The entire apartment felt fresh, clean, and completely refreshed. I really appreciated the care and effort he put into his work. Highly recommend Christian to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable cleaner -- I will definitely be booking him again! read more

If you ask for a "special" service, like cleaning baseboards, it's no longer $19.00 or free cleaning. They never touched the inside of the microwave. Additionally, the baseboards weren't touched. Gave them another chance, cleaner showed up without a vacuum, used my stick vac, which only charges for 45 minutes of use. She also did not use paper towels, explaining she had a few rags and was "good with that". She spread dirt from one surface to another. I'll never use them again, and do not recommend them. read more

Zero stars, This is a scam - they try to lure you in with cheap prices to lock you into a subscription, so I requested a one time trial clean. They charged me AHEAD of the clean, and then the cleaner no-showed/no contacted leaving me -$231 and no cleaning service. Then they make it impossible to contact anyone for refunds. Buyer beware, would not recommend. read more

WARNING! Do not use this cleaning service ***HOMEAGLOW***! They advertise $19.99 promo cleaning [which sucked!], and when you try to cancel service they won't let you, they kept hitting my AMEX. I blocked them now and they are requesting $105 to cancel service, another scam, so please stay away for your sake! I also lodged complaint to the BBB! And only rated it 1 star to post this review, they don't deserve any! read more

I had a terrible experience night mare with home a glow. They are scammers they keep stealing my money and billing my card. I requested to cancel the one time cleaning service in the same day of contact with the company and they kept withdrawing money from my account. I changed my bank card and they tried every number to get back in my account. I can't even reach anyone at home a glow to discuss this matter. They showed up to my mother's home and just started cleaning took advantage of a senior. Nightmare don't use this company!!!!!!' read more

Great energy, great experienced cleaner. Don't hesitate to book her!!. Thank me later

Great job by Breno and his partner cleaning my apartment. They worked around a handman who who showed up an hour early and had no problem with our two small dogs while they cleaned. read more

We hired Homeaglow for what was supposed to be a professional cleaning service. We used the same cleaner, Jose, for two consecutive weeks. The first cleaning was decent, which is why we felt comfortable having him return for a second appointment. Unfortunately, the second visit crossed a completely inappropriate line. During that cleaning, Jose was apparently more interested in trying to sleep with my partner than simply providing the service we hired him for. He gave my partner his personal phone number and then proceeded to message him after the cleaning with inappropriate sexual advances. We hired a cleaning service, not an escort service. If we wanted an escort, we would have hired one. We hired Homeaglow because they represented themselves as a company providing professional, vetted cleaners who could be trusted inside our home. I reported this to Homeaglow immediately. Their response was a generic message asking for my account information and email address, which I promptly provided. It has now been FIVE DAYS. I have sent several additional messages to customer service and still have not received a meaningful response, resolution, or even an explanation of what is being done about the situation. That is absolutely unacceptable. When your entire business model involves sending strangers into people's private homes, professionalism and boundaries should be non-negotiable. And when a customer reports that one of your cleaners used that access to make sexual advances toward someone in the household, it should be treated seriously and addressed immediately. The first cleaning was decent. Everything that happened afterward, including Homeaglow's complete lack of meaningful customer service, has been ridiculous. Homeaglow, are you operating a professional cleaning service or an escort service? Because based on this experience, the lines apparently aren't as clear as they should be. I would not recommend this company. read more

Nerlyn has cleaned my home twice now and both times have been fantastic! my house looks and smells wonderful and she gets into all the spots I've been unable to clean myself. she is lovely and has a great eye for details. read more

Utter crap. I stupidly signed up for a monthly membership on the $19.99 scam, which locks you into a four month subscription at $60/month, which I then wound up not using so I tried to cancel. All they were willing to do is rework my membership for a new month. When I gave in and tried to use the service, the cleaner that was scheduled cancelled the appointment one hour before arrival and it's not possible to reschedule anything for sooner than 24-48 hours. No explanation or restitution offered. I'm going to dispute two months of the membership with my credit card for refusal to provide service, and I'm never using these folks again. read more

