I searched high and low on many websites and chose mattress firm from prior purchases... the mattress was delivered beautifully packaged wonderfully and delivered on time... again my mistake for not perching sing it in the store... I actually bought it sight unseen... this was one of the worst Big ticket Items I ever purchased... this mattress cost me $561... I slept on it for 2 nights..--tonight I wanted to return it immediately!!..the bed had a dip in it after 2 nights.... I actually pushed through for another few weeks... we couldn't take it anymore... I went into the store to see what my options were and I was told by the sales person Brittany the one that they had in the store that was to my liking will cost me an additional $600... this was absurd... I left thinking maybe I would come back and purchase it but I knew I wouldn't return.. when I did return I just asked for a refund so from the $561 that I spent originally I only received $295 back that is because of the 20% restock fee and the $99 pick up fee I thought after spending $561 for a mattress I would've at least been somewhat satisfied but I wasn't this was the worst shopping sleeping experience I have ever encountered not trying to discourage people from shopping here but just a word of advice never purchase anything online that you're going to sleep on I wish I had of known prior to purchasing this I ended up having to go somewhere else and getting something but this time I spent an hour and a half trying to find the right mattress thank you mattress firm for nothing

Maybe shame on me for not knowing you couldn't get a good mattress for $500. Saleswoman seemed distracted and like she really didn't want to deal with us. We finally settled on a mattress and we're told deliveries were on Wednesday's. The next day was Wednesday so we figured it wouldn't be in, we waited a week and called to see if we could pick it up? The saleswoman, same one, said that it hadn't been delivered and that she was going to call around and that it could possibly be back ordered. My husband stopped in since he had business elsewhere and was told that he was told over the phone that it was back ordered. The saleswoman did not indeed tell us that and never called back with her findings. My husband asked for a refund and was told they had to send out the request to be processed and it could be two weeks. So that means they're holding my credit card number, which is illegal. We went that night and bought an awesome Serta mattress from a reputable seller and with all of the Black Friday coupons, got it for $300.     I wish I started my day here, but then again I feel completely satisfied that I can say I have no…read moreregrets. I shopped all day and went to many different mattress stores and dealt with some of the slimiest salesmen from Paymour & Flanigan, so I was quite annoyed by the time I got here. Let me tell you that my mood completely did a 180: Instead of trying to pitch me USELESS details (i.e. 'this mattress has x amount of coils, blah blah blah'), Earl guided me through the physics of how each different mattress type works. He didn't insist on any specific mattress, he let me pick the one I wanted. He was incredibly patient, and I even ran back and forth between 2 mattresses that sat at opposite ends of the store. Service here is phenomenal. It doesn't even end there: we had several phone exchanges after we made the deal; I wanted to upgrade the mattress model that I ordered to a higher end one. They said no problem, and they delivered on time. Mattress was wrapped and did not get dirtied during delivery. Excellent service. This is a family owned business, and they don't play around. They will not feed you bs that big box stores will feed you about prices being locked. They want you to be happy, and happy you will be if you decide to come here to shop for a mattress. They offer competitive pricing, and to top it off, the zero interest financing is longer than any other store in the area. You really owe it to yourself to pay this place a visit!

    do not purchase from this store until you read the back of the contract... if your mattress when…read moredelivered isn't what you ordered they're are no refunds. mattresses are non returnable per their contract and they only do 1 comfort exchange, so if they replace one, your stuck with it if isn't right. no refunds! the owner andy is rude and kept cutting me off when i was trying to explain that is was defective. so you can go to costco and they have a no question asked policy on returns...buers beware the owner andy b....b for bloom replied as the business manager.... he left a few things out. like my sister had to leave before she could even see our test the mattress because she cut herself badly and had to go get medical attention. she left these men in her home alone and when she called the next day she was told to wait until wednesday. why tell her to wait, you don't take the mattresses back and you don't do refunds? and he fails to tell you he was so rude to my sister she was crying. i called and he was rude to me by cutting me off when i would try to explain why the mattress was not like the one at the store. speaking over me not letting me finish a sentence... bottom line.. he is trying to justify bad business and rudeness. another update: on another review post he says that he resolved the issue with the actual customer (my sister who just lost her husband of 50 yrs) which is a lie. he didn't resolve anything. and now has informed her that unless i take down my posts that he will not bring back the original boxspring. so now he's not only a rude man, and bad businessman, he's resorting to extortion? holding a boxspring hostage? i will not take down my post until you apologize to my sister and fix the problem you yourself had created. apolitical or my post stands. and keep putting lies and i'm going to put a copy of the actual receipt on here and let people see for themselves what they should expect when purchasing from you.
