The older worker couldn't follow even the simplest directions, and I spent most of the time struggling to communicate through Google Translate. The service was nowhere near worth $90/hour. Honestly, how much do you think this business is paying these untrained workers who can't speak English? Do the workers even have work permits to protect themselves from exploitation? When I requested a discount due to their lateness, communication issues, and poor quality of service, Kiran flatly refused. They advertise using branded "Got It Maid" vehicles by making it the first picture, but the workers actually arrived in an Uber with no company uniforms and only a few equipment. This is definitely not what I expected from a professional service.
