First time at this location it was ok the waitress was nice but the wings came cold and they gave me the wrong ones.

3 of 13 stops in Dallas today! Foolish tour continues; do not be upset by my review of 12 different Hooters today! Our third stop was to Hooters of North Arlington. It is lunch time and we are hungry so we decided to eat here. We were seated right away even though they were busy. We lucked out we got a really pretty waitress named Amanda, not only was she pretty she was an excellent waitress as well. We stopped hereto eat because we had seen a Hooters girl that worked here singing the national anthem and we liked her voice and she was pretty as well. Bummer she was not there this time. We had coupons for 10 free wings if we bought 10 wings, I had mine with clothes and the other foolish boy had his naked. The two other foolish boys had theirs Three Mile Island style. HOT HOT HOT! We like this restaurant it was bright and starting to get very busy for lunch. The girls were very friendly and gladly posed for pictures. I like our pictures!! Back to the Batmobile, onward foolish boys! Would I go back? Yes next time we need passport stamps! read more

The restaurant was nasty. They sat us at an unclean table. It took us 30+ mins to get our drinks from the bar. Two tables that sat down after us got their foods before us. Our order was wrong when we finally received it & it was cold. We ordered two different drinks but they brought us the same drinks. The drinks didn't have any alcohol, it tasted like juice. We were charged for extra sauce that we didn't order. The fries didn't have salt, it was cold & nasty. Our sauce was missing for our wings & chicken tenders. Me and my family had dinner here tonight from 7-930pm. Our waitress Kate took our order and never returned to check on us. I asked was there a problem because she never returned to the table to check on her table. She responded NO THEIR ISNT A PROBLEM..but I can be a problem! She argued back and forth with me (customer) she then said we can take it outside bitch! She got her manager and we explained what happened. She started taking off her uniform saying let's go outside. I'm not from the area I'm visiting from out of town but I've never experienced anything like this! We ordered food with uber eats and while it arrived on time, the portion size was shocking. I ordered boneless wings which were missing 2, and a side of macaroni and cheese. The Macaroni cost $4.59 and was supposed to be split between my 2 toddlers and it wasn't even enough for one. I typically love the food from hooters but this location has us shocked. read more

First of all I usually never write a bad review, but I had to this time because of our bad experience. This was our 1st time here. We were all excited just coming from the Supercross race @ the AT&T stadium and it was a bit late around 11:00pm. We were all starving! Our server Kaliyah should have not been assigned to our party of 14 or maybe another person could have helped. She took one drink order my husband's beer and then she disappeared. No beer no service. We had to ask the guy (maybe a manager) to help find her. She came back and finally took our order and it took forever for her to write down. We never got our beers. We asked about them. Then she had some rude comment back about if she could make the beer she would when they have been sitting ready at the bar for awhile. Luckily our food come out hot except for a few curly fries had to be sent back. Overall just not a good experience for us. read more

Poor service, rude staff,my and I family sat their for 15 minutes with no one to ask what we wanted to drink. Another gentleman was their with his EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOG waiting at be served he was there for 30 minutes waiting like us. Everywhere we looked the staff were on there phone not even bothering helping the customers. The gentleman had talked to the Managers about his poor service and they didn't do anything about it. I've been to Hooters in the past but it has been several years. We had a satyrical birthday party here for giggles. The idiotic hostess put this gourmet birthday cake in the freezer instead of fridge like we had asked. When we called the manager, he didn't know how to fix the situation and offered us appetizers if we came back??? They were short on cooks that evening. The food took 30+ minutes to arrive. The wings somehow were extra salty and barely edible. The waitresses seemed burnt out and not friendly. Save your money and calories and go elsewhere. read more

By the far the WORST location I've been to. Manager is clueless, the server we had is a child that clearly hasn't been raised to learn how to speak to people. Couldn't get our order right, took way too long to get food even with only about 4 tables occupied. There were just too many issues to name. Definitely won't be back! read more

Jessa was amazing! Best service from a waitress I've ever received at ANY restaurant she should be working at a five star place! She went above and beyond service wise, was entertaining, funny and not to mention beautiful! Made me feel welcome and special as a female coming to a scantily clad place with my boyfriend. Just visited my friendly neighborhood Hooters. Upon entering I was greeted by the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. She seated me and introduced herself as Micaela. Micaela, was one of the most professional and attentive servers, I have ever encountered and I eat out a lot. She was friendly and engaged in conversation conversation but not exaggeratively to where it seemed extra or flirty. She was down to Earth and a great waitress. Will be returning. read more
