Hey all, Hooters is Hooters but not all Hooters are the same?! Think about it. The 5 stars are not for the restaurant itself, they are for the bartender Katrina. If you want to see good old service with a smile, go to the MOG location, if for no other reason then to visit Katrina at the bar. Aside from being very attractive, she is what every business owner should dream of in an employee. read more

Bar staff and people were nice, but my Togo order was not cooked, and I had to call for a refund. I normally would not do that, but the philly cheesesteak was too awful to explain. Note if you need to complain over the choose option 1 because others options won't be answered. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is my 2nd bad experience at this location. You can tell that if you're not an old white guy then the waitresses don't really care to make sure you're good. Very tip focused energy instead of making sure ALL customers (different races, ages & sexes) have a good meal. Me and my family (party of 3 including a child) waited almost an hour for small portions of food. Restaurant was not packed at all. People came after us and got their food first. And when the food did come, it was WRONG. And my hooters style wings were full of feathers TF & Our child got her food long after they brought ours out. The waitress (Bianca) was a dummy - pretty face but no common sense as she had no solutions to the problems we faced... she kept asking "what do you want me to do to fix this"... girl this is YOUR job, how do you not know how to fix wrong order and LONG wait issues??? I wanted to get rude but that wouldn't have changed this horrible experience so I decided to leave a HONEST review instead. DONT GO HERE, save your money! read more

This was my husband's and I first time at this type of restaurant. Our server Jenna was super nice. She was very patient when we asked questions and request something extra. The refills were always coming out and no need to request for another. She made sure to check on us and see if everything was good. She didn't bother us to much like some waitresses do and not let you have time to enjoy the meal. I am very happy with her customer service. As far as the food, its definitely the typical bar food you would get. read more

I don't understand why the people are giving the reviews are so low. My husband and I are always have a good time in the Mall of GA location. The foods are very yummy and servers are very sweet and professional! We love Amanda she is one of the best servers in that restaurant! read more

Great severice Cassie was awesome and it really felt like a sports bar. The snow crab legs were awesome as well.

I walked in and sat at the bar I receive my drink... After that I felt like I was the X Boyfriend of the Bartender and never met this young lady a day in my life. Never received even a menu. I looked up the menu on my phone. I could had ordered it to go and receive my food by the time I had gotten her attention. Then her response to me was anyone working up here can take you order as I suppose to know how the operation is ran there. I finished my beer and sat it up front to be notice I was finish. Sat there for 15 -30 minutes at this moment I just ask to for Togo boxes cause it was obvious they didn't want to provide me with any type of service... read more

I had a very strange experience at this particular restraunt. The first waitress I had didn't even introduce herself, just walked up and asked for our drinks. That was a little off putting but she did serve us rather quickly after taking the order. The food arrived at our table and it was pretty good but I have had better. It was began to rain outside after about an hour and all the TVs within the building cut off so I was unable to watch the olympics. Around this time there was a switch change and we got a new server who was very nice and attentive. She was by far the most positive thing about the visit. She was also working on her birthday which I felt bad about. I order my second beer and we waited for the rain to die down in order to go to the car. Rain didn't stop but the TVs did come back on after about 30 minutes. This is where things got strange. After drinking 2 beers over the course of 2 hours I went to order a third one. The manager came out and told me that I had been cut off and could not order anything else. I was very confused as this has never happened to me before, let alone after 2 beers. I was not being rowdy and was very polite to the waitresses. I felt bad for the waitress as i would ave surely tipped her more if I was to order a few more drinks as my tab would have been higher. I believe the manager did a very poor job and caused the restraunt and server to lose money. Only positive thing I would say about the experience is that I got a pretty funny and ridiculous story but I would not reccomend going back to this place unless they change their policies on service. Go to Taco Mac if you want to get some wings and beer. read more

Probably the cleanest Hooters I have ever been! We can on a great day to watch the season opener fir the Falcons last night. Food was good and good beer. My only thing was not having Sweetwater tripletail or not having georgia brown. Waitress was good too. Friendly and cheerful! Very nice vibe too! read more

