The cleaning job itself was fine. There were some issues with punctuality. The second time they came to clean, the owner was not with them. My camera was turned around during this time. That really did not sit well with me and I did not hire them again. Months later, I came to notice my $250 Ugg boots were missing. I cannot say for sure that they took them but when you turn someone's cameras around it makes you look guilty. I spoke with the owner about this and requested that she keeps an eye out for the boots. Quite honestly working in customer service myself, I was expecting some compassion for the situation. Instead she was extremely defensive. I personally would not use them again. read more

I used to live in valley stream and after having some home renovations done and just delivering a baby, I was in no shape to clean and tidy up my house. I looked up cleaning services in the area, found dees cleaning, called and left a voicemail for her. She called me back later in the day and we scheduled a visit that same day so she can give me a quote. I found that she lacked common courtesy and came off pretty rude. I felt like she rushed looking at the areas I needed cleaning and she was dismissive of my concerns regarding dirt buildup. Toward the end of the visit, she told me "if you call or text me after 5, I will not respond." That's fine, everyone has a life outside of work, but as a business owner, there is a proper way to communicate to a potential client and delivery of speech that is essential to maintaining your business. Customer service skills are of high importance. I still did my due diligence and texted her the next day, politely declining services, and she never responded. I found her to be rude and while this occurred a few months ago, someone brought it to my attention that they had a similar interaction with her regarding her unprofessionalism. I am very happy with the service I booked. It took me a while to write this review because life got in the way but I had to let everyone know about the great service I experienced. From the consultation to the actual cleaning, 10/10. I was in need for someone to come in and deep clean my photography studio prior to me taking some time off. I work with children and especially now with covid it is a crucial time for me to be sure things are extremely clean and tidy and disinfected. My tenant is moving out after 3 years and I wanted an efficient, high-quality cleaning service performed in the apartment before the new tenants moved in. I scheduled a 5pm estimate with Diana. She called me at 4:58pm and I opened the door at 4:59pm. She was upset and complaining on my front step, in front of the realtor and interested tenants. She told them that she would wait a few minutes, but she better be able to go into the apartment first. They said she was rude and demanding. At 5:01pm, I offered her sanitizer and gloves before entering the apartment. She seemed very irritable until it was time for pricing. It could have been a bad day for her, but after that encounter I had no interest in hiring her for business. There are other companies. read more
