They fixed issues that were happening while installing like bubbling from debris under LVP, stair nose trip hazard at the top of the staircase. They tossed white grout water out of the 2nd story window all over my black stucco. After 6 months tiles were loose in the master bathroom. Noah came to inspect and gave me a quote for $1200 to fix it. I'll stick with the other guys on the next one! Could have easily give these guys five stars but incompetence and greed were more important to these guys but thats just my experience.

They've been paid in advance for the job and there's no ownership in at a minimum acknowledging what I'm describing and showing via pictures and video. The crew left my home in a mess. Besides leaving debris behind for me to clean, they didn't tarp/cover or tape anything off. Two bedrooms in front of the house should not have my entire home littered in dust. I literally had to walk into the room where they were working and step over them to open up the windows. I am angry and I'm being dismissed. I should have expected this as I did the heavy lifting to source the product to begin with. Should have been the biggest red flag that they never did anything to earn my business and now are dismissive of me after they've been paid. Noah, has not called nor offered himself up to see for himself. Instead one of the crew. Which would be the same guy that wasn't around to oversee the work, never came back to see if the work was done or quality check said work. He basically showed up and dropped two guys off. I won't recommend them at all.

You'll hear it all the time from contractors that they'll treat your house as if it were their own. But Jose is the one contractor who kept his word. He pays attention to every detail and nuance of the job. But more importantly, he takes care of all of the little things that aren't necessarily a part of the job but make the project better and your home more welcoming. Like any project, there were things that came up that we asked Jose and his team to tackle that were outside the original scope. Boy was I wrong! Horrible service, higher prices, and awful finish work. Never showed up on time, or just showed up without calling and expected to get in. Showed up at my house with the wrong granite, {not the one I picked out) then argued with me that I had picked it out. This is after they had already torn everything else out in every bathroom. Though the crew were all very kind, friendly & professional..there was a severe lack in communication. The quality of the work they did on the flooring was wonderful, the stairs however were a mess from the start. It wasnt communicated clearly how the stairs would look, I'll take half blame for that as I should've asked more questions. We had them back to remove the stairs they did and paid to upgrade to wood stairs. The quality is fine, but far from impressive. They had to redo the landing 3 times because they accidentally stripped the stain off it twice when they sealed it. At a glance they look fine, but a minute or two of looking will show sloppy work, risers and treads that don't match, trim that is several shades darker than the floor, risers or treads. If you have a one story home, I'd recommend this company. If stairs are involved, look elsewhere. Photos attached.
