Not a place you're camping out at but good for lunch break. FOOD: 10/10 I love me some carbs and noodles. I always build my own so I got noodles, snap peas, coconut curry sauce, sesame seeds, shrimp, broccoli and cauliflower flower. All that for $16.13 (that includes tip). I didn't get a drink. My bf says he doesn't like it here bc it's expensive due to little portion size. And I get it but I guess I'm glad I'm not a man also it comes with a side of bread which surprised me so woo! SERVICE: 1000000/10 bc I had fasted all day and they let me come in and order like 15 min before closing. I HATE TO BE that person but I was hungry. Thanks to one of my coworkers for recommending that I check this establishment out. I've heard nothing but good things sooo the foodie that I am decided to try for myself. I'm so glad that I did. New lunch go to spot unlocked. I took a huge risk by placing my first order not in person but via UberEats. I ordered the garlic butter chicken (I customized it a little) which consisted of fresh egg white noodles, garlic butter (asked for extra sauce), roasted chicken, mushrooms, scallions and green beans. We get our order and...I recall why I never go here. Salad isn't horrible...but it is totally mid. Food is standard--salads and stir-fries. But although they are slow in preparing, the food is made fresh. That's important with salads, because who wants a soggy salad?! Try the Kale Chicken Caesar salad! Hubby likes the seasonal Chesapeake stir fry. Drink selection is "eh". Cleanliness was a 3.5 out of 5. Prices are a little steep, but what isn't these days. You have to use a touch screen to order, so bring some hand sanitizer or go wash your hands after. Location:in a quiet office park complex that used to house VMWare's regional office (they were bought out and closed it). There are a few other busy eateries here as well. My husband invited me to this place saying he really likes it and I enjoyed it. I'm type of person to hesitate with salads, but they made tasty salads -we got ones with lettuce, avocado, shrimp which cost extra. Joseph the manager came around and was proactive asking if we wanted more dressing and very kind. I would say that it's a bit pricy -we paid around 21 each for salad with the extra shrimp, but husband said he usually pays 15. The portion size was pretty big and filling-I don't think the 3 and a half stars really accurate. One of the things I like about ambience is that it felt pretty comfortable so I could relax chatting while eating and felt it was good vibes overall. The noodles were perfect, the garlic sauce even better, the chicken so tender and flavorful, the pineapple adding a beautiful crunch and burst of citrus; the broc was well done and smoky and the cilantro just took it to a whole new level. I finished both the entrees - one in the car and the other in the driveway 15 minutes later. That good! The focaccia bread was delightful and really tasty. There was one of the employees that stood out to me the most, Marilyn. She greeted us with a smile and made sure we were taken care of and got my food in a timely manner. Usually, if you say honeygrow...I'm there! Came here for lunch with a coworker on a weekday. It was about 2:30-3pm and the place was empty besides one other party. First time coming to this location! Despite that, it took about 35+ minutes to get our order and when we finally got it...we were disappointed in the final product. My initial reaction was that the portions got a bit skimpy...which is fine...I could definitely use a diet and some portion control. However, the food was very very dry and not seasoned. There was a weird smell from my turkey meatballs and it was not an enjoyable meal. My coworker and I thought..."Wow, this is not the honeygrow we remember". They did seem to have some mobile orders coming in at the end of our lunch...so maybe it's better via order ahead? read more

Consistently good consistently clean. I probably have been here 12-15 times. Its good food for a fair price. I typically get the same thing, a butter chicken stir fry, and every time it taste great. Our recent experience with ordering food from Honeygrow was the best experience we've ever had when it comes to ordering. We never cared for using their touch screens to order (and with COVID out there, the idea is even less appealing). Since we don't come here often, we end up having to ask for help when substituting ingredients. Often, we just went with the default menu items just because it was easier. Well...This time we ordered delivery using GrubHub...and what a great experience! The online order form was easy to navigate when it came to substitutions or creating your own bowl. I got the Avocado BLT salad which, in its default form, consists of: "Spicy ranch dressing, chopped romaine, crispy bacon, grape tomatoes, avocado, scallions, crumbled blue cheese, parmesan herbed breadcrumbs". I was able to change "chopped romaine" to "spring mix". Instead of "spicy ranch dressing", I got olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette. Since I don't care much for parmesan cheese, I changed the croutons to foccacia herbed croutons. Also, I took out the bleu cheese crumbles. My husband got the Cobb Salad which consists of: "white balsamic vinaigrette, chopped romaine, roasted chicken, hard-boiled egg, crispy bacon, apples, grape tomatoes, avocado, crumbled blue cheese". He changed his dressing to ranch dressing, removed the bleu cheese and added beets. We both enjoyed our salads as they were properly made. From now on, even after normal or new normal arrives, when we want Honeygrow, we will order it online. Yes, it costs more than dining in but it's worth the extra money as it is a less stressful (well...to us, anyway) procedure. read more

I love Honey Grow and visit often. The people here are super nice and always saying hi and thank you even when I'm only picking up a to-go order. The only thing I wish they would do better is getting their sauce amount consistent. When I order regular sauce, it sometimes seems like they forgot it all together. I started ordering extra sauce to fix this, but then it's just soaked in sauce and not edible. Would love some consistency. It's frustrating to get home and feel like my noodles either have no flavor, or they're sopping. Customer service is awesome, store is very clean, and I love the outdoor seating too. I've only tried the stir-fry bowls but everything else looks awesome too. Their online ordering is very deceptive. They show you the item you are ordering and the ingredients for one price, then they show you the real price with the ingredients from the original price and it's doubled. I ended parking at the garage and walked a lil bit,which seemed to be an eternity if you have a fractured foot. Place was busy. You order from the self serve screen and pay when your order is called. Main highlights are salad bowls and stir fry. I decided to try the pesto stir fry since it was seasonal. The stir fry was bland and lacks a punch of flavors.
