Though the crew were all very kind, friendly & professional..there was a severe lack in communication. The quality of the work they did on the flooring was wonderful, the stairs however were a mess from the start. It wasnt communicated clearly how the stairs would look, I'll take half blame for that as I should've asked more questions. We had them back to remove the stairs they did and paid to upgrade to wood stairs. The quality is fine, but far from impressive. They had to redo the landing 3 times because they accidentally stripped the stain off it twice when they sealed it. At a glance they look fine, but a minute or two of looking will show sloppy work, risers and treads that don't match, trim that is several shades darker than the floor, risers or treads. If you have a one story home, I'd recommend this company. If stairs are involved, look elsewhere. Photos attached.

Boy was I wrong! Horrible service, higher prices, and awful finish work. Never showed up on time, or just showed up without calling and expected to get in. Talked me into putting travertine in the bathrooms, and had to replace all of it due to cracking and chipping. Showed up at my house with the wrong granite, {not the one I picked out) then argued with me that I had picked it out. This is after they had already torn everything else out in every bathroom. Ended up with a low grade generic granite you would see in any Home Depot. The worst part is Cecila. What an awful woman! She lied to me throughout the whole process, and was unbearable to deal with. Can not believe she is still in business.

Besides leaving debris behind for me to clean, they didn't tarp/cover or tape anything off. Two bedrooms in front of the house should not have my entire home littered in dust. I literally had to walk into the room where they were working and step over them to open up the windows. I am angry and I'm being dismissed. I should have expected this as I did the heavy lifting to source the product to begin with. Should have been the biggest red flag that they never did anything to earn my business and now are dismissive of me after they've been paid. Noah, has not called nor offered himself up to see for himself. Instead one of the crew. Which would be the same guy that wasn't around to oversee the work, never came back to see if the work was done or quality check said work. He basically showed up and dropped two guys off.