BEWARE: This service is so badly run that it's a scam. If there are even the slightest of issues, customer service just gives rote AI replies and refuses to correct the mistakes made. The most they will do in even serious breaches is give a paltry $20-30 credit and, frustratingly, no real reply even after promising to escalate it to their Trust & Safety department. The entire review system model doesn't work with them as If you leave anything but a rave review for your last clean, other cleaners won't show up. They also refuse point blank to let you out of the fine print contract you likely unknowingly, like me, signed up for. Even if customer service repeatedly doesn't reply and cleaners who don't show (for me, 5 times I waited for cleaners to show up in one month who never did) As for their cleaners, most of them are people who need a job but have never been taught how to properly clean. Far worse than TaskRabbit and not even comparable to real cleaning services. I cannot say how much I do NOT recommend this service. The mental frustration and hassle is not worth the unprofessional, untrained customer and cleaning service that they can't even provide consistently. It deserves a zero star rating from my experience and I wouldn't be surprised if lawsuits begin to accrue. read more

I experienced a serious incident during a cleaning booked through their platform involving theft of personal property and a physical altercation. What's worse than the incident itself is how Homeaglow handled it. They failed to conduct any fair or balanced investigation and instead accepted the cleaner's claims at face value, suspended my account, and denied responsibility. I was told to "contact the cleaner directly" to recover stolen property--despite never being given any contact information. That is not just unhelpful, it's completely irresponsible. Homeaglow advertises a Theft and Damage Policy, but in my experience it is meaningless. I met every listed requirement--paid in full, reported within the required timeframe, maintained a good account standing--and my claim was still dismissed. The policy appears to exist only to give customers a false sense of protection. This situation raises serious concerns about customer safety and accountability. When a company sends someone into your home, they should stand behind that service. Homeaglow does not. If something goes wrong, do not expect support, protection, or even a basic level of fairness. Use this service at your own risk. read more

Scam. Don't call them. Took money out of my checking account without written permission. The cleaner was very nice but didn't do a good cleaning job. Didn't even wash the floors. I couldn't post this unless I gave a star rating. One star because there are no minus stars. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! This is the worst cleaning service. The first cleaner one did not show and the second one, that I had to schedule because they charged me, was so mediocre. The cleaner dusted my furniture with Windex. Then they said I have a membership, which I new nothing about, and to cancel I had to pay an early termination fee!! Total scam. Calling the Attorney General and my bank!! read more

I tried a few different places because I needed cleaners for the next day after a small construction project in my bathroom. Homeaglow responded to my request almost immediately - which I appreciated - and within minutes Bruna C. had picked up my job and we were scheduled for 9 o'clock the following morning. Bruna and Rose were on-time & friendly and after a quick tour to see what my house needed, they worked non-stop. Waking up the next morning to a sparkling home was priceless. read more

Naomie did a superb job. She was on time and did more than asked of her. She is polite, friendly and very thorough

The reason why I don't recommend this company is because I wanted just information about a cleaning. I did not commit to anything let them know I was not interested in the service at the moment and they continued to call me back to back. No respect that I was at work or anything just continuing calling and texting non stop. They continued to call even if I sent the call straight to voicemail. This is extremely unprofessional. This to me is a red flag and with these reviews I'm happy I did not book! read more

she was excellent, very kind, detailed, and super patient. I will definitely book Jair again!!

Straight up scam! I feel stupid but because since they did not require my credit card info I thought I was good. But since I paid the introductory cleaning fee from my Venmo account, they tapped into that and charged me a $59 monthly membership fee that costs over $100 to cancel. read more

People homo glow is no joke. Seriously, four hours of cleaning for $20 I live in Bethlehem Pennsylvania and my cleaner is Farah. She did such a great job. I have requested her again and again. This lady worked so hard but it seems so effortless to her. She is professional. She is friendly. She is thorough. She arrives on time. Samira is meticulous. She sets timers to ensure proper disinfecting time. She takes pictures so she can put things back exactly how she found them while still organizing. The house looks so much better after she's gone. My only complaint is that she doesn't get to come more often. read more

Be careful with Homeaglow's "trial cleaning" ads. What looks like an affordable introductory cleaning actually enrolls you into a 6-month membership with recurring monthly charges that are not made clear enough upfront. I ended up paying almost $200 total for a single cleaning after multiple $59 membership charges. At that point, it would have been cheaper to hire a cleaner directly in Philadelphia. Extremely misleading pricing structure and very disappointing customer experience. read more

Great experience overall -- clean, comfortable, and well-managed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Beware that if you decide to cancel you will be charged. I canceled because I realized I could work with my cleaner privately without the middle man if Homeaglow and they charged me $150 penalty. Still haven't received an answer when I inquired. So shady! read more
