I have had two poor experiences here with the staff on a similar issue - items that are not tagged! This store needs an overhaul in their staff. I brought an untagged item to the cashier (Corine) to help me. First, she did not let me finish before she's on her walkie-talkie trying to get a price check. When I interrupted her to give her more info she look clearly aggravated with me and starts to give me her attitude. Completely out of line of her to give me attitude. This over an item that had no price! It is their job to tag items properly. This situation would have never happened if they were doing their jobs properly. They treated me as if I had done something wrong - unbelievable. read more

The store is beautifully staged and makes for great eye candy. Can't say the same about the rude staff. From the assistant manager on down, everyone who works there carries a huge chip on their shoulder. I went to the checkout counter after finding some pet wipes that can only be found at HG and the cashier remarked how expensive they were and how she can't possibly understand how anyone can buy an item like that. I was completely confused since the pet wipes retail for over $15 including on Amazon whereas HG sells them for $6. Just an over all weird thing to say to a paying customer. read more

Clean store, friendly staff but a lot of their shelves were empty. Hope they restock soon, also hoped they had a clearance section.

I honestly wish there was less than 1 star available. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I just bought a chair that didn't notice had a damage went to return it and they would not help me, not even get another chair. It was basically " can't help you go s yourself attitude with that awful lady manager. AWFUL. I've bought probably 30k worth of furniture in the last month here. Unacceptable. read more

I was at the checkout line tonight when I saw a lady who tried to enter the store without her mask. The assistant manager told her the mask was required. The lady then said never-mind then and walked out. She wasn't rude about it or anything, just preferred not to enter. It could be that she didn't have a mask on her, had a medical reason for not wearing one, or just a personal preference. But the assistant manager went on for nearly 5 minutes complaining to a co-worker about people who don't wear masks while I, a customer, overheard the entire conversation just a few yards away. The other clerk who stood at the entry doors added her own comments too. How very sad that HomeGoods employees feel entitled to blast customers or potential customers behind their backs about their mask preferences. What has become of this world. read more
