They have a wide selection of unique options for every style at competitive prices and various price points. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when it comes to making selections for your home. I recently purchased ceiling fans for my new home here, because you can get higher quality fans than the big box stores (some are the same brand names you will see at the home improvement stores, but they have better motors and are a higher quality product). I highly recommend buying ceiling fans from Legend Lighting, as you will be able to tell a difference and you have a lot of options to choose from. Legend Lighting is a fun store to browse, easy to make purchases/orders, has fantastic staff, and you get a high quality product. They offer products you don't see everywhere - which makes it a great place to stop in. Tyson and his team at Legend Lighting are top notch!

You have to slow down and look at each item individually, or you can zip right past something cool in the scanning process. But it's nice to be able to actually see and feel a product before ordering it online, so it's worth the effort. The staff was busy at the counter with other customers, so it was hard to get help that day beyond a friendly greeting. But I did find out that they have far more options available online than what is displayed there. Prices, barring a sale, range from mid to high. I didn't find anything that called out to me that day, and I didn't have time to deal with online ordering, but I'll definitely check them out in advance for future projects. No appointment necessary, and they do have weekend hours.

When I offered a very reasonable customer service solution, it was denied. The items can be found at other establishments, some for less expensive. This was a disappointing experience, especially based on how many fixtures we purchased.

Texas Bright said that once the light leaves the store, it is the customer's responsibility. I have been a customer since 2007 and spent thousands of dollars.
