My experience: I've had issue after issue with my newly built home in Georgtown, despite having gone with a supposedly "high-end" builder. After reading about thermal imaging, one morning after a big downpour I was looking for someone to come and see if we had any moisture/ insulation issues I couldn't see with the naked eye. I called Joe at 8:30 am out of the blue and it just so happened he'd had an inspection reschedule and had freed up that AM. He was at my house within an hour. Within 10 minutes of arriving at my home, Joe found not one, but TWO gas leaks in my attic which smelt of propane and explained my previous months ~$500 propane bill, as well as missing insulation in the attic.
