The lady who was going to do my brows her name was Kalpana, I believe. She listened carefully then she called over an expert, Srijana, to ask how best to fix the shape and give me the look I wanted. Srijana gave her some tips, and the result was perfect! My eyebrows turned out thick, clean, and exactly how I wanted. They even left a couple of small spots untouched so the hair can grow in, and they can shape it better next time. There were people waiting over 45 minutes even on a weekday, which shows how popular they are. She doesn't take a hint, verbal or otherwise. She also tends to "forget" returning clients when it's time to charge. The first-time brow price is $15, and the upkeep price is $13. But if you don't remind her that you are a RETURNING CUSTOMER, she'll happily start from scratch on what you owe her. I shouldn't have to keep track of my own loyalty discount, but here we are. The many times I've visited, to pretend like she doesn't remember me is annoying. Get punch cards or SOMETHING so you'll stop doing this to customers. The actual place is next to beauty supply, cricket, and game stop in the shopping complex next to Walmart. There is also no signage above the store. The only sign I saw was a banner hanging at the exit of the shopping complex. The phone number on this Yelp and their fb page seems inaccurate. I accidentally left my keys there and when I called to double check the people were very confused. They said I had the wrong location and had no idea what I was talking about.
