I booked this company after they quoted me $350 for a deep clean, including the windows. I only…read moreneeded the downstairs cleaned, and I even sent photos beforehand so they knew exactly what the condition of the area was. Based on that quote, I canceled another cleaner who was going to do the job for $400. The cleaners arrived two hours late. After seeing the house, they told me the job would actually cost $550 and then attempted to charge even more for each window, despite the original quote already including $160 for the windows. They even told me that the kitchen alone would cost $350 and the bathroom alone would be $170. They ultimately left because they said the home required more work than they had originally quoted. To their credit, they did call afterward, apologized for the misquote, and promptly refunded my deposit, which I appreciated. That said, the situation was still very frustrating because I had already sent photos of the space, canceled another cleaner based on their quote, and had guests coming to stay with me. If the pricing had been communicated accurately from the beginning, I would have kept my original cleaner instead of being left without anyone to clean my house at the last minute. My dad missed work waiting for them so I had to pay him to do the job.

Having pets meant the cleaning required some extra time and attention, but they never rushed. They cleaned every crevice of our home and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Rosie was very warm and professional, and the woman who accompanied her was equally kind and hardworking. We are so appreciative of their attention to detail and the care they put into our home. We look forward to booking our next cleaning with Rosie and her team!

I've been using Rosie's Cleaning Services for a little over 6 months, and I can honestly say she…read morehas set a new standard for what "clean" should look like. I first found her on Yelp when I was getting my home ready for an inspection. My house isn't just a home--it's also my place of business, so it really needed a proper deep clean. We started with just the bathroom and kitchen, and I was so impressed with the results that I immediately booked her again to deep clean the rest of the house. At first, I was planning to do the house in pieces (rooms one time, bathrooms another), but Rosie actually suggested it would be cheaper to do the whole house at once instead of splitting it up. I appreciated that she was honest about what made the most sense financially, not just trying to upsell. This is not the first cleaning company I've used. I had tried a larger commercial cleaning company before and thought they did a "normal" job--until Rosie came. For example, I had tough hard-water stains on my bathroom sliding doors that the previous company couldn't remove. Rosie and her team got them out. That was my "oh wow" moment. After seeing her work, I realized, oh, THIS is what a real deep clean looks like. Since then, I've signed up for monthly cleanings, and my husband and I (both working two jobs) rely on her to help keep our home in shape. I was so happy with her work that I even hired her to deep clean my mom's bathroom, which was in rough shape--and she did an amazing job there too. Price-wise, I had called around before booking her: One company was cheaper but totally booked for weeks, and I needed help ASAP for the inspection. Another company I'd used before had increased their prices a lot from the previous year. Rosie's pricing was right in the middle--not the cheapest, but absolutely fair for the quality and effort she and her team put in. And most importantly, she was available quickly when I needed it. Communication and professionalism are excellent: She confirms the day and time by text or call. On the day of service, she always texts when she's on the way. She's on time and respectful of my home. Overall, Rosie and her crew are reliable, thorough, and professional. If you're looking for someone who doesn't just "surface clean" but actually makes your home feel fresh and truly clean, I highly recommend Rosie's Cleaning Services.

The cleaning service I initially hired did it for $150 and I was throughly not impressed with them just giving a swipe and leaving. I requested a quote through yelp and she responded with her price range and availability. After texting a bit and sending photos she offered me a great price quoting me $10 less than the last cleaners and we went ahead and scheduled. She had said it'll only take two hours but she spent over 4 hours cleaning the bathroom and I am not complaining! She was so intricate and detailed, she got the toughest stains that previous tenants have left over the years, got the built up mold and mildew out the cracks. I was so adversed to taking a bath but it's so clean I'd probably be able to eat off the tub. She must have scrubbed every inch of surface including the counter, toilet, walls, doors, and floor. She even went as far as unscrewing the toilet cover and getting the gunk out the inside. And she left the cutest bow on my toilet paper! She accidentally had stained a spare rug I use to wipe water off the countertops and tried offering a discount because of it. I told not to worry at all because they're a pack of 5 for like $3 bucks at Target but it just goes to show how far her integrity goes. All in all, I am elated at the service she provided. For the amount of work she does she does not charge enough! Support your local business owners and book her for your cleanings right away!
