First off buyer beware Ashley stores are all franchises like McDonald's and Burger King. My opinion…read moredo they can give you the run around like I've been having. Bought a twin bed from them and it broke within 2 weeks of buying it. The store said rudely we would have to use the warranty. Part 2 terrible experience had to go thru 10 different foreign call centers to finally get a number who would do something. Had to call corporate to get somewhere. They send the part then they tell me oh I'm responsible for putting it together. Hey you put the garbage together to begin with. Once again had to get a run around on a warranty for god sake you'd be better off buying furniture from Amazon I've had better service from them and Walmart. So 3 managers, 10 foreign call reps and 2 corporate managers later and 1 week of aggravation finally getting somebody out here to fix a rail. By the way, the furniture is terrible. It's made of Balso wood at Best but its fiber wood is what it is. It's not even solid wood. for 800 and some dollars for a twin bed plus another 200 and some dollars for a warranty. This is ridiculous. These are the worst people I've ever dealt with in my life and apparently I should have done my research because they get an F here and they've got so many bad reviews all the Ashley's do it's just terrible. No wonder their parking lot usually empty my bad this time. I'll never shop at Ashley again for anything. I'll go to their competitor Johnny Janosik I've had actually better luck with them should've went there to begin with. Below is a crack in the wood no jumping no anything my kid went to bed and crack Prior to this we did hear creaking

Where do I begin... I started searching for my mattress in March 20 21... the one that I wanted…read morethey didn't have it in the store.. I searched high and low on many websites and chose mattress firm from prior purchases... the mattress was delivered beautifully packaged wonderfully and delivered on time... again my mistake for not perching sing it in the store... I actually bought it sight unseen... this was one of the worst Big ticket Items I ever purchased... this mattress cost me $561... I slept on it for 2 nights..--tonight I wanted to return it immediately!!..the bed had a dip in it after 2 nights.... I actually pushed through for another few weeks... we couldn't take it anymore... I went into the store to see what my options were and I was told by the sales person Brittany the one that they had in the store that was to my liking will cost me an additional $600... this was absurd... I left thinking maybe I would come back and purchase it but I knew I wouldn't return.. when I did return I just asked for a refund so from the $561 that I spent originally I only received $295 back that is because of the 20% restock fee and the $99 pick up fee I thought after spending $561 for a mattress I would've at least been somewhat satisfied but I wasn't this was the worst shopping sleeping experience I have ever encountered not trying to discourage people from shopping here but just a word of advice never purchase anything online that you're going to sleep on I wish I had of known prior to purchasing this I ended up having to go somewhere else and getting something but this time I spent an hour and a half trying to find the right mattress thank you mattress firm for nothing

We purchased a ton of wooden Amish-made backyard furniture unfinished from Backyard Billy's in the…read moresummer of 2019. Build/Delivery time was reasonable and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The delivery was included with the price and the friendly delivery person even assembled everything for free after carrying the heavy pieces up steps to our second story deck. He even moved some of my old furniture down the steps for me since I had injured my back. He offered advice on how/when to stain the pieces which saved us a ton of money. I stained the furniture myself according to his advice and it looks great- just as good as their stained furniture. We left our furniture out all winter and it's been in constant use this year and it's still as good as new. From now on, this is the only outdoor furniture I want. It's built to last. We now use our deck as much as any other room inside our house during the warmer 3 seasons. Our experience with sales people on site at Billy's exceeded my expectations. I was honestly overwhelmed and didn't buy anything on my first two trips because their inventory was so awesome. How can you even decide? Their smiling laid-back sales reps never ran out of patience. We love supporting local businesses and Backyard Billy's is the best!
