Heck, if for some reason I moved to another state and was in contract to buy a home, I'd probably fly Jesse to that home for the inspection. This was not an inspection -- it was a drive-by. He missed obvious, widespread tile floor cracks throughout the house, issues so visible it's hard to believe they were "overlooked" at all. When I asked him to come back and re-inspect his own miss, he had the nerve to say it would cost another fee. Because of this incompetent inspection, I lost $5,000 backing out of the home. This company didn't protect me, they cost me thousands. Total waste of time and money. This is a bullshit company with zero accountability. If you don't want expensive surprises after you're under contract, stay far away. You will absolutely regret hiring them. Never recommended.

Allan was very responsive throughout the entire process, and was available to discuss services with him 15 minutes after submitting. Pricing and payment was transparent and a smooth process. The inspection report was very thorough with pictures and written in terms I could understand. Allan checked items I wouldn't have even considered and made several ongoing maintenance suggestions. He used a drone to inspect the roof, thermal cameras to inspect HVAC and insulation, electrical outlets, water systems, appliances, etc. Discovered several items I wouldn't have noticed (or at least not until they became serious issues). My experience: I've had issue after issue with my newly built home in Georgtown, despite having gone with a supposedly "high-end" builder. After reading about thermal imaging, one morning after a big downpour I was looking for someone to come and see if we had any moisture/ insulation issues I couldn't see with the naked eye. I called Joe at 8:30 am out of the blue and it just so happened he'd had an inspection reschedule and had freed up that AM. He was at my house within an hour. Within 10 minutes of arriving at my home, Joe found not one, but TWO gas leaks in my attic which smelt of propane and explained my previous months ~$500 propane bill, as well as missing insulation in the attic. Then he discovered missing insulation in an exterior wall along with many other unproperly insulated areas. He was a pleasure to work with and very efficient.