When I'm craving for chicken wings , nothing but Hooters hit the spot. I like this location a lot better than the one in Duluth . I live in Suwanee and most places closed at 9 pm . Around my area between Suwanee and Buford / Mall of Ga area Hooters is one of the late night eats place I go beside Parma Tavern. Look for Alexis ! She's the best ! I'd rather sit at the outside patio on warmer weather it's more relaxing ! read more

I ordered some burgers for the family using Uber Eats. I ordered two patty melts but when the order arrived, the contents of the burger was literally thrown into the styrofoam container. It wasn't stacked like a burger. Plus, it wasn't a patty melt. It was what resembled a bbq bacon burger on Texas toast. I don't eat bacon for religious reason and I find it rather insulting that they couldn't get the damn order right. I won't be ordering from there again. read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Our "server," if you could even call her that, Ciara, was the absolutely worst. We waited an hour for our order of wings. We had to get our own drinks from the bar because she forgot about them, and upon telling her that we did so, she didn't even apologize that we had to. We watched countless other tables get orders upon orders of food, while we waited patiently for the food that never arrived. It wasn't until we flagged down another waitress and asked her to check on our food and she immediately came back with our food, which means it had been sitting there for quite some time, and was warm at best. Still, no apology from the so called waitress. As someone who frequents this establishment, to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. read more

Completely disappointed! I've been ordering wings from hooters for quite some time now and recognize you pay more for quality. Last night the wings were pathetic. These were literally the worst wings I have ever had. Very little meat and all bones. If you can't get decent wings I'd rather you say you are out than to try to pass off the discount wings and charge me your ridiculous over price. Shame on you hooters. Never again. Too much completion to deal with pathetic food and even worse service. read more

this restaurant is good and everything but the bathrooms for the boys is just smells like pee and everything in the ground in sticky and pee and paper all over the ground everything else is good read more

The waitress staff by the name of Haven very rude and disrespectful. My wife and I have been at this location multiple times and never had such a rude experience by a waitress. We placed our order for the two of us, but also planned to place 4 To-Go orders for our children. However, based on the 1st 10 minutes of interaction, we decided to cancel our order and eat elsewhere. We paid for the drinks and left. read more

DO NOT GO HERE,PLEASE!!!! I received what i believe was intended food poisoning on behalf of the manager Dave,he is extremely rude and has absolutely no business running a restaurant where he's putting your food safety at risk. And to add insult to injury the corporate office has not one concern about the issues. I ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, read more

I just stopped a few minutes ago they sit us we wait for 10 minutes no one came to at least said we're busy give us a minute waitress pass by to the front table not even look at us like if we was invisible. read more

Terrible spot I had order 16 piece wing and waited 30 minutes, then ask the waitress how much long in which she told me it's coming right out. She then returned 10 minutes LATER to tell me my order was "lost". In the end I left with no food. read more

Waited 30+ minutes for an order of ONLY 20 wings. The wait isn't worth the mediocre food. The wings at this wing place aren't good...

This place stole from me. I didn't get what I paid for and almost 2 weeks later no resolution. The manager refused to come to the phone when I called and won't call me back. I called their sorry customer service 3 separate times to no avail. NOBODY CARES! My advice stay away from this place unless of course you want to get ripped off! The entire organization completely SUCKS! read more

I've been to many other locations and I'll have to say the Mall of Georgia location has been the best, it's the ultimate man cave, Football on every TV, food (fried food at that) and beer. The sever was great! I love sitting in booths, but if I may say the bar has to be the best seat in the house. If you haven't been check it out this Sunday or Monday and watch the games. Fyi - Monday is all you can eat wings! read more

This is the best bar in the burbs. Cleanest restaurant and bar you will find in this area. Great service and plenty of tv's to watch whatever sporting event you are seeking. Food is always made fresh, many beers on tap, and the service is always top notch. read more

New Hooters location at the Mall of Georgia. Great bar area, and plenty of TVs! Plus it doesn't smell like a traditional wing spot. Don't forget about their specials after 10pm. In case you were curious, yes the servers are pretty and not like the high school girls working at the competing restaurants nearby. Service however could use some improvement. Plenty of servers just sitting around in the back of the restaurant within view of the customers. At other locations, the ladies work as a team to keep customers happy... So far not the way at this locale. Hope they work on that... read more

