I called the store and the gentleman that answered quickly double checked stock and the status of any incoming orders. He then offered to see if another store had them in stock. He took my contact info and within an hour had called me back to tell me he had located them in another store, transferred my order there and had spoken with both managers to make sure I would have no issues. My husband received a shirt from my mother that did not fit. I went to return with the original…read morereceipt since they did not have it in the correct size. I was told all I could do was either return the amount on my mother's credit card or receive a merchandise credit. On top of it, she used a $10.00 Kohl's cash on the purchase. So rather than take a little off each item, they deducted the whole $10. What was the point on saving the receipt? I could have returned without the receipt and still only got the store credit, and not lost the $10.00 Kohl's cash. I feel like I was screwed for doing the right thing. Kohl's puts their customers in a potentially embarrassing situation with a returned gift. You look cheap if you used Kohl's cash and are forcing the customer to shop in their store for something they may not want. They hold your money hostage with returns. Next Christmas or any other time I need to buy a gift that I'll purchase for anyone outside of the family, I'll shop elsewhere. Their customer service was nasty too. When I called corporate headquarters to check on their policy, I was told I was a liar, no store returns for cash, even though I just returned items at Penny's, Walmart and Boscov's which did. Then when asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on. Go on Kohl's, keep treating your customers poorly. There are other stores out there we can use.

The store was clean, well organized, and merchandised well. For a weekend, they were understaffed and customers galore, so the wait time in line was long but once we got to the register, the service was friendly, prompt, and efficient. I'd come back if I were in the area but sad to hear that all Big Lots are closing and many have already closed! Stop in to get stuff up to 30% off if you have one near you.

Where do I begin... I started searching for my mattress in March 20 21... the one that I wanted…read morethey didn't have it in the store.. I searched high and low on many websites and chose mattress firm from prior purchases... the mattress was delivered beautifully packaged wonderfully and delivered on time... again my mistake for not perching sing it in the store... I actually bought it sight unseen... this was one of the worst Big ticket Items I ever purchased... this mattress cost me $561... I slept on it for 2 nights..--tonight I wanted to return it immediately!!..the bed had a dip in it after 2 nights.... I actually pushed through for another few weeks... we couldn't take it anymore... I went into the store to see what my options were and I was told by the sales person Brittany the one that they had in the store that was to my liking will cost me an additional $600... this was absurd... I left thinking maybe I would come back and purchase it but I knew I wouldn't return.. when I did return I just asked for a refund so from the $561 that I spent originally I only received $295 back that is because of the 20% restock fee and the $99 pick up fee I thought after spending $561 for a mattress I would've at least been somewhat satisfied but I wasn't this was the worst shopping sleeping experience I have ever encountered not trying to discourage people from shopping here but just a word of advice never purchase anything online that you're going to sleep on I wish I had of known prior to purchasing this I ended up having to go somewhere else and getting something but this time I spent an hour and a half trying to find the right mattress thank you mattress firm for nothing
