The building itself felt a little tighter inside than I expected -- I thought it'd be bigger. Didn't try the coffee, so I can't speak on that, but it looked like they've got a good group of regulars who keep the place buzzing. Overall, not bad at all. I wouldn't go out of my way to get here every week, but if I'm driving by, I'd probably stop in again for a quick treat.

Today I ordered a specialty latte off their menu called the Rhody Coast. It was supposed to be blue and caramel brown sugar flavored. It was a weird gray color and tastes like chemical sweetener, while being almost entirely milk. Im perfectly fine waiting for a GOOD coffee but this wasn't it. After seeing others get the same drink in the correct blue color getting mine was incredibly disappointing. If youre going to offer a specialty latte and charge almost $8 for it you should be constant in the quality. Never again.

The coconut mocha is made of vanilla cake, vanilla glaze, toasted coconut, and mocha drizzle. It reminded me of Girl Scout Samoas cookies. This DeLuise knows what they're doing. The bread and pastries are delicious. Definitely my favorite pizza strips of all time. If you don't know about Rhode Island pizza strips then you're missing out. The ambiance is perfect, just what it should be. A neighborhood bakery in an old neighborhood building.
