I found Hook Up Towing on Yelp and gave them a call because my motorcycle battery died and I didn't have the time to deal with it. Wes answered my call and provided a quote and a time frame. I returned back to the parking lot where I left my motorcycle and helped him load it up and he kept making sure I was still good to hold the motorcycle while he lifted me up or if I wanted to move the bed with the controls and he hold the motorcycle. I recently had Wes tow my broke VW to the repair shop. He showed up on time as planned and quickly hooked the car and pulled it up onto his tipped tilt-bed. I followed in the family car to the repair shop where Wes unhooked the VW and backed it down off the tilt-bed. He was genial and I paid the reasonable fare and off he went. Very professional. I have a super heavy wheelchair accessible van with ramp. Found Wes on Yelp. He deserves all of these 5 star reviews. He was in the middle of a job and called me right back. Quoted a price. he has a hook up price and then per mile price with no minimum mileage. So when I had it towed less than 10 miles, no biggie. Said he'd be here in 20 minutes and actually arrived sooner. Super nice guy. Quickly got my bajillion pound van onto his flatbed and took it right in. I paid with a card on his phone and honestly--I was in a bad mood about the van breaking down, but Wes made towing my van headache-free. He's the epitome of customer service. Wes from Hookup Towing towed my car and he was great! My insurance had made an appointment the day before for different tow company and they never showed. My insurance called Hookup Towing to do the job and he towed my car the next morning. Wes communicated when he would arrive and called the next morning to confirm. When Wes arrived it only took him 5 minutes to get the car loaded on the flatbed. His truck was extremely clean and the flatbed has an added full ramp on the bottom that bends to make the car easier to load and it can be driven up without scraping up the bumpers or making the car bottom out. Most flatbeds have only the one flatbed with no other ramps and your car can get scraped up being loaded if not done properly especially if the car is disabled. Wes drove me to the tire shop and we had a nice conversation. Hookup Towing is awesome and on top of that Wes is a genuinely nice person. I will make sure I use Hookup Towing in the future if I ever need a tow again. read more

My sons car would not start. After trying to jump it ( later finding out my car did not have enough power to jump it) and check engine for any signs of problem. We could not get it started. I called Wes and he came right over. After finding out the the car could not be towed because the E brake was on, he tried to find how to turn off the E brake. My son was a the Toyota Dealers and they could not help with releasing the E brake. We were all messing with the car. Changing the FOB battery. The screen just kept coming up with "key error". Wes decided to try to jump it again. He pulled out his big charger and hooked it to the car and it lite up. It started and found it was a bad battery. Thank you Wes for staying and helping find the problem. Note to all... Don't have your E brake automatically turn on when you park. And two, always check the battery. New cars batteries suck and create real problems when they go bad. read more

After reading a couple of Yelp reviews for several other towing companies, I came upon this one and saw how great this service was! They were not wrong at all. Our car needed to be towed from a parking lot to a dealership after overheating and when we called Wes he answered right away, gave us an amazing price, and arrived within less than 30 minutes. We took a Lyft to the dealership, gave Wes the keys to our car, and met him up over there. He kept in communication with us which was a big plus, made sure our car got there safely, and even let the dealership know what was going on before we got there a few minutes after.
