melt. It was what resembled a bbq bacon burger on Texas toast. I don't eat bacon for religious reason and I find it rather insulting that they couldn't get the damn order right. I won't be ordering from there again. read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Our "server," if you could even call her that, Ciara, was the absolutely worst. We waited an hour for our order of wings. We had to get our own drinks from the bar because she forgot about them, and upon telling her that we did so, she didn't even apologize that we had to. We watched countless other tables get orders upon orders of food, while we waited patiently for the food that never arrived. New Hooters location at the Mall of Georgia. Great bar area, and plenty of TVs! Plus it doesn't smell like a traditional wing spot. Don't forget about their specials after 10pm. In case you were curious, yes the servers are pretty and not like the high school girls working at the competing restaurants nearby. Service however could use some improvement. Plenty of servers just sitting around in the back of the restaurant within view of the customers. At other locations, the ladies work as a team to keep customers happy... First time in a while that I have walked out of a restaurant... The servers are great; very friendly, and she was on top of when we needed refills, etc...however, the kitchen will be the death of this restaurant. We ordered 15 wings, 2 fries, and a side of celery, and it took 45 minutes for it to be brought out, but we were already PO'd by that point and were heading out the door. This was also between 10-15 minutes after speaking with a manager (maybe even GM?). Normally we don't get this upset about something like this, but that was all we ordered...you can't honestly tell me it takes that long, oh, and with the restaurant only half full... We were so excited for this location to open because Buffalo Wild Wings suffers from a similar downfall, and it's a different flavor from taco Mac...we might try it again, but not likely considering we have always had the "best" service from taco Mac. read more

For being a new establishment, I would expect this place to be a bit cleaner then it was. I would put the blame on whoever manages as its about accountability. The bathroom was just disgusting. Soaking wet floors and just trash everywhere. Takes a few minutes to keep areas clean. Other then that, the service was good and the drinks were very well poured. I haven't been to this location before, but the facility is clean, open and contemporary style which fits just right with me. Given I did stop by on a Sunday so it wasn't necessarily packed or anything. The service was fast and friendly as well as attentive. The manager also checked on us at the end of our meal which showed they care for their customers. I wasn't quite as impressed with the food however. My sister tried the quesadilla appetizer and baja fish tacos while I just went for the smoked wings and sliders with fries. The wings wasn't bad except for I made the mistake of getting it tossed in wing sauce when I would have probably enjoyed it more with a dry rub. I had the smoked wings bone-in, naked, and tossed in chipotle honey. It wasn't bad, but the sauce had an overwhelming after taste of honey. Again, I blame myself for getting it tossed in the sauce. The chicken meat itself wasn't dry and had a nice taste though. The sliders were your typical sliders and the fries were good. My sister wasn't impressed with the fish tacos. She said it was under seasoned and just lacking taste. We also tried the mini desserts and didn't deem it worth the price. Worst experience ever! I order 10pc wings and curly. fries. I sat and waited for 45 minutes just to not receive any food at all. About 30 minutes of wait, I asked our waitress how much longer would our food take. She went and checked on it and came back saying that it's coming out soon. After a long wait, she came back and said the kitchen lost our ticket and she already threw hers away. That is extremely unprofessional. What's makes it worst is that she lied to us by saying our food was coming and now that it's lost. She ended up saying that the manger can give us a discount if we still wanted our food.
