Horrible waiter not so much Hooters itself that was bad. The waitress was a total bitch! Uninterested in being there not to mention denied my 60 year old mother from ordering a beer because her ID was expired but then went and served the guy behind us a beer without even bothering to ask for his ID. Me and my boyfriend visit this location every time we are in Arlington for a Rangers game. It never disappoints. Great food! Great service!!! Usually when you visit a "wing place" they drown the meat in sauce, however that is not the case at this Hooters location. Came in and ate with my family and our experience was acceptable. The food was delicious, as always. The only small issue we had was at one point, the waitress walked off like we weren't talking to her. However, we never had to wait on a refill and she didn't let the food sit in the window long before getting to us. All in all, we had a decent experience. read more

If you like a hot, humid restaurant that seems like the air/con is broken then you will love this one on N. Collins in Arlington, Texas. Some of the girls on the day shift do not like air conditioning so the managers let them sit in the doorway to the gift shop with the door propped open. This ensures that the customers can endure a hot, humid experience or they can immediately leave and go somewhere else, like me and my friends do. This seems to be an ongoing problem as it has happened to us several times. We no longer bother to go there. read more

Every inch of this place is dirty. Bath rooms were extremely dirty with vomit on the floor. Obviously no one had checked the condition of the bath room all night. Manager seemed more interested in flirting with he staff than being a manager. This location needs a major overhaul. No wonder locations are closing all over. I think corporate needs to start visiting its locations and franchise's. Hooters used to be very nice clean places. Seems like they are being run into the ground. Sad. read more

I attend this Hooters as well before most Ranger games. I also was sick of paying 7 bucks for a beer at the game. As a rule, I go to this Hooters before all Ranger games. I attend many games. I have had very nice service at this Hooters. Food is also good. At times, I might just watch the Ranger game on a TV screen so that I can be there and visit with these awesome Hooter gal's. read more

The food at Hooters was very tasty. Everything was cooked fair, however, our waitress could have been better. She barely came back to check on us to see if we needed anything. Unlike the other location in Arlington, this Hooters in Arlington is worth the trip. Close to cowboys stadium, the service was above average. Our waitress checked on us many times. Food arrived in less than optimal time but still within reason for a busy place. Drinks were refilled at normal pace. Worth the trip for Hooters fans!!! read more

Terrible service. Hostess skipped over our party and we had to go back and ask about a table. Only after we asked did they add us back to the list. Then upon getting seated we didn't see a waitress for over 25 minutes. We got up and left it was so bad. read more

Very bad and slow service! Waited for someone to take our drinks for over 7 minutes, didn't get refilled not one time. Asked for all drums wings, waited for over 30 minutes to get mixed wings. My husband and I stopped at this hooters for the first time, last Friday night before a Rangers game. Ordered fried pickles and a drink each, the pickles were so burnt they were black around the edges. We sent them back and the manager, Ryan Walker, brought out a new burnt batch. We ate a few and asked to speak to him. When he came to our table we explained we don't mind paying for them but we planned on coming back with friends after the game and want to be reassured that our food won't be burnt like our pickles. Ryan said he wanted to take care of the pickles and for us to please come back with our friends & to ask for him personally and he would make sure that we were taken care of....sounds pretty good right! So we did, given him the benefit if the doubt and given the fact that we love hooters and eat there all the time (south Arlington & Ft Worth) location. We walk in group of four and pick our seat, on the complete opposite side of the store we sat originally and some how we get the exact same waitress who takes our order. Within seconds Manager Ryan comes by our table and chit chats for quite sometime and then states he has the right not to serve patrons and hooters was refusing service to our table that night!!! Are you kidding me, you ask us to come back to make up for a horrible cook and then you kick us out!!! Absolutely unbelievable the audacity of this manager who can obviously not take criticism well!! Needless to say I will never step foot in this place again!!! read more