The restaurant has a lot of natural lights and very clean. The hostess was rude as hell because we interrupted her gossiping with another server to seat us! Then the food took them over an hour to come out. The server was ok, but she seemed a little off. If you're starving don't go here because it will take them forever to get your food! read more

Well the wings are good. We had naked lemon pepper, medium and Chesapeake. All delicious. The wait staff was great. We had to leave a Sports bar to go home to watch the football game because the feed is so terrible. This is not the first time and the hostess ,as we left, said it happens all the time. i had friends at other bars watching football and they said the feed was good. I spent $50 and would have spent more if I could have stayed. FIX YOUR SATELLITE FEED PEOPLE. read more

First time in a while that I have walked out of a restaurant... The servers are great; very friendly, and she was on top of when we needed refills, etc...however, the kitchen will be the death of this restaurant. We ordered 15 wings, 2 fries, and a side of celery, and it took 45 minutes for it to be brought out, but we were already PO'd by that point and were heading out the door. This was also between 10-15 minutes after speaking with a manager (maybe even GM?). Normally we don't get this upset about something like this, but that was all we ordered...you can't honestly tell me it takes that long, oh, and with the restaurant only half full... We were so excited for this location to open because Buffalo Wild Wings suffers from a similar downfall, and it's a different flavor from taco Mac...we might try it again, but not likely considering we have always had the "best" service from taco Mac. read more

Service horrible! Upon arriving to the restaurant no one was working at the hostess booth--so it was about 10 minutes before someone FINALLY noticed there were 4 of us waiting to be seated. Then once we finally got a table, we have observed 2 other tables of people being seated and served drinks--and we have YET to even see a waitress. Totally unacceptable--so we just left! Get it together MOG Hooters!!! read more

For being a new establishment, I would expect this place to be a bit cleaner then it was. I would put the blame on whoever manages as its about accountability. The bathroom was just disgusting. Soaking wet floors and just trash everywhere. Takes a few minutes to keep areas clean. Other then that, the service was good and the drinks were very well poured. Our bartender was engaging and attentive. Didn't eat so this review is only based on the two items above. I've eaten at hooters before so I'm assuming it's all the same bar flare. I'll be back read more

I haven't been to this location before, but the facility is clean, open and contemporary style which fits just right with me. Given I did stop by on a Sunday so it wasn't necessarily packed or anything. The service was fast and friendly as well as attentive. The manager also checked on us at the end of our meal which showed they care for their customers. I wasn't quite as impressed with the food however. My sister tried the quesadilla appetizer and baja fish tacos while I just went for the smoked wings and sliders with fries. The wings wasn't bad except for I made the mistake of getting it tossed in wing sauce when I would have probably enjoyed it more with a dry rub. I had the smoked wings bone-in, naked, and tossed in chipotle honey. It wasn't bad, but the sauce had an overwhelming after taste of honey. Again, I blame myself for getting it tossed in the sauce. The chicken meat itself wasn't dry and had a nice taste though. The sliders were your typical sliders and the fries were good. My sister wasn't impressed with the fish tacos. She said it was under seasoned and just lacking taste. We also tried the mini desserts and didn't deem it worth the price. Overall, I enjoyed the service and facility, but the food is lacking just a bit. *I received the smoked wings free as part of a campaign with BzzAgent. read more

Worst experience ever! I order 10pc wings and curly. fries. I sat and waited for 45 minutes just to not receive any food at all. About 30 minutes of wait, I asked our waitress how much longer would our food take. She went and checked on it and came back saying that it's coming out soon. After a long wait, she came back and said the kitchen lost our ticket and she already threw hers away. That is extremely unprofessional. What's makes it worst is that she lied to us by saying our food was coming and now that it's lost. She ended up saying that the manger can give us a discount if we still wanted our food. They didn't even disclose what percentage discount we would received and we would have to wait another 20 minutes just to get what we originally order. We walked right out of there. read more

Worst service ever at the bar.... They had three bar tenders and I was asked about my SHORT drink in 45 minutes. Also never offered me a food menu and practically had to beg for it from one of the three waitresses. This is honestly sad since this area could use a nice hooters but looks like until management learns that customer service actually makes customers happy then they will continue to drive away customers. Insult to injury... They even messed up my order! read more
