I had a very disappointing experience trying to do business with this company. Over the course of…read moreseveral days, I was repeatedly given inconsistent information and told that someone would assist me with obtaining a remote for my vehicle so I could avoid manually unlocking it. I made it clear from the beginning that I needed this urgently. I initially called on a Thursday and followed up with an in-person visit on Friday, only to find the store closed despite the lights being on. I was then instructed to return the next morning and to send my vehicle information, which I did but due to scheduling conflicts, I was unable to return that day, but I continued to follow up the following week. Each time I contacted the business, I was either told that the appropriate person was unavailable or that someone would get back to me, however, I did not receive any follow-up. I was also repeatedly asked to provide the same information multiple times, which was frustrating and inefficient. Model, Make, Year, VIN number and photos of the remote. By the following Thursday, after nearly a week of back-and-forth, I was again asked for my information as if there had been no prior communication. At that point, I expressed my frustration. I even suggested an alternative solution, providing a newer compatible remote if my original model was no longer available but the response I received was unprofessional. During my final phone call, the representative repeatedly interrupted me, did not allow me to fully explain my situation, and appeared more focused on ending the call than resolving the issue. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and mentioned that I would be reporting the experience, the representative responded in a confrontational and dismissive manner, which was completely inappropriate. The call ultimately ended with the representative hanging up on me. Overall, the lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism made this a very frustrating experience. If the item was not available, that should have been clearly communicated from the start instead of prolonging the process and wasting my time. I would strongly recommend others proceed with caution when considering or find somewhere else completely. A customer should never be treated this way.

Both were hardware stores that offered key copying services. Both hardware stores (Tarzian and Lehman Locksmiths) in Park Slope failed to copy the keys correctly--the key didn't work on either door with the keys made from Lehman. The key would only work on the outside door with the keys made from Tarzian. I actually had Tarzian try twice and both attempts were a failure. Finally went to All Security and he carefully made the keys once and they worked in both doors. Great local place specializing in keys and locks. Highly recommend over hardware stores or less specialized shops. Cash only.

They answered right away and came straight over. Tony got me back into the apartment in legit two minutes flat, was able to explain what the problem was, and filed down the part of the door frame that was causing the snag.
